Abstract

 Job Burnout can be costly for auditing institutions. Audit stressors affect job burnout and management style. Management styles should reduce burnout. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship betweene conflict management style and exhaustion of auditors by considering stressors in Iranian audit instutions. This research is an applied and descriptive-survey type that was conducted in audit institutions in 2020. In this research, according to Cochran's sampling formula, a sample of 306 auditors was selected and a questionnaire was sent to them, of which 190 analyzable questionnaires were received. In this research, 6 hypotheses were formulated. A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire of mary et al(2019) was used to test the research hypotheses. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between conflict of interest management style and job burnout of auditors by considering stressors in Iranian auditing institutions.
