Abstract

 The data envelopment analysis (DEA) technique is one of the most comprehensive techniques for evaluating the performance of the organization. Studies show that the assumptions of all the techniques of data envelopment analysis have been based on evaluating e, ciency of decision making unit (DMU) relative to each other. Di , erent and uncontrollable conditions in each decision-making unit can be one of the reasons for the low validity of the results of assessment. Therefore, Self-Assessment of decision-making units is the best type of evaluation in which the maximum stability of the conditions is considered and as one of the innovations in this research is mentioned. Since the nature of some input or output variables occurs in uncertainty conditions, fuzzy criteria can be evaluated based on intuitionistic fuzzy information. The model of the intuitionistic fuzzy network data envelopment analysis is the proposed model, which is used in this study for Self-Assessment Moghan wire and cable , rm as a network system.
