Abstract:

Latest studies in Finance show that it is possible to design various instruments, with a variety of uses, with the help of the [jurisprudentially] legal contracts. One of those financial instruments is the Salaf bonds designed on the basis of the Salaf contract: This instrument has the ability to fill-in the deficit in the government's budget, provide for the financial needs of the firms, become an appropriate instrument for risk coverage and be used as an instrument of monetary management by the Central Banks. In this article it has been strived that, through a descriptive-analytical approach and utilizing the experiences of other Islamic countries, a feasible model of these financial papers in line with the Imamia jurisprudence and the laws and rules of the capital market be presented. The current study shows that the primary market transactions of Salaf bonds are absolutely valid. However the secondary market transactions though can be amended and validated based on the Islamic laws and general principles governing the contracts, according to the view popular among the jurists, have some flaws and faults. To get rid of these flaws, techniques have been recommended.

Abstract:

Nowadays, constructive activities such as dam construction, villages and cities development and etc. are some of the main human factors in destroying many of archaeological sites. By the same token, during road construction in Buin Zahra- Sagz Abad, transit axis widening project in Qazvin province, southern parts of Maya tepe which have been located in road boundary would be destroyed. Therefore, urgent excavation of mentioned site was implanted in fall 1389 by an archaeological expert of cultural heritage organization of Qazvin city. Maya tepe is located in 5/5 km of the west of Buin Zahra City and in northern side of Buin Zahra- Sagz Abad axis and is an important site due to its particular location which is near to prehistoric sites of Qazvin plain such as Charbone, Zagheh, Ghabrestan and Sagz Abad. During the excavation in 10 trenches 2×2 meters and with preliminary researches about obtained results specially ceramic typology, within a semipermanent settlement pattern, this site has a culture from late Neolithic I and early late Neolithic II (end of the first half of the sixth millennium BC), whose similar cultures in Qazvin plain have been identified in Charbone and Ebrahim Abad sites. In this paper, findings and results of an urgent excavation are presented and ultimately a comparative chronology of Maya Tepe is presented.

Abstract:

Phytotherapy is an ancient knowledge and people have been using herbs for centuries to heal themselves. Different researches have indicated that due to the side effects of synthetic drugs people nowadays have a tendency to use herbal medicines to treat their diseases. A few number of these researches have been dedicated to studying the effect of herbal medicines research. NMRI adult female mice which weighed30 to35 grams were divided into 5groups in this study. The groups included one control group, a sham group and 1, 2, and 3 experimental groups. The control group used the special water and food for mice which was fed to all the groups. The 1, 2 and 3 experimental groups received 135, 45, and 15 milligrams per kilogram of their body weight doses of the essence of Juniperus sabina respectively for a period of 30 days. The results indicate that the essence of this herb increases the weight of the uterus. All three layers showed increase thickness of diameter and the number of the blood vessels of the uterus decreased in the experimental groups 1 and 3.The number of the follicles which had undergone atrophy and the yellow-bodies (corpus luteum) increased significantly but the primordial and primary follicles decreased in number. These results suggest that this herb is harmful to pregnant women and it must be consumed under the supervision of a physician if necessary. The manner in which this herb effects the oogenesis hormones and the extraction of the effective substance and applying it on the uterus and the ovaries must be examined.

Abstract:

Background and Objectives: Junipers of Iran are indigenous, beautiful and resistant plants with various usages in horticulture and forestry. These plants are found in natural resources places naturally; unfortunately they are getting extinct because of annihilation of natural habitats and also atmospheric changes. So, researches on propagation and protection of them are so important. One of the effective materials on asexual propagation of this plant, cutting, that is really efficient is coconut juice. The aim of the study was to evaluate the season of cutting, substrate and coconut juice on the rooting of Maymars juniper cuttings. Material and Methods: To introduce natural materials instead chemical hormones for rooting Maymars cuttings and also to select the best season and substrate, recent experiment was done with 5 levels of coconut juice (0, 25%, 50%, 75% & 100%) in 4 substrates contained, perlite, perlite-cocopite (1: 1), Pumice and rooting substrate (combination of sand, perlite, cocopeat, vermicompost and peat moss) and 4 seasons of year on Maymars cuttings with length 15 cm. The experiment was done in 3 replications and each one contained 9 cuttings. The aim of the experiment was finding the best season, substrate and natural treatment to propagate this plant. At the end of each season, rooting percentage, root length, root numbers, fresh and dry weight of roots were registered in each substrate and treatment. Results: The result showed that the best season for rooting the Maymars cuttings is spring. The best rooting between all treatments was related to level 25% coconut juice in perlit-cocopeat (1: 1) substrate with more than 30% rooting. In winter no rooting was seen in none of substrates and treatments. Highest amount of roots was seen in fall and also perlit-cocopeat (1: 1) substrate. Maximum root length was recorded in spring and minimum of that was seen in summer. Also maximum root length was shown in pumice substrate. Highest amount of root fresh and dry weight was resulted in spring. And also the highest amount of root fresh weight was found in perlite substrate and there was not different in amount of root dry weight in all substrates equally. Generally, it can be concluded that coconut juice causes rooting percentage increase in cuttings, because of containing auxin. And it is advised to use them instead chemical materials. To propagate Maymars junipers via cutting it is found that spring is the best season to propagate this species and other seasons are not proper and acceptable to propagate this plant. Conclusion: Generally, in can be concluded that coconut juice increases the rooting of Maymars cuttings as containing natural auxin and the best level is 25%. The best rooting between all treatments was related to level 25% coconut juice in perlit-cocopeat (1: 1) substrate with more than 30% rooting.

