Title

The Effect of Education on the Willingness to Learn and Attitude among Those Interested in Architecture

Abstract

Education is a vital task for individuals and organizations. To survive and develop in today’ s competitive and developing world, individuals should constantly update and improve their knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors. The current paper aimed to investigate the effect of Education on willingness to learn and attitude on those interested in architecture. The present research method is semi-experimental research and data collection tools Standard Learning Questionnaire (Fisher, 2011) and the researcher's questionnaire was made by attitude. The statistical population of the study were those interested in architecture referring to institutes of technology and Educational institutions. Forty people were selected through convenient sampling method. They were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. Values of pretest and posttest were compared using multivariate analysis of covariance. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the tendency to learn among learners interested in architecture before and after training, which means that trained learners with a more positive, better and more determined attitude to learn in this field. They were. The results showed that the training courses were effective in changing the attitude of learners interested in architecture. Therefore, training courses help learners to continue their studies in this field more consciously. And pursue comprehensive and coherent planning to achieve their goals in this field.
