Abstract

 The 21st century witnesses the growth of interdependence and convergence in the world. These changes based on viewpoint of many thinkers, leads to the convergence of cultures.At the same time can stabilize ethnic differences and to Lead to national & religious& racial and ethnic aspirations. One of the outcomes of this growth is programming for leisure time.Hence, the largest production and consumption of the 21st century is known center of production and consumption of leisure time. So Tourism industry can play an important role to fill leisure time, so today this industry is one of the largest sources of national income and also one of the influential factors in cultural interaction among countries. The aim of this study is to survey effects of ETHNIC TOURISM development on social and cultural issues. Current Study is a descriptive study and its Statistical Society includes all the ETHNIC TOURISM development stockholders of Tourism Target Villages in Kermanshah Province. According to the results of research, all sub-hypotheses and main hypothesis at the confidence level of 95% have been approved. Therefore we can say that from the viewpoint of interest groups, ETHNIC TOURISM development influence on the social-cultural dimensions. Binomial test and statistic Indices to ranking items related to SOCIAL-CULTURAL ISSUES of ETHNIC TOURISM development Show that Issues related to the four Social-Cultural dimensions, doesn' t shows equivalent importance.From the viewpoint of Interest groups of ETHNIC TOURISM development, dimension of cultural norms is in the first priority and respectively Issues of social dimension, the cultural protection and ETHNIC AUTHENTICITY dimensions are the next priorities.
