Abstract: 

Aims: Quality of work life and mental health are among the important factors affecting staff performance in organizations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of quality of work life on mental health of airline staff. Materials & Methods: This research is an applied and descriptive survey method that was conducted in one of the airline centers of Naja in Tehran, Iran between September 2018 and May 2019. The statistical population of the study consisted of all Naja air flight staff including 400 pilots and flight engineers 196 of whom were selected by stratified random sampling of the study center. Data were collected using two standard questionnaires of Walton Quality of Work Life and Goldberg and Hiller Mental Health Questionnaire. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the observations and to investigate the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables and to confirm the whole model, the structural equation modeling and path analysis method was used in Lisrel 8. 5 software. Findings: The component of social cohesion in the work organization with a factor of 0. 91 was the most important component of quality of work life and anxiety with a factor of 0. 90 was the most important variable of mental health. Independent variables of quality of work life including safe working conditions, ability to develop human abilities, opportunity for permanent growth, social cohesion in work organization, work environment and social dependence of work life were effective with path coefficient above 0. 5 on mental health dependent variable of study group. Conclusion: Improvements in the quality of work life including social cohesion, work environment, social dependence of work life, the possibility of expanding human capabilities, providing permanent growth opportunities and safe working conditions are effective in improving the mental health of airline staff.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Lower back pain is one of the most prevalent and costly musculoskeletal disorders. This disease is an important factor in the use of health care, and a major reason for the long term disability in military forces, which affects the readiness of personnel and their return to work. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of educational intervention on the amount of pain and disability caused by low back pain in military personnel of an Air force organization. Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental study. One hundred six Air force personnel from a military organization with a non-specific chronic low back pain referred to a specialized clinic in 2015 were surveyed. The eligible participants in the study were randomly divided into two intervention (53) and control (53) groups. Instruments included the Oswestry Disability Questionnaire and the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). The training sessions consisted of three sessions of 45-minute theory and two sessions of one-hour exercise sessions. The control group received only therapeutic routine intervention. The data were collected in the pre-intervention stage within three months after the intervention, and then were analyzed using SPSS 17 software. Results: Patients (53 personnel of a military organization) in the intervention group had a 75% reduction in severity of pain compared with the control group. According to the low back pain disability questionnaire, the patients in the intervention group had 90% reduction in disability in daily activities compared with the control group, indicating an improvement in the intervention group (P <0. 001). Conclusion: Implementation of educational intervention to reduce back pain and level of disability of Air force staff of a military organization with chronic back pain is recommended as an effective method along with other interventions.

به منظور شبیه سازی حرکت های پروازی لازم است که دستگاه های غیرخطی با روش معادلات دیفرانسیل چند متغیره حل شوند. در این پژوهش ضمن ارائه تئوری های ریاضی برای دستیابی به هدف فوق، برنامه های کامپیوتری لازم تهیه شد و در نهایت امکان ترسیم سه بعدی منحنی های آئرودینامیک حرکت فراهم گردید. خلاصه ای از فعالیت های انجام شده و نتایج حاصل: - انتخاب روش های عددی مناسب - تهیه نمودار گردشی و الگوریتم برنامه های مربوط - ترسیم توابع آئرودینامیک - تهیه و تدوین کتاب راهنمای استفاده از برنامه های نوشته شده.

Abstract: 

Lasers can produce a beam of light of such intensity that permanent damage to human tissue, in particular the retina of the eye, can be caused instantaneously, even at distances of over 10 km. At lower intensities, laser beams can seriously affect visual performance without causing physical damage to the eyes; causing transient damage or causing sensation and loss of focus. Laser illumination of aircraft can cause distraction, disorientation, and discomfort for pilots resulting in a potentially hazardous situation during critical phases of flight. It should be of interest to air Traffic controllers, aerodrome operators, and to the operators of laser shows.

Abstract: 

در این مقاله مقاومت هیدرودینامیکی یک شناور تندرو با بدنه ای از نوع پروازی و فرمی جدید با استفاده از دو روش تجربی و عددی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. هدف این بررسی، مقایسه نتایج تجربی بدست آمده از تست کشش مدل و نتایج عددی حاصل از شبیه سازی جریان اطراف بدنه شناور، به کمک نرم افزار فلوئنت می باشد. مهمترین موضوع در مدلسازی عددی شناور پروازی، تعیین شرایط حرکت دائمی آن از لحاظ تریم و آبخور می باشد. با مقایسه نتایج می توان نتیجه گرفت که با وجود عدم اطمینان نسبت به شرایط حرکت دائمی و در نتیجه تعیین موقعیت مدلسازی، نتایج متناظر در محدوده ای نه چندان متفاوت از هم قرار دارند. لذا می توان با مدلسازی های کاملتر، امکان بررسی شرایط حرکت شناور را مخصوصا در سرعت های بالا با روشهای عددی بدست آورد.

Abstract: 

Aircraft flight simulators with motion systems play a major role in improving education quality، flight safety and reducing training costs. Stewart mechanism is one of the simulator motion systems، which is a six-degree of freedom mechanism with coupled structures which makes its dynamical control analysis become more complicated. In this research، an electro-mechanical motion mechanism with six degrees of freedom has been completely analyzed and designed. With respect to the translational and rotational velocity and acceleration، and weight of cabin complex، kinematic relations of the machine، motions in work space with moving platform have been analyzed to calculate the positions، velocity and acceleration at any moments. The effects of various parameters such as roll، yaw، pitch، the linear and angular velocity and acceleration of the top platform on the force and speed of the operators are numerically studied finally. its components، namely electro-motor power، the length and diameter of ball screw، legs lenghth، lower platform، and leg linkage variations are، were analyzed and designed.
