Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the self-care assessment questionnaire that is used to study the level of self-care in healthy adults. In the first stage, the self-care assessment questionnaire was translated from English to Persian using the forward-backward method. The final Persian version was evaluated in terms of translation clarity, compliance with Iranian culture, and consistency with concepts in the original version. Subsequently, the psychometric properties of the tool were determined. During the translation and localization process, changes were made to the Persian version for a better understanding. The Cronbach’ s alpha coefficient of the different dimensions of the tool was within the desired range (0. 782-0. 924). Considering the importance and necessity of a self-care assessment questionnaire in healthy adults, a comprehensive and multidimensional questionnaire was selected and localized. This questionnaire can be used to improve the level of health and self-care.

Abstract:

Shah jahan, based on structural zone is located in south of kapedagh and in eastern side of Aladagh mountains in 37° till 37° 25’ northern latitude and 57° 30' till 58° 30' eastern longitude of northeastern part of Iran. Geomorphologic and tectonic elements show that this area is partly young and mountains can be affected highly by geomorphologic and hydrologic elements. Rivers branches are parallel and relatively condense placement of them in equal spaces, disordered zone roughness and for getting to their main drain (Atrac River), they have cut different types of stratum, tectonic construction and various structures. The goal of this research is identification of reasons and phenomena that have caused hydrographic systems of adaptation or no adaptation with the land and lithological structure of the area. To do that the geological plans, typography, satellite pictures and field observations were used. After studying the elements of affecting the adaptation or no adaptation the results show that approximately, 1554.11 km (78.56 percent) waterway have structural adaptation, and 34.54 km (17.46 percent) have no structural adaption, 30.49 Km (1.54 percent) have lithological adaptation and 48.15 (2.43 percent) have no lithological adaptation, 223.65 km (98.46 percent) have fault adaptation (tectonic) and 30.40km (1.54) have no adaption to the tectonic structure. Also, waterway's length, valley's width and the landscape's width below the adaption systems are more than no adaption whereas; no adaption systems have more depth than adaption systems 91.32 times).

Abstract:

The situation of sociology in Iran is problematic, the studies have never explained the process of this situation. To study this problematic situation, we used the method of conditional/consequential matrix. According to the research findings, the core category leading to this was a lack of formal recognition of sociology. The lack of formality of sociology in the general sense was due to the lack of recognition of several categories, including the lack of social recognition of sociology, and the lack of recognition of sociological criteria. This situation, at the micro-level, is related to scientific communities and sociological actors,at the intermediate level, it is connected to public and academic knowledge,at the macro level, it is related to economic, political, and ideological fields,at the super macro level, it is connected to the international order, the oil state, and the experience of modernity.

Abstract:

Arterial baroreflexes are the most important mechanism of cardiovascular system that can respond to rapid blood pressure changes during everyday activities. In this study we have assessed adaptive responses of carotid baroreflexes during isometric & dynamic exercise and compared the results with acute response during rest. The applied work loud in dynamic exercise was 100 watts and in isometric exercise it was 50% of calculated maximum force .Experiments were performed on 12 young male healthy sedentary volunteers aged between 21-28. This study was done in three exercises. In all three protoc1es, adaptation process during stimulation was assessed by studying of beat to beat R-R interval of ECG. In order to stimulate the carotid baroreceptors neck suction device Eckberg model was used and duration of stimulation was 10 seconds. ECG was taken carefully. Examination of adaptative process during stimulation showed maximal response achieved in resting state is statistically significant compared with that of isometric and dynamic exercise respectively (P<0.038, P<0.007). where as, comparison of adaptive response of rest state with isometric exercise and dynamic exercise was not statistically significant. There is no significant relation between maximal and adaptative response in dynamic and isometric exercises, although in general adaptative process in resting state compared with isometric and dynamic exercise was more pronounced. This observation confirmed that Vagal withdrawal with alimited degree of sympathic stimulation are challenged in this phenomenon. In other words the SA response to vagal stimulation is retarded by sympathic stimulation.
