Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the two basic pillars of technology-based urban management, in the study (Tabriz) using descriptive research-analysis of applied research-development was performed. The population, the citizens of Tabriz and the sample size (the sample) 380 citizens and 30 experts and to gather information from library studies and field and for measuring and verifying the reliability of the statements of variables, alpha alpha (alpha: 891/0) and a stage cluster sampling random one-sample t-test was used SPSS software. Results are as follows; smart mobile phone, computer access, ATM, Dolat, cafe, POS, offices, computer services, police and 10+ software, service, technical service facilities and citizens are able to participate (with an average of 25. 3 and P 001/0 and 378 / 3t =) and facilities in the city to an acceptable level of productivity enough (with an average of 73/3 and 036/0 and a significance level of 305 / 7t =) in with this system.
