Abstract

The study of lives and works of philosophers shows that they have unique abilities and therefore they have become the enduring figures of all times. The purpose of this study is to identify the components of the Philosophical mind of philosophers and how to use it in teachers’ teaching methods. The research method was descriptive-analytic. First, the characteristics of the Philosophical mind are systematically described. Then, the guidelines of the Philosophical mind and its role and function in improving the quality and effectiveness of teachers’ work with more emphasis on the field of education have been analyzed and studied. Skills derived from components of philosophical mentality such as comprehensiveness, insight, flexibility, theorizing, critique, philosophical analysis, and logical skepticism have valuable insights for teachers that can improve their performance.
