Abstract: 

2The current research was conducted with the aim of compiling and validating the educational package of the 10th grade religion and life lesson based on Choice Theory. The research method for the stage of designing and compiling the educational package was descriptive-analytical method mixed . The main themes of the training package and the time required for training were taken from written sources such as the model of G schools and internal and external research projects. To validate the package, while using the face validity method, the content validity method was used in a qualitative and quantitative way. It was used with a panel of 14 experts. 14 experts were considered as the statistical population, 10 of them were in the field of psychology, two were in the field of curriculum planning, and two were in the field of education. In addition, two relative coefficients of content validity and content validity index were used. The minimum and maximum relative content validity coefficients for each item of the package were calculated as 1 and 0.71, and the content validity index in most sessions reached the number (0.85) for all goals in the educational protocol. The results revealed that the educational package of the Religion and Life lesson based on Choice Theory for 10th grade students have good formal and content validity and has the necessary validity for educational applications and research use.

Abstract: 

زمینه و هدف: در ارزیابی درونی، میزان تطابق اهداف نظام (برنامه) با وضعیت موجود آن ارزیابی و بر اساس آن فعالیتهای آینده برنامه ریزی می شود با توجه به نقش اساسی ارزیابی در ارتقاء و نیز تضمین کیفیت آموزشی، هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی درونی گروه آموزشی مدارک پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران می باشد.روش و ابزار: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی از الگوی اعتبار بخشی و طبقه بندی گور من برای ارزیابی درونی استفاده شده است. عوامل مورد ارزیابی عبارت بودند از: اهداف آموزشی (دوره های کارآموزی در عرصه)، پژوهشی (تعداد سمینارهای راهنمایی شده شرکت در همایش ها، ارایه و چاپ مقاله در مجلات معتبر داخلی و خارجی توسط اعضای گروه)، پشتیبانی (نیروی انسانی و فضا و تجهیزات)، جایگاه سازمانی (ارزیابی مدیر، شورا، اعضای گروه) و فرآیند تدریس می باشد. امتیاز ارزیابی از میانگین نمرات ملاکها (بین 5-1) بدست آمده و بر اساس طبقه بندی گور من تجزیه و تحلیل خواهد شد. نتایج: در ارزیابی اهداف آموزشی پژوهشی پشتیبانی و جایگاه سازمانی برای مدیر گروه شورا و اعضا امتیازات کسب شده در طبقه بندی گورمن مشخص می گردد.نتیجه گیری: در مجموع نتایج بدست آمده، گروه آموزشی مدارک پزشکی را با امتیازات کسب شده در محدوده ای مشخص از طبقه بندی گورمن قرار داده که نشانگر وضعیتی از دسته بندی های مطلوب یا نسبتا مطلوب و یا ضعیف می باشد که با توجه به شناسایی ملاکهای ناموفق پیشنهادات لازم جهت رفع نارسایی ها ارایه خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present article is to analyze the Department of Management and Educational Planningchr('39')s social responsibility status, in the University of Tehran. Therefore, after reviewing the research literature, five components of social responsibility; Ethical, legal, environmental, social and economic participation, which were more frequent, were selected as components of social responsibility and using the method of qualitative content analysis and using semi-structured interviews, 22 interviews with faculty members and Ph. D. student and Masters students. Analysis of interviews in the analysis of the five main components of social responsibility showed that in the ethical component in three sub-components: educational ethics with 57% satisfaction, research ethics with 58% satisfaction, communication and interaction ethics with 60% dissatisfaction, in the legal component with 72% satisfaction There was 95% dissatisfaction in the environmental component and 100% dissatisfaction in the economic and social participation components. Finally, based on the findings, policy proposals for the higher education system are presented.

Abstract: 

گروه های کوچکی که برای یادگیری تشکیل می گردند، به طور متوسط دارای ده نفر عضو می باشند. اگر جلسات این گروه ها در مکان مناسبی برگزار گردیده و همه اعضاء نقش های خود را به خوبی ایفاء نمایند، گروه به اهداف خارق العاده آموزشی خود دست خواهد یافت. یکی از مهم ترین مواردی که کمک می نماید تا تمامی اعضاء گروه نقش خود را به درستی ایفاء نمایند، پرسش سوالات اساسی و مرتبط می باشد. بنابراین، هدف از نگارش مقاله حاضر، تشریح جوانب مختلف طرح سوال در آموزش گروه های کوچک می باشد.

