Abstract: 

چکیدهبا توجه به پیوستگی دین و رسانه در ایران و نیز توجهات گسترده نظری به مبحث رسانه دینی در سال های اخیر و نیز با در نظر گرفتن اهمیت فهم و ایضاح مفهومی«رسانه دینی» در این پژوهش به تحلیل مقالات ایرانی درباره رسانه دینی پرداخته شده است.در این مرور نظام-مند دلالت های ضمنی و بعضا صریح نویسندگان درباره رسانه دینی مورد نظر بوده و چگونگی فضای مفهومی و فکری این مقالات و نویسندگان شانرمورد توجه قرار گرفته است.بنابر این سوال اساسی این تحقیق آن است که به لحاظ مفهومی چه تلقی از مفهوم رسانه دینی در میان تحقیقات ایرانی و میان صاحبنظران عرصه دین و رسانه وجود دارد؟ به همین منظور پس از مروری بر نظریه های سه گانه دین و رسانه با استفاده از نگاهی فراتحلیلی،همه مقالات ایرانی مرتبط با موضوع و در حیطه جستجوی نویسنده مبنای کار قرار گرفته است.یافته های تحقیق در چهار محور شامل مسایل و موضوعات پژوهش ها،وجود/امکان رسانه دینی،تعریف رسانه دینی،نوع رسانه مورد نظر پژوهش ها،و نوع دین مورد توجه پژوهش ها ارایه شده است.نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که نگاه کلی حاکم بر تحقیقات ایرانی در حیطه رسانه دینی،نگاهی هنجاری با رویکرد و مبنای نظری ابزارگرایانه است.این نگاه در همه حیطه های مسایل و موضوعات،وجود و امکان رسانه دینی،تعریف رسانه دینی،مصداق و مفهوم رسانه و نیز دین،و همچنین در مبناها و رویکردهای نظری پژوهش ها خود را نشان می دهد.

Preface and the aim of research: this research has an obvious question: “how will be the future of media management” which can be more cleared by another question: “How will be the management of future media”, why current media constantly alternating what seems to have taken on the traditional media which have become part of history. And these two questions immediately will challenge us with this thought that “Future media, themself how would be”. Afterwards with contemplation on this notion as well as through the enterprise architecture will figure out that “this how” will be including “Form, Content and infrastructure”.In the other hand, modality of future of media management or how will be the management of future media will have been defined by defining form, content and also infrastructure of future media.Methodology of research: Based on survey Methodology, this study can be classified as descriptive research and to do it, through library research methodology and Internet, with taking perspectives of approximately 500 specialists in communications, media, Futures Study, and ICT fields, Delphi method was used.Results (Findings): in this research, by redefining media and showing the developing relations of social and public media in addition six stages of “Media transformation”, supplementation of traditional media with digital dimensions, modality of producing new method by new form and content and finally necessity and expectations of the media audiences, it is specified which “There is no possibility of survival for traditional media” and “in next generation of media (future media) a new form and content must be presented”. Also, characteristics of “this new form and content” have been provided in “future media”.Amongst essential features which were found in this research can be noted “Mandatory continuous change and definite destruction of form and content of the current traditional media, becoming “multi-format & hyper” all media products, eliminate of time and place of receive and broadcast, production and broadcasting on demand, COD & POD (Cast On Demand and Produce On Demand), Accompany or mobility, Interactive, cyber, Cyborg, CybHuOrg, Socializing, Intelligent, and Being Based on Apps, and dozens of other features extracted from “form and content”.Furthermore, concepts such as PGPC (Private, Governmental, Public, and Cooperational Management (that it is the structure of future media’s Owning. Architectural Model of Content, Global mobile media / GMM, Social Mass media / SMM, etc.Conclusions: In this study by using different Enterprise Architecture and business models, the most efficient possible model has been suggested and identified which future of media means the future of “the form, content, and infrastructure”.Hence, clearly shown that media management is managing these three areas. As a result, the properties of future of media management have been showed by approximately 100 properties in scope of “form, content, and infrastructure.

Abstract: 

Communication policies are a set of principles and norms formulated to guide the performance of the information and communication systems. Today, any policy-making in media organizations requires that other communication areas be fully considered. The present paper mainly concerns the strategies adopted by the National Media in modern communication media policies and the study aims to identify the most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the National Media in this regard and to formulate the appropriate operational strategies for the policy. In this study, a qualitative-quantitative method based on SWOT Analysis Matrix through purposive interviews with 12 media experts and policy makers of this Media was adopted to examine the related policies. In total, 12 strengths and opportunities have been identified as advantages and 11 weaknesses and threats as constraints. A score of 2. 43 of the evaluation matrix of the internal factors and a score of 2. 49 of the evaluation matrix of the external factors show that weaknesses of the National Media policy-making on modern media outnumber its strengths, with the future threats which overshadow the opportunities, accordingly, some defensive strategies (WT) for tackling these threats have also been presented.

Abstract: 

media convergence has resulted in globalization of the media industry while changing the basis of the economy of the industry and management of the media agencies, so that this change has relentlessly developed the workforce of the media companies. The issue has also changed the regime of industrial economy to a service economy. These changes have therefore created new agencies and caused their merger in various sectors of the media market and ultimately created developments in the principles of the global trade. The media convergence has changed the media organizations and created particular developments in the principles of the global trade. This has caused expansion of the media companies in foreign dimensions. The technological convergence has facilitated and expanded global exports and direct investment of the telecommunication companies in the media thus increasing the profits, merging transnational ownerships and creating a new wave of the merger of the media institutes. In this article we will try to answer these question: 1-what is the media convergence.2-what is the impact of media convergence on mass media legislation.
