هدف طرح بررسی اجمالی اسناد منتشر شده لانه جاسوسی و ارائه یک جمع بندی از چارچوب های کاری مورد نظر جاسوسان آمریکایی است. قابل ذکر است از آنجا که تحقیقات، تشکیلات و امکانات در خدمت ترفندهای روانی جاسوسان آمریکایی سبب می شدند ترفندهای روانی جاسوسان به بالاترین کارایی ممکن تدارک دیده شده و به اجرا در آیند و در صورت عملی نشدن یا شکست خوردن آن ها به بازسازی اثرات منفی ایجاد شده بپردازند. تحقیقات، تشکیلات و امکانات در خدمت ترفندهای روانی عملا به عنوان بستر ترفندهای روانی جاسوسان آمریکایی مطرح می شدند که به خاطر نادیده گرفتن نقش پراهمیت آن ها، در بخش نخست در این تحقیق به بررسی این بستر پرداخته شده است و در بخش دوم به مقوله بندی ترفندهای روانی شیطان بزرگ که در اسناد لانه جاسوسی ملاحظه شده پرداخته شده است. این بررسی به روش اسنادی انجام شده است و برخی از نتایج آن عبارتند از: 1- سیستم تبلیغاتی غرب با استفاده های دقیق و ظریفی که از عبارات کلیشه ای می نماید تلاش می کند به گونه ای نیمه خودآگاه در اذهان عام مردم تصاویر خوشایندی از سیستم سرمایه داری القا نماید. بنابراین با تکرار مکرر عبارات عوام فریبانه ای نظیر جامعه، حرفه، جهان آزاد، فرصت های مساوی برای همه و … طرف مقابلش را مجذوب کرده و سپس ضربه اساسی را به وی وارد می آورد. 2- آمریکا به وسیله ترفند وارد کردن فشار روانی بر افراد، جریان ها و نهضت، تلاش می کند با دستاویز قرار دادن برخی از مسائل، طرف مقابل زیر فشار روانی قرار گرفته و در نهایت مجبور شود که برای رهایی از فشار موجود، به دامان عامل فشار پناه برد. 3- ترفند بازی دادن، ترفندی است که به سرگرم ساختن و غافل نمودن و بازی دادن افراد و جریان های معترض می پردازد. در جاسوسی خانه، اسناد متعددی وجود دارند که بیانگر این امرند که مخاطبان لیبرال مسلک رژیم شاه مخالفان صوری و ظاهری بوده و هرگاه که نظام اراده می کرده آن ها را یاری داده و آن ها نیز این بازی خوردن را می پذیرفته اند و به سرگرم ساختن مردم می پرداخته اند.

Abstract: 

This article introduces the term "guerrilla tricks in arbitration", an issue whose destructive effects and the ways to deal with it is the focal point of conferences and scientific debates throughout the arbitration community. Therefore, it is necessary to study the destructive effects of guerrilla tricks in the emerging Iranian judiciary. The aim of the present study is not only to show the harmful effects of guerrilla tricks, but also to provide solutions to counteract such tricks. The research method is descriptive-analytical, and the data has been collected in library method, with emphasis on the analysis and interpretation of legal texts of the international arbitration, research and theories of the international arbitration community and reviewing the proposed regulations of famous arbitration centers such as ICC and AAA. Guerrilla tricks are a strategy used by the dissatisfied party in the arbitration process to derail the arbitration process or have the arbitrator's vote annulled. Such a person is called an arbitration guerrilla who, because he does not see the arbitration in his favor, tries to make the arbitration process difficult by requesting an extension of the hearing for illusory reasons, submitting irrelevant documents to the dispute and requesting the arbitral tribunal to review them, dismissing the lawyer and counsel in order to request a retrial, sabotaging in the provision of relevant evidence, placing pressure on witnesses and experts, protesting against the lack of independence of the arbitrator or lack of justice in equal treatment of the parties, engaging in verbal conflict with the other party to the dispute, showing disrespect to the arbitrator, disrupting the order of the arbitration session. This scroll of guerrilla tricks clearly shows how vulnerable the arbitrator is to the guerrilla behavior of the parties with all its benefits. Arbitration, once the flagship of speed, cheapness, and efficiency, is now becoming a passive, slow, costly, and inefficient institution. This plague is currently infecting Iran's arbitration. For example, the most important guerrilla threat to the arbitral tribunal is the frequent delays in arbitration proceedings. It is enough for the guerrilla to disrupt the arbitration process for three months and not attend the hearings and give no reason, and disrupt the order of the hearings, ignore the court orders, and dissuade witnesses from testifying. It is not before the time limit for arbitration set in the Article 484 of the Code of Civil Procedure has reached that either the arbitration, according to Article 474 of the Code of Civil Procedure, or the arbitral award, if one has been issued, according to Article 489 of the Code of Civil Procedure, could be annulled by the court. In fact, the Code of Civil Procedure not only does not prevent guerrilla tricks, but also provides unique opportunities for guerrilla arbitration to overturn arbitration. In this way, the arbitrators have no choice but to be indifferent to the principles of the trial so that they can issue a verdict within the prescribed time limit, and this contradiction undoubtedly completely destroys the efficiency of the arbitral tribunal. That is why care must be taken in setting the rules of arbitration, and arbitration in Iran will never flourish until a solution is found to counter guerrilla tactics. Accordingly, for the Iranian arbitration, which is at the beginning of the path, a solution must be devised to counter the guerrilla tricks. This article proposes five effective strategies to protect the arbitrator against the harms of guerrilla tricks. The first is the inclusion of an Asymmetrical Arbitration Clause in the arbitration agreement. In this way, if the other party does not cooperate, the plaintiff can decide on the details of the arbitration process on his own. The second solution is for the parties to agree on a regular and flexible timetable that provides for the deadline for petitions and actions required in arbitration. The third way to prevent guerrilla tricks is to attach some ethical precepts to the arbitration agreement. The benefit of this code of ethics model is that each party becomes familiar with its obligations and understands what behaviors will be considered guerrilla tactics. In this way, the arbitrator faces less challenge in punishing the offender. Two final strategies are formed to increase the managerial power of the arbitrators so that they can use their experience and knowledge to deal with the arbitration guerrillas. The fourth and most powerful tool against guerrilla tricks is Adverse Inference which is based on the assumption that the document that the defendant has refused to submit to the arbitral tribunal implies his conviction or proves his wrongdoing. The last resort is to impose arbitration costs on the guerrillas in two ways 1. Allocation of arbitration costs to the guerrilla at the time of the issuance of the award 2. To receive security against using guerrilla tricks. Thus, if the proposed solutions in the Iranian arbitration law and the bylaws of arbitration institutions have a strong presence, Iranian arbitration will be free from guerrilla and guerrilla tricks in arbitration.

