Abstract

Most scholars believe that the field of transport in the South East, in particular Iran Sistan and Baluchestan Chabahar port closest and most efficient path for energy transfer and commodities. The path connecting the Sea of Oman and the Indian Ocean to Afghanistan and countries in the field of CIS, India, China and even Russia and St. Petersburg, North-South corridor has been created. As the District of South Pars Energy Special Economic Zone of Chabahar is the country also has the potential to become a special area of energy transfer. This is due to the competitiveness of energy-consuming countries and international transit potential in this direction proved. So the promotion of the area specialized in energy transfer and connection-oriented East markets, Afghanistan, India, China and countries of the CIS area in Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a positive impact on the development process in the region. To create job opportunities, improve communications and consequently the exit area of geographic isolation and social divisions improved development indicators was reduced.