Abstract: 

استراتژی دریایی یکی از مهمترین ابعاد استراتژی ملی قدرت های بزرگ به حساب می آید. این مساله اگرچه با تحول ماهوی قدرت در سیاست جهانی، اهمیتی را که آلفرد ماهان در «تاثیر و نفوذ قدرت دریایی در تاریخ» مطرح کرده بود را از دست داده است اما در دو دهه اخیر مجددا به عرصه رقابت ژئوپلیتیک قدرت های بزرگ بازگشته است. در این میان، اقیانوس هند و شکل گیری ائتلاف بندی های جدیدی مانند کواد و آکوس در آن را می توان نقطه عزیمت جدیدی در بازی قدرت های جهانی دانست. در این راستا، این مقاله به این سوال اصلی پرداخته است که اقیانوس هند چه جایگاهی در معادلات ژئوپلیتیک قدرت های دریایی با تاکید بر گروه بندی های کواد و آکوس دارد؟ یافته های این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی صورت گرفته نشان دهنده انتقال تدریجی مرکز ثقل اقتصاد و سیاست جهانی از اقیانوس اطلس به اقیانوس هند-آرام است که در پرتو ائتلاف بندی های نظامی و امنیتی جدید به تشدید رقابت و تنش میان قدرت های بزرگ دریایی منجر خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

The main mission of universities and higher education centers is education and research that have a major impact on the growth and development of the country. Universities and higher education institutions are increasingly interested in evaluating the performance of their educational units in terms of educational performance and research performance, because performance evaluation, in addition to complexity, plays a major role in improving the quality of the university. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the educational, research and entrepreneurship performance of educational departments of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in University of Mazandaran during 1394-1397. Best-Worst Method Used to determine the input and output weights. The results show that the most important dimension of academic performance is the educational dimension, and the research and entrepreneurship dimension are almost equally important for the performance of educational departments. Also, given the functional nature of the university in development, there is a need for focus departments to maximize output. The results of the Wilcoxon test show that the performance ratings of each of the training departments are not independent in performance dimensions and emphasize the relevance of these dimensions. Using the proposed method in this study can be effective for evaluating the performance of educational departments in universities to identify weaknesses and improvement points.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Medical education quality improvement is a major issue in Iran’s medical education system. One of the strategies for medical education quality improvement is evaluation of the status quo and identification of the weaknesses. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate educational departments of Kashan Shahid Beheshti Teaching Hospital according to clinical education standards in line with the education reform plan and accreditation package.Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 210 stagers and interns of Shahid Beheshti Teaching Hospital of Kashan University of Medical Sciences in 2016. Subjects were selected by means of census method and data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The viewpoints of stagers and interns about the conformity of educational programs (round, grand round and morning report) with clinical education standards in departments of pediatrics, internal medicine, general surgery, cardiology, infectious diseases, neurology and specific surgery were assessed.Results: The highest rate of desirability of round from the viewpoints of stagers was related to infectious diseases (77.3%) and cardiology (66.7%) departments and from the viewpoints of interns was related to infectious diseases (60%) and neurology (40%) departments. The highest rate of desirability of grand round from the viewpoints of both stagers and interns was related to infectious diseases department (86.7% and 80% respectively). The highest rate of desirability of morning report from the viewpoints of both stagers and interns was related to the infectious diseases department (46.7% and 80% respectively).Conclusion: Given the moderately desirable status of educational programs in most of the departments, faculty members should get familiarized with new trends in medical education and clinical education standards through holding clinical education workshops and be encouraged to follow these standards. Moreover, departments should make efforts to eliminate weaknesses and achieve the desirable status.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to design a model for competencies of department chairs. The statistical population was all students (n: 15724) and faculty members (n: 239) of Islamic Azad university of Kerman. Research method was a mixed one. In the qualitative section, research method was grounded theory and in quantitative section it was a survey. The procedure of conducting the study was comprised of three parts; 1) extraction of competencies by grounded theory; 2) validation of competencies by inferential statistics; and 3) competencies prioritizing using Analytical Hierarchy Process. In the first part, sampling method was stratified purposeful and data collection instrument was Semi-structured interview. In the second part, sampling method was stratified random and data collection instrument was a closed responses questionnaire. In the third part, sampling method was purposeful and data collection instrument was a questionnaire of competencies paired comparisons. The result suggests a model of competencies consisting of 11 core competencies as well as 62 sub competencies. Core competencies were in order of importance: Ethical, Administrative – Monitoring, Personal, Motivational, Technological, Conceptual, Communicational, Cultural, Professional, Political, and Economic – Entrepreneurial.
