هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مؤلفه های کارآمدی نظام ولایی در منظومه فکری حضرت آیت­ الله خامنه ای یا تأکید بر فطرت انسان ها است. پرسش اصلی مقاله حاضر آن است که مؤلفه ­های کارآمدی نظام ولایی در منظومه فکری حضرت آیت الله خامنه­ ای چیست و آیا این مؤلفه ها با فطرت انسان­ ها سازگاری دارد؟ همچنین پژوهش حاضر بر این فرضیه استوار است که شکل گیری و پایه ریزی انقلاب اسلامی و همچنین اندیشه های حضرت ایشان بر مبنای اعتقادات و باورهای دینی و فطری بوده بدیهی است این مؤلفه ها و شاخص ها هم بر مبنای الگوی اسلامی استوار است. روش پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد ازآنجاکه ابتناء نظام جمهوری اسلامی بر  نظریه حکومت اسلامی در عصر غیبت و بر پایه مردم سالاری دینی بوده  بر اساس این نظریه،  مشروعیت نظام مردم سالاری دینی  بر سه اصل صلاحیت­ های دینی؛  رضایت و انتخاب مردم استوار است برای رسیدن به اهداف، باید در مرحله نظر و عمل به عنوان یک نظام کارآمد تلقی شود؛ لذا در منظومه فکری رهبری انقلاب اسلامی نیز اصل کارآمدی از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار است.

Problem statement: Nowadays, considering the age of globalization, urban branding is reflected very important by means of a great opportunity for cities existing in global competition. In this regard, the main purpose of urban branding is creating an attractive image for the city and the urban branding approach has centered on the concept of the city’ s image. For urban branding and effectiveness of city, the image of the city can be a tool and even a goal. Research objectives: Regarding the importance of this issue, the objectives of this research are theoretical explanation of the components of city image and their relation to urban branding. Research methods: The present study was conducted as a descriptive-analytic theoreticalpractical study. The method of data collection is documentary-libraries. Conclusion: The image of the city is formed in two ways: direct (experience of the environment) and indirect (influenced by the advertisement). Undoubtedly, it has a primary component which includes the design dimensions, physical structures, cognition, awareness, and the functional dimension of the environment. On the other hand, it includes the complementary component that encompasses the evaluative, affective, likeability, and emotional dimensions. They are formed after understanding the primary component. Branding focuses on the concept of image and utilizes physical, socio-cultural and infrastructural techniques to influence the primary component of the image. By this way, it also makes the space more attractive for the complementary component to emerge. The advertising technique also enhances the influence and impact of the two mentioned components in branding and ultimately enhances the image from the exterior point of view (tourists) and the interior point of view(citizens).

رمان آینه های دردار اثر هوشنگ گلشیری یکی از آثار ادبیات معاصر فارسی است که عناصر فرهنگی بسیاری در خود جای دارد. این رمان در سال 2004 م به قلم سلیم عبدالأمیر حمدان با نام «مرایا الذات» به عربی ترجمه شد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی انتقال عناصر فرهنگی این رمان از فارسی به عربی بر پایه الگوی ولادیمیر ایویر (1987) و راهبردهای ترجمه این گونه واژه ها و عبارتها و نیز بررسی میزان بسامد هر یک از راهبردها و میزان موفقیت مترجم است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی-تحلیلی است، برای این کار از طبقه­بندی پنج­گانۀ نیومارک (1988) و نیز نمونه کار هاشمی و غضنفری مقدم (1393) در تکمیل طبقه­بندی آن بهره بردیم. یافته های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که در این رمان، مؤلفه اصطلاحات با 95 مورد، پربسامدترین و مؤلفه های لعن و نفرین، دشنام و ناسزا با هیچ مورد کم بسامدترین است. نیز نتایج آماری راهکارهای ترجمه عناصر فرهنگی این رمان نشان می­دهد که جایگزینی با بسامد 50 و 57% و وام گیری با 20 و % 23 بیشترین راهکار به کاررفته مترجم است و این نشان از آن دارد که حمدان از روش تلفیقی وام گیری به همراه تعریف بهره نبرده و عبارتها را برای خواننده در درون متن یا پاورقی تعریف نکرده است، ولی نکته مثبت ترجمه او کاربرد اندک ترجمه تحت اللفظی و حذف و به کارنبردن مؤلفه افزوده سازی است.