Samak-e Ayyar has been told by Sadaghat ebn-e Abolghasem in the same way it was recounted in public places. Faramarz ebn-e Khodadad-e Arrajani, in turn, has adopted and retold the story, retaining the same stylistic features used by professional public reciters.Ayyari tricks and stratagems are of magical and military nature and are used by common people, wanderers, magicians and fairies in this work. Examples of the frequently used stratagems are: casting the lasso, using anesthetics, telling lies, passing oneself as someone else, …. The method of constructing prisons, buildings, basements and escape ways are all unique and bespeak the craftiness and ingenuity of those who employ them. These tricks are sometimes used to benevolent ends; they can also be resorted to for hostile purposes. In both cases, such tricks are of great strategic value to the users.

Abstract: 

The present investigation concerns evaluation, comparison and analysis of search options existing within web-based meta-search engines. 64 meta-search engines were identified. 19 meta-search engines that were free, accessible and compatible with the objectives of the present study were selected. An author’s constructed check list was used for data collection. Findings indicated that all meta-search engines studied used the AND operator, phrase search, number of results displayed setting, previous search query storage and help tutorials. Nevertheless, none of them demonstrated any search options for hypertext searching and displaying the size of the pages searched. 94.7% support features such as truncation, keywords in title and URL search and text summary display. The checklist used in the study could serve as a model for investigating search options in search engines, digital libraries and other internet search tools.

Abstract: 

Considering the extent of conflict in today's organizations (especially schools), the use of effective strategies for conflict management is essential. The key point, and the main purpose of this study, is the extent to which the principals' self- awareness impacts their use of effective strategies for conflict management. 63 principals in primary schools were selected systematically from among 132. To measure their self-awareness, Rogers' Questionnaire and to determine their conflict management strategies, Putnam and Wilson Standard Questionnaire was used. Results indicated a significant relation between the principals' self-awareness and conflict resolution strategies. No significant relation was observed between the principals' self-awareness and the control or inaction strategy.

امروزه بازاریابی الکترونیکی به عنوان یکی از زیر مجموعه های کسب و کار الکترونیکی (E-business) محسوب می شود که دارای تکنیک ها و ابزارهای مخصوص به خود است. در این راستا یکی از روش های بازاریابی الکترونیکی، استفاده از موتورهای جستجو برای این مهم است، لذا شناسایی روش ها و ابزارهای لازم برای بازاریابی از طریق موتورهای جستجو (SEM) و دستیابی به موفقیت در آن ضروری است. در این طرح پژوهشی پس از تعریف بازاریابی الکترونیکی، فرایندها و نحوه ارزیابی بازاریابی الکترونیکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در ادامه موتورهای جستجو و نحوه تعامل وب سایت با آنها بررسی شد. در بخش بعدی، اصول و روش ساخت یک برنامه بازاریابی بررسی گردید و پس از آن بخش های مختلف نرم افزار Word Tracker به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای اصلی این روش مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

Abstract: 

با رشد محتوای وب فارسی در سالهای اخیر، زبان فارسی به زبان اصلی ارتباطی ایرانیان در اطلاع رسانی و تبادل افکار و عقاید در بستر اینترنت مبدل گشته است. با وجود پژوهشهایی که اخیرا در زمینه چالشها و محدودیتهای زبان فارسی در کاهش کیفیت نتایج جستجو انجام پذیرفته است، تاکنون تحلیل آماری دقیقی در زمینه میزان تاثیر این مشکلات در کاهش کیفیت نتایج جستجو صورت نگرفته است. در این مقاله با استفاده از یک مجموعه واقعی از صفحات وب فارسی به ارائه نتایجی کمی در مورد میزان تاثیر برخی از مهمترین مشکلات و محدودیتهای موجود در زبان فارسی، در کاهش میزان جامعیت نتایج جستجو، به عنوان یکی از معیارهای سنجش کیفیت نتایج در موتورهای جستجو، می پردازیم.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to provide a model of marketing tricks to promote the sale of Iranian sport manufacturers which was conducted in three steps. In the first step, effective factors were identified with Delphi method. In the second step, the interpretive structural model (ISM) defined a model. In the third step, partial least squares structural equation modeling was used to validate the model. The statistical population consisted of all customers of Tehran sporting goods stores. The sample size was determined by structural equation method and 214 questionnaires were collected. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the sport marketing professors and the construct validity and convergent validity were verified. Reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. The findings mapped a model at four levels and the significance of its relationships was confirmed. As a result, it can be stated that use of imitation name and appearance is a trick that makes imitation identity, and provides a desired image and perception of the quality of imitation products for customers and can promote sale for Iranian sport manufacturers.
