Abstract

One of the controversial issues that has been considered for a long time is this issue. In the choices that are made, at least in the contemporary period after the Islamic Revolution, the question is whether the principle of Commitment should be the criterion or the principle of Expertise should be the desired choice. By examining different perspectives that are often debatable in two intellectual spectrums; some believe in Commitment from an ideological and revolutionary point of view, believing that specialization also follows (expediency perspective). Others argue against specialization; Most of these people are best known for their typologically atheistic views. In this article, we try to find an intermediate approach based on interdisciplinary teachings (a new answer based on the teachings of Islamic criminology, etc. ) for this theoretical and at the same time practical conflict and give a realistic answer based on facts.
