Abstract

The ideals of democracy and good governance can not be achieved without healthy, safe environments. transparency, human resources, social and cultural development of the economic situation in five public service is an important factor in maintaining a secure environment. Therefore, the main objective of the paper is to identify challenges and provide a solution for executive agencies to official health policy is successful.
