Abstract: 

academic persistence indicates the continuity and behavioral commitment to education and learning that the existence of such a tool was needed in the country. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the psychometric properties of the academic persistence scale. This research is a type of descriptive research that examines the characteristics of psychometrics with a practical purpose. The statistical population of the research consisted of all the students of the first secondary school in Qom city who were studying in the academic year of 1400-1401. A number of 355 students were included in the sample using a multi-stage cluster random method and completed the academic persistence questionnaire of Talib et al. (2018). After collecting the data, they were analyzed using SPSS22 and AMOS22 statistical software and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. The results showed that the extracted factor explains 79.93% of the variable of academic persistence. Also, the reliability of the tool was equal to 0.994 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and 0.989 for the first half and 0.988 for the second half using the two halves method. According to the results of exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis, the Persian version of the academic persistence questionnaire is considered an efficient tool.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was to identify factors causing crisis in sport for all in Iran. The statistical population included managers and specialists in the field of sport for all and members of the faculties of physical education in Iran (N=1300). Based on Morgan Table, 300 subjects were selected randomly for the research sample. To achieve the study aims, a researcher-made questionnaire (containing 60 items) was used. Abstract: 

Objective(s): Monitoring children's weights using an appropriate scale is one practical way of assessing their nutritional status. This study examined the reliability and acceptability of the Uniscale, an instrument used for weighing mothers and children.Methods: This study was conducted from December 2000 to February 2001 within the Savojbolagh District Health System, Iran. In the first part of the study, weights of subjects in three groups were obtained using the Uniscale and compared with weights obtained from the currently used scales (current scales). The sample comprised pregnant women and children under 5 who visited the health centers. The main measure of interest was reliability, assessed by two indicators: intra-instrument error for each of the two types of scales, and inter-instrument error. The second part was a descriptive study to test providers’ (health workers') perceptions of the acceptability of Uniscale measurements. The main measure was acceptability, assessed by the frequency of problems with usage of the Uniscale and the recommendations by test providers regarding the use of Uniscale.Results: In the first section, a total of 458 clients participated in the study. Overall, mean values of repeated measurements with the two scales (intra-instrument error) were not significantly different. There was no significant difference between the weight measurements of the two scales (inter-instrument error) when weighing children, but a significant difference was detected when weighing pregnant women (P<0.001). In the second section, 54 providers were included. The proportions of providers who recommended the use of the Uniscale for children under 2 years, children 2-5 years and pregnant women were 57%, 75% and 80%, respectively.Conclusion: The Uniscale had the same accuracy as the current scale when weighing children. However, for use in adults, a repeat study may have to be conducted with better-trained providers because measurements appear to be influenced by individual variation in use. Most providers suggested that the Uniscale is a better choice for pregnant women (adult group) than for children. There seems to be a need for newer, more user-friendly versions of the Uniscale. We recommend that new versions of mother-child scales be developed that are more user friendly.

Abstract: 

مهندسی پایایی و متعاقب آن تخصیص پایایی به زیرسیستم ها در فاز طراحی، عوامل مهمی هستند که توجه به آنها در طراحی محصول ضروری است. تخصیص پایایی، موجب دست یابی به محصولی پایا، ارزان و در عین حال مطابق با خواسته های مشتری، رقابت پذیر و سازگار با محدودیت های ما و نیز بهبود روش های طراحی و ساخت می شود. محققین بسیاری از پارامترهای فرایند تخصیص پایایی را با ایده هایی متفاوت ارائه داده اند که با آنالیز آنها، ضعف هایی آشکار شده است. یک جنبه ی مهم در نظر گرفته نشده، میزان اهمیت زیرسیستم ها با توجه به مکان آنها در چیدمان کل سیستم و میزان تاثیر آنها بر پایایی کل سیستم است. در این نوشتار با استفاده از معیارهای تعیین میزان اهمیت در پایایی، بر این ضعف غلبه شده است. با مقایسه ی نتایج اجرای شیوه ی جدید و دو مورد از پرکاربردترین شیوه های موجود در متون علمی بر مثال های آورده شده،برتر بودن نتایج حاصل از شیوه ی جدید مورد تایید قرار گرفته است.

Abstract: 

The research is to design a model of sport for all governance in Iran. The study is a descriptive-analytical type that has been done through fieldwork. Statistical population of the study included all of the faculty members of physical education colleges that were familiar with sport management, all managers and their staff at the sport for all deputy, and all sport federation’ s managers and staffs that were related with sport for all, sports directors of provincial municipalities and sports executives of various armed forces (N=750). Based on Morgan table, 254 persons were randomly selected as research samples. To achieve the research goals, a researcher made questionnaire with 55 questions was used. The validity of questionnaire15 was confirmed by 20 experts, and its structural validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. The findings. یافتهRes showed that there are 7 factors such as government, planning, law, organizing, scientific and educational, media and communication, for the model of sport for all governance in Iran. The predictive power of these factors based on the total percentage of factor cumulative variance is equal to 56/4%. . Also, the achievement model is goodness.

Abstract: 

سابقه و هدف: ارزشیابی استادان یکی از ابزارهای مهم در فرآیندهای آموزشی است که با استفاده از روش های مختلف از جمله نظرخواهی از دانشجویان انجام می گیرد. این امر در حال حاضر یکی از مسائل بحث برانگیز آموزشی است و موضع گیری های مختلفی در مورد آن وجود دارد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی پایایی نظر دانشجویان در رشته ها یا ترم های مختلف در مورد استادانی که درس یکسانی را برای آن ها تدریس می کردند انجام گرفت.مواد و روش ها: در مطالعه مقطعی- تحلیلی حاضر، ارزشیابی 40 نفر از استادان که به صورت سرشماری انتخاب شده اند، توسط 89 گروه از دانشجویان انجام شد. هر یک از این استادان درس تئوری واحدی را به چند گروه تدریس می کردند. سوالات در چهار حیطه دسته بندی شدند. نتایج کلی ارزشیابی هر استاد به صورت میانگین نمره کلی با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون همبستگی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پایایی با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تعیین شد.یافته ها: پایایی پرسشنامه بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ 0.96 به دست آمد. بیشترین پایایی مربوط به حیطه مهارت های تدریس (a=0.81). رابطه معنی داری بین امتیاز گزینه های مربوط به یک استاد که توسط چند گروه داده شده بود وجود داشت. ارتباط بین میانگین کل و نمره کل نیز با P<0.001 معنی دار بود.استنتاج: پرشسنامه ارزشیابی استادان دارای پایایی بالایی است. پایایی تمام حیطه های ارزشیابی بالاتر از حد مطلوب می باشد. بنابراین به نظر می رسد که نظرخواهی از دانشجویان در این زمینه با استفاده از پرسشنامه مناسب یکی از روش های مطلوب است.