Abstract:

The urge to translate books and other sources of knowledge, as harbors (providers) of experience and skill, to different languages and cultures is presumably as old as the history of writing. An accurate and comprehensive understanding of a book under translation is of paramount significance for translators as any lack of understanding or misunderstanding potentially distorts the real and intended meaning of the selected book. Needless to mention, a translator should possess a comprehensive command of ideas and concepts articulated in a text. The flourishing of translation industry, accompanied by the flood of translated books, within the last decades gave birth to the emergence and development of various translation theories which provide critical criteria to evaluate translated items. Translation criticism soon asserted itself among other branches of academic studies. Prominent scholars like Antoine Berman, Herbert Paul Grice, Carmen Garcé s, Basil Hatim, and Juliane House, among others, have propounded diverse aspects of translation criticism. The translation of scriptures (holy texts) is one of the domains which necessitates understanding and accuracy as million people around the world base their beliefs on the them. Thereby, the translation of these texts should be performed with outmost vigilance. The Holy Quran, the religious book of Muslims, embodies sacred concepts that are expressed through morphological, syntactic and rhetorical structures of Arabic language. It is not surprising, therefore, that numerous translators from around the world have assigned themselves the task of translating the Holy Quran to different languages. Such an undertaking, however, has witnessed a number of challenges as, for example, theologians and scholars, including Al-Zamakhshari and Al-Suyuti take the translatability of the Holy Quran with serious doubts. Despite challenges and obstacles, this holy book has been translated to many languages. The critical assessment of the quality and features of different translated versions of the Holy Quran constitutes the main bulk of papers and dissertation written in this field. The faithful translation of the Holy Quran into Persian, among other available types, has received a considerable deal of attention as scholars/translators like Makarem Shirazi, Meshkini, Elahi Ghomshei, Khoramshahi, and Fooladvand have attempted to provide a faithful rendition of this holy text. Like many translated literary and non-literary books, these translations potentially exude advantages and disadvantages. Carmen Garcé s’ s theory has widely been utilized to critically assess the translation of literary texts. This work, accordingly, draws on Garcé s’ s theory, with a particular attention to the second level of his model (syntactic-lexical axis), to examine the translation of “ MA as negative maker” in the first and second chapters of the Holy Quran. This study follows two goals: to pinpoint some of the important challenges in this field and to propose some suggestions for handling these challenges. Adopting an analytical-descriptive approach, this study draws on Garcé s’ s(1994) framework which is divided into four distinct levels: semantic-lexical; syntacticmorphology; discourse-applied; and stylistic-scientific. In addition, some other branches of translation criticisms dealing the with quality and legibility of translation are consulted. At the second level of Garcé s’ s framework, which constitutes the focal point of this study, four types of translation are proposed: literal translation, syntactic reduction, syntactic expansion, and syntactic changes (modification in form) in sentences. Based on the critical observations made in this study, it is safe to conclude that Makarem Shirazi and Meshkini are more successful than their peer translators in providing a faithful translation of the Holy Quran. Likewise, none of the translators has confined his translation of the Holy Quran to “ literal” translation, which Garcé s discredits. Finally, the most important shortcoming in this field concerns the lack of a concerted effort to identify exact equivalents in the target language (Persian), which would lead to overlooking of religious concepts and commands reiterated in the Holy Quran.

Abstract:

Background and objectives: Native juniper of Maymars is one of the valuable species in Mountainous forests of Golestan province and is one of the main pillars of natural ecosystems of Iran’ s mountainous forests. At the moment, most of these trees have the hardest biological conditions and they try to be survived. So it is needed to practice finding the protection and propagation ways to keep these plants. Material and methods: To recognize the best season and substrate, and also proper treatment to root the cuttings of Maymars, recent experiment was done with 5 levels of indole butyric acid (0, 1000 ppm, 2000 ppm, 4000 ppm & 8000 ppm) in 4 substrates contained perlite, perlite-cocopite (1: 1), Pumice and rooting substrate (combination of sand, perlite, cocopeat, vermicompost and peat moss) and 4 seasons of the year on Maymars cuttings with length 15 cm. The experiment was done in 3 replications, and each one contained 9 cuttings. The aim of the experiment was finding the best season; substrate and natural treatment to asexual propagate of this plant (cutting). At the end of each season, rooting percentage, root length, root numbers, fresh and dry weights of roots in each substrate and treatment were registered. Results: The result showed that the best season for rooting the Maymars cuttings is spring and the best substrate is perlit cocopeat (1: 1). The best rooting between all treatments was related to level 4000 and 1000 ppm of indole butyric acid in spring with more than 50% rooting. Lowest amount of rooting was related to all treatments of winter with fewer than 2%. Highest number of roots was seen in spring and level of 2000 ppm of indole butyric acid and also in perlit-cocopeat substrates (1: 1) and the fewest one was seen in pumice substrate. Maximum root length was seen in spring and it should be mentioned that between all substrates, the best ones were perlit – cocopeat, perlite and rooting substrate without any significant difference. Highest amount of root fresh and dry weight was resulted in spring. And also highest amount of root fresh weight was found in rooting substrate. On the other hand, the highest amount of root dry weight was seen in pumice substrates as well. Conclusion: So it can be concluded that to propagate Maymars cutting, spring is the best season with the best result of rooting. Also indole butirice acid is effective Plant Growth Regulator to propagate Maymars juniper. The best rooting between all treatments was related to level 4000 and 1000 ppm of indole butyric acid in substrate of perlit cocopeat (1: 1) in spring with more than 50% rooting.
