Abstract

Meet the social needs of the people and provide the necessary opportunities in the field and headquarters experience of his social and physical space is required. It is interpreted that the public space; this space, social space where individuals and groups are involved in it and the exchange of ideas and their thoughts. On the other hand, public opinion can be process into three parts: a) formation, b) guidance and c) divided inhibition; Today mass media in forming, leading and significant role and have considerable liquidation of public opinion. The study of theories relating to the following theoretical with the public and formation processes in the city and on the other hand, public opinion in urban areas, necessity. Investigated and analyzed in this paper. Descriptive and analytic methods of this research with data collection tools including library studies and documents. And the method of logical reasoning has been used in analyzing the texts and related theories. The results and findings of the study indicate. Planting ideas for shaping the public opinion can be highlights, atmosphere, giving credit to the topic of social media, overcoming ignorance plural relationship between the subject and the personal interests of citizens noted. Also, apart from the difference between space and place in the city, there is a set of components derived from the above-mentioned theory. It could be possible to use them in urban design provided the infrastructure to develop them.