From the point of view of Islam, the core of all values is faith in God. In the narrations, various topics about faith have been raised, some of which were mentioned under the title "Truth of Faith". Another topic that is discussed in the narrations about faith is "the perfection of faith". Of course, as it was mentioned, the Infalibles did not seek logical and classical discussions in the narrations, rather, they expressed something according to the situation of the audience and their needs. Therefore, the observed differences should not be the source of contempt and the illusion of difference between the narrations. These differences are, in fact, teachings that a teacher gives to his student or a coach to his coachee in order to remind him of some points to use in life. Some components of the perfection of faith are: avoiding violation of the right, correct understanding of religion, overcoming religion over lust and entrusting affairs to God. This article explains in detail the components of perfection faith and its description and interpretation.

Background and Aim: Smartening the functioning of organizations is one of the important features of the fourth industrial revolution due to the widespread use of new technologies. All processes and equipment in a smart hospital are designed to be connected and integrated through smart software to increase productivity, reduce waste of time and money, and ultimately provide better patient care. For a better understanding of the components of a smart hospital based on modern technologies, this study can be used in the form of a practical and generalizable framework to be used in Iran's health system, especially military hospitals.Methods: A qualitative study was conducted through document content analysis. Initially, all available documents and articles related to the smart hospital were identified by reviewing electronic sources. The selection of documents was purposeful, considering the four criteria of JUPP. After a multi-stage screening process, 56 documents were ultimately selected for analysis, which took place after coding.Results: The ideal features for establishing a field hospital to provide optimal medical services to the wounded and injured due to war or accidents were identified and recorded in 40 fields.Conclusion: Smartening up, it is necessary to make this issue a priority for hospital managers, especially in military hospitals, and to establish the platforms and facilities for implementing and using each of these technologies in the organization to reduce costs, increase productivity, and provide better services to patients.

Housing has been one of the most important household assets throughout history. By examining the factors affecting housing prices, planning and decisions about the future of housing can be made. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effective factors (physical, access, environmental variables) on housing prices in Maragheh, The study is applied research and its method is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population consisted of real estate consultants in Maragheh. Data collection was done by library and field methods. From the mentioned community, according to Cochran's formula, a number of simple random methods have been selected as a sample. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and t-test, analysis of variance and multivariate regression. Findings show that all three components (physical, access, environmental) have an impact on housing prices in Maragheh. There is no significant difference in the impact of each on housing prices in Maragheh. In the physical variables of the building: the quality of the structure, in the access variables: the access to the medical centers and distance from the transport lines and access to the workplace and in the environmental variable: the components of nature and green space and social status have the greatest impact compared to other components. Among the variables affecting housing prices, the access variable had the major impact, then the environmental variable and finally the physical variable had the largest share on housing prices in Maragheh.

The feeling of happiness as a psychological and social phenomenon is influenced by the direct and indirect experiences of people of the environmental conditions that human beings need to achieve a healthy life and social continuity. The purpose of this study is based on the environmental semantic model with the aim of explaining the role of physical-functional and semantic factors of happiness in the realization of mental awareness of inhabitants in residential areas. Method: The present study is a quantitative content analysis and data collection in a citation-library method along with field survey and interview. The field of research is theories related to happiness from 1996-2020. Results: The results of the research indicate that based on the opinions of experts from the past to the present, happiness; With the help of factors such as, objective, behavioral and mental elements specific to each place are obtained, and therefore to achieve happiness, the physical factor 55. 80%, the individual factor 22. 97% and the behavioral factor 21. 23% they are important. But according to the field survey and interviews with the present researchers; physical factors are 53. 87%, individual factors 26. 60% and behavioral factors 19. 53% are effective in happiness and these two views are 95% consistent. Conclusion: Therefore, on average, the average percentage of the impact of factors; objective 54. 82%, behavioral 20. 38% and mental 24. 80% are effectively the categories of happiness factors in achieving mental awareness of inhabitants in residential spaces.
