In Mathnawi, Mowlana, using verses of the Koran, traditions, biographies of the prophets, parables, and allegories, talks about God's blessings in an effective and elegant way. It goes without saying that God's blessings spread everywhere, but the ignorant man may deprive himself of such blessings. Mowlana pictures God's mercy and compassion in such an attractive and beautiful way that the signs of God's wrath and rage are overshadowed, since the essence of creation lies in God's compassion and mercy.

Fatima Zahra (a.s.) is a blessing in all aspects and for all mankind. She is a blessing because she was a pious child for the holy Prophet (p.b.u.h.); a meritorious wife for the Commander of the Faithful (a.s.); a perfect mother for her children, especially for Hassan and Hussein (a.s.) and her husband’s nine children; a divine grace for the people of the past, people of her own time and those of the future generations; a guide for the people of her own time and those of the future; a model for all mankind, both men and women, in ethical, religious and political affairs; and an intercessor for the followers of the Prophet (p.b.u.h.) and Ali (a.s) and his descendents. Therefore, like the Imams (a.s.), Fatima Zahra (a.s.) is a blessing about whom we will be questioned in the Day of Resurrection.

"Rahmat" God's blessing and mercy, can be divided in two types, i.e. general and specific blessings. The general blessing is for all the creatures,, whether good or evil whether obeying or committing sins, etc. The specific blessing is for the universe and the man on the basis of his good deeds. A perfect man's heart is created by "rahmat". Since this heart has the manifestation of all the divine names and features, it is more prevailing than it. Hence, "rahmat" exceeds the wrath. Therefore, it is for the persons in the hell as well. It should be considered that God's punishment is also a sort of "rahmat". The punishment of the people of the holy prophet Yunes Caused "rahmat" to be returned to them.

Globalization is undoubtedly the dominant slogan of our time. A large majority of theoreticians of different schools believe in a common vision that "globalization" is something that differentiates our times. Even though, as far as goals and applications of this concept are concerned; different and at times contradictory evaluations have been offered. These contradictions indicated that concept of globalization differs depending on various theoretical beliefs and views from which it is looked at and therefore, the methods of analysis and conclusion of such concept should be considered with hesitation and deliberation.In this article, taking for granted that globalization is a multi - dimensional, dominant and inevitable process; this very basic question is brought up " are underdeveloped countries able, willing and in command of the determination to resist this process?

In the present paper we study the effect of oil prices on the financial development index based on the banking network and the stock market for the period 1357-1396 by using the Markov Switching Model. The results show that if the financial development based on the stock market is in a low regime, the increase in oil prices is not a curse for financial development, with no significant effect either positive or negative while if it is in a high regime, then oil income acts as a curse and reduces the financial development of the stock market. If the financial development index is in the middle regime, the increase in oil prices will not be a curse and will not reduce bank financial development. Also, the variables of trade openness and economic growth have different effects depending on the type of financial development regime. According to the research results, the increase in oil prices and revenues does not always lead to a decrease in the country’ s financial development. The impact depends on the stability and speed of financial development.

The rhetorical and syntactic subtleties in the verses of the Holy Quran, including the miraculous aspects of this book, have long been of interest to scholars of Quranic sciences. One of the rhetorical topics of the Holy Qur'an is stylistics, which, by using the achievements of rhetoric and syntax, examines the stylistic effects in the Holy Qur'an. The present research, with descriptive-analytical method and based on the criteria of stylistics, has investigated the stylistic beauty of Surah Noah on two rhetorical (traditional and new) and syntactic levels and tries to show what elegance In Surah Nuh, similes, metaphors, metaphors, and irony, as well as syntactical deviations, which are among the outstanding stylistic features of this surah, have been used. Therefore, by applying these features in accordance with the concepts and themes in the Surah, he realized the rhetorical subtleties and syntactic features of the verses, which is a sign of the unique style of this blessed Surah. The results of the research indicate that in this surah, in the most eloquent way and according to the situation of the audience, all kinds of syntactic and rhetorical deviations (traditional and new rhetoric) have been used, and in terms of syntactic structures, according to the situation and status of the sentences. Proportionately short and long have been used, and because of the special order that prevails in this surah, the sentences are syntactically continuous.

God Almighty, as the only creator of the universe, has taken charge of the creation and engineering of the creature system and created the best creatures in the best possible way and in the best quality. In the meantime, some of the creations of God the Almighty have been created so desirable that they are mentioned in the Holy Qur'an as blessed creatures. Identifying the differentiation of these creatures helps others to become acquainted with the criteria of a creature and to increase their usefulness. For this reason, the present article attempts to study the word "blessing" in the Holy Quran using the "semantics" method. And analyze the criteria that made them distinct and blessed. The general interest in having and helping to guide humanity quickly is one of the criteria of a blessed creature whose components are explained in this article.
