Abstract: 

Barry Sharp Lester invented "Click chemistry." He won the 2022 Nobel. Click Chemistry has many advantages. Click chemistry has shaped several fields of contemporary chemistry since its inception. Click chemistry has helped us understand and prepare complex molecules. This review examines Click response importance. The Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition technique produces 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles from azode and terminal alkyne. This discipline is also rapidly expanding in research and development. This paper provides a quick review of CC and its many uses. CuI frequently employs azide-alkyne cycloaddition since it is a powerful change agent. According to research and review studies, generation-wise Click chemistry with the Cu(I) catalyst facilitates coupling processes. Click reaction types and groups can be formed from alkynes, cyclooctynes, and azides. This study covers Click chemistry and its applications in drug discovery, Click chemistry-assisted steroid substitution, the Metal-Free Click Reaction, drug production, and three-dimensional bio-printing. We also examined Click Chemistry's pros and cons and advantages.

Abstract: 

Click-wrap license agreement is a branch of electronic contracts that during last two decades has been subject to a great deal of disputes due to presumption of lacking assent as a building block of contract formation. Providing a package of predetermined terms to all users and the impossibility of negotiations between the parties to amend these contractual terms has led some experts to consider them to be unenforceable because of accession form and ambiguity of consent manifestation. However، by examining the judicial and legislative precedent of e-commerce in leading nations and by recognizing introduced measures in Iranian e-commerce law in the light of traditional rules of contract law، it is possible to find criteria which can be used as a means of inferring party assent and validity of these contracts. Therefore، adopting consumer protection provisions in e-commerce law would lead to provide clear and explicit presentation of contractual terms in a way that prevents ignorance and deception of users. This can be useful for ensuring consent of parties.

Abstract: 

Introduction: It has been shown that joint Click, an initial and common finding in internal derangement (ID), respond to neither conservative treatment nor surgical intervention. This raises the question as to whether it must be treated in the absence of other pertinent signs and symptoms, so the aim of this study was to investigate and compare the MRI findings of TMJ in both normal subjects and patients with Click, in order to determine the importance of Click in predicting TMJ pathological changes.Methods: A total of 26 patients with clinical symptoms of disk displacement with reduction (DDwR) according to RDC/TMD were compared to 14 normal subjects in terms of their MRI findings, including disk displacement, effusion, condylar osteoarthritic changes and disk deformities.Results: Out of 80 joints in total (52 affected joints in 26 patients and 28 joints in control group), 48 were shown with normal disk position in MRI whereas 28 (35%) and 4 (5%) were categorised as DDwR and (disk displacement without reduction) DDwoR, respectively. Statistically significant correlations were established between the following pairs of variables in order: Click and disk displacement, effusion and disk displacement, disk displacement and effusion with disk deformity.Conclusion: The correlation between the presence of Click and disk displacement, disk deformity and effusion emphasizes the importance of MRI for an accurate diagnosis and development of an appropriate treatment plan in these cases and shows that clinical examination is not sufficient for these purposes.

Abstract: 

Annually, web search engine providers spend a lot of money on re-ranking documents in search engine result pages (SERP). Click models provide advantageous information for re-ranking documents in SERPs through modeling interactions among users and search engines. Here, three modules are employed to predict users' Clicks on SERPs simultaneously, the first module tries to predict users' Click behaviors using Probabilistic Graphical Models, the second module is a Time-series Deep Neural Click Model which predicts users' Clicks on documents and finally, the third module is a similarity-based measure which creates a graph of document-query relations and uses SimRank Algorithm to predict the similarity. After running these three simultaneous processes, three Click probability values are fed to an MLP classifier as inputs. The MLP classifier learns to decide on top of the three preceding modules, then it predicts a probability value which shows how probable a document is to be Clicked by a user. The proposed system is evaluated on the Yandex dataset as a standard Click log dataset. The results demonstrate the superiority of our model over the well-known Click models in terms of perplexity.

Abstract: 

Most of today’ s Internet services utilize user feedback (e. g. Clicks) to improve the quality of their services. For example, search engines use Click information as a key factor in document ranking. As a result, some websites cheat to get a higher rank by fraudulently absorbing Clicks to their pages. This phenomenon, known as “ Click Spam” , is initiated by programs called “ Click Bot” . The problem of distinguishing bot-generated traffic from the user traffic is critical for the viability of Internet services, like search engines. In this paper, we propose a novel classification-based system to effectively identify fraudulent Clicks in a practical manner. We first model user sessions with three different levels of features, i. e. session-based, user-based and IP-based features. Then, we classify sessions with two different methods: a one-class and a two-class classification that both work based on the well-known K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. Finally, we analyze our methods with the real log of a Persian search engine. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithms can detect fraudulent Clicks with a precision of up to 96% which outperform the previous works by more than 5%.

POLY (ETHYLENE GLYCOL), A WATER-SOLUBLE POLYMER, IS ONE OF THE MOST WIDELY STUDIED STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS USED IN HYDROGEL NETWORKS DUE TO ITS HYDROPHILICITY AND BIOCOMPATIBILITY. PEG-BASED HYDROGELS WITH DESIRED PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN EXTENSIVELY EXPLORED IN TISSUE ENGINEERING AND OTHER BIOMEDICAL APPLICATIONS [1]. "Click CHEMISTRY" [2] IS A STRONGLY GROWING APPROACH TO SYNTHESIZE THE WELL-DEFINED AND COMPLEX MACROMOLECULAR STRUCTURES BECAUSE OF ITS HIGH SPECIFICITY, QUANTITATIVE YIELDS, AND FUNCTIONAL GROUP TOLERANCE.
