Abstract:

The data of the present article was collected through a randomly classified data collection process, a questionnaire, and a speech completion test; the data, then, was analyzed through the statistical square method. The hypothesis of the present research is that Tehrani dialect is different from other Persian dialects (Isfahani, Shirazi, Mashadi, and Lori dialect) regarding its vocalic conformity. The conclusion of the research  is that in addition to intra-linguistic and linguistics-related factors,  the following extra-linguistic factors also affect the use of vocalic conformity: the frequency of occurrence of the linguistic element, prestige, exposure to mass media, formality or informality of the context, and whether the intended dialect is learnt as the second language or not. The final conclusion is that linguistic and linguistics-related realities should be taken as effects rather than factors.

Abstract:

Mysticism is one of the best ways to recognize reality in all the religions. On the other hand, cyberneticsis also a method by means of which one can achieve the reality of the cosmos. Though the age of mysticism is apparently older than cybernetics, mystics, too, has enjoyed this science individually and internally to control their mind and thinking without being aware of such a science or using its name. By identifying the common elements existing between these two methods, human being will be able to change his life with love and creativity so much that it could conform with the symphonic wave of the universe and elevate him to the highest grade of humanity. Common elements such as monism, cognition, introspection, mystical journey and manner, and internal intuition that in both methods have been the basis of purification and refinery of one's soul and sanitize humanity from egotism and selfishness in a way that the world and universe is seen as one thing to be in his favor with him. In order to achieve an accurate conformity of mysticism with cybernetics it is necessary to study the main principles through the two methods. The most important principle and focal point of mysticism in all religions is monism. This matter has got a pivotal place in cybernetics because in quantum physics that is the infrastructure of that, the basis is monism in the umverse.

Abstract:

Humans are inherently complex creatures, and this issue became even more complicated when they decided to construct social relationships. Research into human behavior is an interdisciplinary and multifaceted endeavor studied by various disciplines, such as psychology, economics, sociology, anthropology, and neurosciences. Today, with the cooperation of researchers in different fields, it is possible to link the cellular dynamic of neurons to brain function and human behavior. Cognitive science and neurosciences, along with other disciplines, can enrich our knowledge about mechanisms of social influence, which may assist policymakers in influencing public behaviors toward creating a better society. This review aims to describe previous research on social influence’s behavioral, cognitive, and neural basis and provide more understanding of human behavior in society. I review and evaluate the relevant literature from multiple databases of peer-reviewed journals, books, and conferences and hand-searching reference lists of relevant studies that consider conformity from psychological, economic, neurobiological, and neurochemical aspects. This paper has been divided into four parts. First, I start by defining and describing two kinds of social influences. The second section focuses on psychological and economic evidence of social influence. It will then explore the neurobiological and neurochemical approaches to studying social influence. Finally, the conclusion summarizes and highlights three points I believe social neuroscience as an interdisciplinary and vibrant field should consider for future developments.

Abstract:

AIMED AT EXAMINING COMMUNICATION AS A LEARNABLE BEHAVIOUR IN MOLANA’S STORIES, THIS PAPER WILL PROVIDE SOME INSTANCES IN THESE STORIES FOR EACH OF THE THREE WELL-KNOWN THEORIES OF LEARNING COMMUNICATIVE AND SOCIAL BEHAVIOURS, NAMELY, CLASSICAL CONDITIONING, INSTRUMENTAL LEARNING, AND SOCIAL LEARNING. ALTHOUGH THE INSTANCES WERE FOUND OUT TO BE NUMEROUS, FOR THE SAKE OF SPACE IN THIS PAPER ONLY TWO OR THREE STORIES WERE DECIDED ON TO BE DECODED BY EACH THEORY. FURTHERMORE, DIFFERENTIATION, AS A NECESSARY PRINCIPLE IN COMMUNICATIVE AND SOCIAL BEHAVIOURS, WAS SEPARATELY DEALT WITH IN MOLANA’S POEMS, RELEVANT VERSE LINES BEING MENTIONED WHEN NEEDED, AND THE RESULTS WERE CLASSIFIED IN A DIAGRAM. FINALLY, WE TRIED TO ANSWER THE QUESTION AS TO WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE TO FIND A CONNECTION BETWEEN PREVAILING WESTERN THEORIES OF COMMUNICATION IN THIS REGARD AND THE CONTENT OF MOLANA’S STORIES.

Abstract:

Conformity is a type of change in the behavior and ideas of a person which resulted from real or non-real pressure by the other persons or groups. To deal with this subject and to compare it within two sexes spheres (male and female), a research was performed at payam Nour university of Ghom unit, for 32 students (16males and 16 females).  The test was performed in four different courses.1- as men in to men’s group;2-as women in to men’s group;3-as men in to women’s group4-as women into women group. The instrument included: two sets of cards along with one standard line on one card and three lines as index on the other one.Test: subjects should select one of the three lines which are equal to the standard line of the first card.Performance method: each subject participated in a session with 6 other colleague persons who chose mistaken answer, under pre agreement. Results: in view of "test" for student, two independent groups showed 39/32% specially the women, when they were influenced by the majority of group, they respond agreement considerably. Conformity were much more than women in the same sex group (a=%1). But for women was in versa (a=%5).

Abstract:

In this research, the effect of gender and social status on conformity has been studied. For this purpose, sixty university students (30 males, 30 females) were randomly selected for Asch's basic conformity experiment. The majority group (the researcher's collaborators), were introduced as a superior social group to half of the participants and the inferior social group to the rest. Results showed that the degree of conformity was significantly higher among those having inferior status, compared to their superior counterparts (P<0.01). Also, the women's degree of conformity was higher than men's (P<0.05). Although, this was observed in women of lower social status (P<0/001), there was no meaningful difference in conformity of men and women under superior status condition (sig=0.913). Consequently, conformity is influenced by interaction of gender, group identity, and social status.
