Understanding thoughts of poets is the most important means of perception of their ideas and historical and social conditions. Literary works of every nation like a precious treasure has a great role in the mobility of thoughts and feeling the audience. Poets of all ages have an effective role in the flourishing of the public mind. They have tried to help human in his education for having a better life and benefiting from life. Objectifying the mental knowledge is one of the important missions of educational literature. Pensive poetry that is all wisdom and consolation, gives the audience an impression. Sometimes the poet's words are with encouragement and sometimes with indecision. Divan of the Poets of our Land is a treasure of precious gems and is full of the mysteries of the social life and has various ways to acquire knowledge and socialization. This article has been tried to take a look at the process and the pace and decline of teaching literature in the works of poets, from the beginning to the eighth century and to analyze the causes of the emergence of this kind of literature in Iranian literature.The aim of this research is the impact of elders’ education on the growth of people. The results show that the evolution of educational literature from the beginning to the eighth century have had a growing trend, and poets have benefited from guidance methods, reasoning and counseling, remaindering, persuasion, reverence for punishment, tension, dialogue and Preaching for education.

Introduction: Premature discharge is known as a cause of relapse of psychiatric disorder and readmission. Health supervisors and researchers are eager to keep this kind of discharge minimal. Current study was done to evaluate the frequency of Discharge Against Medical Advice (AMA) from psychiatric ward and correlated variables.Materials and methods: In this case-control retrospective study, the chart of 908 admissions in psychiatry ward of Baqiatallab hospital between 1997 and 2003 were studied. Random sampling was done. Patients were divided to patients discharged AMA and those discharged with Medical Advice. Demographic -and mental health related variables were registered and compared in two groups. Results: 31 subjects (3.4%) were discharged Against Medical Advice and 877 (96.6%) with Medical Advice. Discharge AMA was significantly correlated with psychotic disorders and depressive disorders, but not with personality disorder, anxiety disorder and bipolar disorders. Age, being soldier, socioeconomic status', military duty, familial history of mental health disorder in relatives, history of suicide, using drugs and cigarette was not significantly correlated with discharge AMA.Conclusion: Over 3% of subjects who admit to Baqyiatallah hospital are discharged against medical advice. Patients with depressive or psychotic disorders are at higher risk for discharge with AMA. With respect to decrease the frequency of discharge against medical advice, it seems t be essential to give instruction to some groups of patients such as those with depressive or psychotic disorders. Further studies are recommended.

Background: Discharge against medical advice (DAMA) is a process during which the patient leaves the hospital voluntarily without completing the course of treatment, which can indicate a significant problem. The present study was conducted in one of the hospitals of Tehran to identify the causes of DAMA and design its dashboard. Methods: The present descriptive cross-sectional study examined the causes of DAMA in 2018 in a hospital in Tehran. Data were collected through a checklist prepared by the accreditation office. The collected data were inserted into QlikView software to design the dashboard. Results: The results demonstrated that the prevalence of DAMA from the hospital under study was 0. 7% in the outpatient department and 0. 25% in the inpatient department compared with the total number of patients discharged in these departments. The most common reasons for DAMA were, respectively, unwillingness to undergo surgery or procedures and financial problems. Conclusions: The findings allow hospital managers to take measures aimed at lessening DAMA and, thus, side effects, returns to the hospital, and additional costs. DAMA is a multidimensional phenomenon and is subject to several factors. Therefore, predicting the rate of DAMA and its determining factors can play an effective role in its control.

Advice, in any kind and purpose, shows the direction of man's thoughts toward the improvement of his life's conditions and obtaining prosperity. Sa'di, the Iranian supreme moral poet, whenever begins to give advice, talks so delicately, tenderly and firmly; his advices have been imitated during his next periods. The question of this article is that some Sa'di Ghazals, contrary to his other works that have made him well known for his teachings and experiences contains sidestepping from taking advice, in these ghazals, he not only avoids advice instead of advising his addressed, but also requests the adviser not to recommend him anymore, because he is involved in an incurable sickness i.e. the madness of love that is not match with the wisdom, and the advice which origins from the wisdom, has no opportunity to affect him. The method of this research is study and analysis; the conclusion is extracting and analyzing verses in which Sa'di avoids frankly any wisdom and taking advice but does not deviate from morality at all and emphasizes that in any case he takes advice except for love in which he cannot accept any recommendation on having patience for his beloved even in return for suffering hardships.
