Study of separation zone is so important in right-angled three-branch or four-branch open channel junctions. Some effective parameters in this case are inlet discharge ratio and flow depth which in this research the effect of inlet discharge ratio and weir height ratios (flow depth) on flow pattern and dimensions of separation zone has been simulated numerically. Investigation of numerical results showed that k-ω model well validated with experimental results and had good agreement, so that simulation error was less than 20%. Dimensions of separation zone in main and side channels were directly proportional with the inlet discharge ratio. Also as increases of height ratio of outlet weirs, flow depth increases and separation zone dimensions decreased. According to the analysis of numerical results, dimensions of separation zone in vertical direction, of the channel bed to water surface increased, so that for discharge ratio 0.6 and height ratio of outlet weirs 0.377, length of separation zone at the channel bed, 0.1 m up the bed and water surface was about 60 cm, 75 cm and 85 cm, respectively. So of the water surface towards the channel bed, length of separation zone decreased about %29.

کارایی نشان می دهد که سازمان چگونه از منابع خود در راستای تولید نسبت به بهترین عملکرد در مقطعی از زمان استفاده کرده است. یکی از مهم ترین شاخص های بررسی عملکرد شرکت ها کارایی است، پیش بینی کارایی شرکت های بورس اوراق بهادار و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کارایی شرکت ضرورتی است که در این پژوهش به آن پرداخته شد. به طوری که این تحقیق به بررسی نقش معیار های ریسک و نظام راهبری بر کارایی شرکت می پردازد .. در این راستا، برای اندازه گیری کارایی شرکت از روش تحلیل پوشش داده ها استفاده شده است. متغیرهای مستقل اولیه در این پژوهش شامل متغیرهای نظارتی نظام راهبری می باشد. یافته های تجربی مربوط به بررسی 154 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه ی زمانی 1390 تا 1397، نشان می دهد که متغیرهای نسبت مالکان نهادی، نسبت مدیران غیرموظف، ارتباط سیاسی شرکت و نسبت مالکیت مدیریتی و تمرکز مالکیت نسبت به سایر متغیرها قدرت بالاتری در تبیین کارایی شرکت با استفاده از روش فرهنگی دارند و همجنین از بین معیار های ریسک معیار ریسک مالی،ریسک نوسان قیمت سهام وریسک بحران مالی بر کارایی تاثیر دارد به علاوه، از نتایج دیگر پژوهش می توان به این موضوع اشاره کرد که در پیش بینی و ارائه الگو کارایی آتی شرکت می توان از روش لاسو با خطای ناچیز استفاده کرد.

دکارت می کوشد با به کارگیری راهکار شک و به یاری روش تحلیل، نخست هستی خود را اثبات کند و سپس چیستی «خود» را در مقام جوهر اندیشنده معلوم سازد. او پس از روشن کردن تکلیف «خود» در دو تأمل نخست است که از ره گذر تصورات واضح و متمایزی که از «دیگری» (اعم از خداوند و موجودات دیگر) در خود می یابد، دربارة هستی و چیستی «دیگری » حکم صادر می کند. او سرانجام، با استفاده از حقایق مکشوف با نور طبیعی عقل است که به سراغ اصول تنظیم کنندۀ مناسبات با دیگری می رود. اما پاسکال در ضمن اعتراف به عدم امکان کشف «خود» از طریق درون نگری، فرآیند ابتکاری دکارت در تأملات را وارونه می سازد و کشف «خود» را در گرو رابطه اش با «دیگری» و متأخر از آن می داند. بدین ترتیب سوژۀ اندیشندۀ آزاد و خودآیین دکارتی که «دیگری» را جز در مقام متعلق شناخت خود به رسمیت نمی شناسد و هستی و چیستی «دیگری» را در گرو تصوری می پندارد که «خود» از او دارد، درست در برابر انسان مجبور و دگرآیین پاسکالی قرار می گیرد که هستی و چیستیِ خود او نیز بر دو محور پیش و پس از هبوط، از سویی، و پیش و پس از دریافت فیض الهی، از دیگر سو، وابسته است که در هیچ کدام ارادة آدمی مطلقا نقشی ندارد. تنها تغییر وضعیت وی پیش و پس از دریافت فیض الهی، در تجربۀ نحوه های متفاوتی از دگرآیینی و عدم امکان تجربۀ هر گونه خودآیینی است و سرانجام، تنظیم مناسبات با «دیگری» نیز تنها در پرتو ارجاع به یک «ابردیگری» که خداوند باشد میسر می گردد.

Introduction: Fund or capital which is needed to finance a business or invest in a plan is prepared by different groups, those groups expecting a significant rate of return. Cost of equity of a business is equal to the minimum expected returns which a plan should include, and in this case investors will become eager to pay their fund for business. Research shows that various factors have effect on expected rate of return. Basu (1977) mentioned in his studies that those stocks that have larger P/E ratios will have a larger expected return. Bhandari (1988) described in his studies that depth ratio to total equity of shareholders as one of leverage ratios, have a relationship with expected return....

Designing a system which is capable of predicting financial insolvency in insurance companies is a major task of each national insurance supervisory institute all around the world. Although there are many models and systems in different countries to do so, using these models in Iran's insurance industry is not possible. The reason is some restrictions and impediments related to this industry in Iran. However, a system that is able to assess financial solvency or financial health of companies and inform regulators is necessary. In the first step the prerequisites of using such systems and models are identifying factors affecting financial stability and health of insurance companies. In this paper, twenty four financial variables in five factors (capital adequacy ratios, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, operational and risk ratios and other basic factors) affecting financial health were derived from the literature and tested in their relation to the independent variable.

In this paper, the fraud detection model in financial statements is examined by using the financial ratios tool. The purpose of the fraud detection model is to examine the financial statements using the financial instrumnet tool. The period of this research is considered to be 1339-1394. The statistical population includes all companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange. The statistical sample consisted of 35 healthy companies with healthy, non fraudulent statements in the Tehran Stock Exchange, which had been listed on the Stock Exchange before 1387, and during this period, at least once in the list of the Top Vocational Companies Declared by the Stock Exchange. Research in terms of the purpose of the theoretical type and in terms of analytical-experimental methodology. In order to investigate the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable, two – way independent t-test and Mann-Whitney test as well as developed logistic regression model were used. The results of the research showed that by using the financial statements analysis of listed companies Securities can be discovered in fraudulent financial reporting. The results of the research indicate that all financial ratios include the ratio of total debt to total assets, the ratio of liquidity to current debt, the financial ratios of current assets to current debt, and the ratio of net profit to equity in determining fraud. Has an effective role.
