Abstract: 

To assesse the iron AND silicon effects on the yield AND physiological characteristics of green pea, WANDo cultivar by ASGrow Corporation was used in three levels of iron chelate (0.05, 0.1 AND 0.3 gr per l-1) AND silicon (0, 14 AND 28 mg per l-1), as a factorial experimental in completely rANDomized design with three replications. In this experiment, characterisics such as fresh AND dry weight of grain, the number of grain per pod, concentration of Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn AND Si in leaf AND grain were measured. Results showed that the interaction of Fe AND Si was significant at p<0.01 on grain fresh AND dry wigeht, concentratin of leaf AND grain Fe, leaf Mn, leaf AND grain Zn AND leaf Si AND the application of Fe AND Si was significant separately, on other traits such as number of grain per pod, concentration of leaf AND grain Cu, Mn AND Si in grain.  The Mean squares showed that the application of Fe AND Si significantly increased fresh AND dry grain weight AND Si laef concetration AND decreased the concentratin of leaf AND grain Fe AND Mn as well as grain Mn.  The enhancement of Fe AND Si application separately decreased the concentration of Mn, Cu AND zinc leaf AND grains, but the Si concentration of leaf AND grain were increased by Si application. The concentration of Fe, Mn, Cu AND Zn were decreased in leaf AND grain because of antagonistic effects. It can be concluded that Si reduces the harmfull effects of high levels of iron toxicity AND the application of 0.1 g/l AND 25 mg/l can be recommended as the best treatments.

Abstract: 

Nowadays stakeholders AND public awareness have increased the pressure on companies for environmental issues. Thus, green supply chain management (GSCM) seems vital for companies' environmental compliance AND business growth. Companies continuously seek novel ideas AND methods, that can enable them to obtain AND/or maintain environmental sustainability. Greening the supply chain is one such innovative idea that rapidly spreads in the industry. The traditional internal measures, such as performing waste-reduction strategies, installing pollution control technologies, substituting hazardous-materials with environmentally friendly ones, are becoming less important as companies strive to find more innovative solutions. Accordingly, the main objective of the present study is to find interrelationship among green supplier criteria. For this to happen, we investigated experts' opinions through nominal group technique (NGT) to find out the interrelationship AND causal preferences of the green supplier EVALUATION aspects using DECISION-MAKING TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY ((DEMATEL)) method. A numerical example demonstrates the application of the proposed model.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The considerable development in Information AND Communication Technology (ICT) caused to use new technics AND electronic systems to write the description. The current investigation was conducted to recognize the efficient factors on implementing electronic extinction in pharmacies in Iran using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) AND Fuzzy DECISION-MAKING TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY (Fuzzy (DEMATEL)) methods. Methods: This research aimed to measure the factors based on quality as well as practical investigation by asking 15 experts in field of health ICT, as well as pharmacy experts in Yazd City, Iran. In priority, the research was started based on the library method, AND it tended to recognize the primary criteria. Afterwards, these criteria were assessed using semi-structured interviews with 15 experts. Therefore, considering final factors, two questionnaires (about the importance of factors AND causative relationships) were finalized AND distributed among the experts to be assessed later using Delphi technic. Results: The efficient factors that would be useful for confirming electronic communication were as “ digital signature, senior managers’ support for automation of writing prescription, training of how to work with electronic version, AND governmental subsidies AND financial supports” . Conclusion: Identifying the effective factors on implementing electronic description in pharmacies can policymakers to accomplish fundamental measures AND to design the best AND effective program in this field.

Abstract: 

Considering the major change occurred in business cells from plant to "chain" AND the critical need to choose the best partners to form the supply chain for competing in today's business setting, one of the vital decisions made at the early steps of constructing a business is supplier selection. Given the fact that the early decisions are inherently strategic AND therefore hard AND costly to change, it's been a point of consideration for industries to select the right supplier. It's clear that different criteria must be investigated AND interfered in deciding on the best partner (s) among the alternatives. Thereupon the problem might be regarded as a multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) problem. There are a variety of techniques to solve a MCDM problem. In this paper we propose a novel technique by combination of decision making TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY AND graph theory AND matrix approach techniques. Eventually, the results are compared to three common techniques, including SAW (current used technique), TOPSIS AND VIKOR, AND discussed to come to a conclusion.

Abstract: 

Maintenance is one of the systems which can play an essential role in the success of manufacturing AND services systems. One of the most maintenance innovative approaches is agile maintenance. Based on this approach, organizations integrate maintenance concepts with agility features such as: flexibility, agile AND fast move, etc AND also are trying to provide one hundred percent preparing equipment. This research aims to consider the literature related to agile maintenance AND to provide key AND effective factors of agile maintenance in vehicle industry in Iran using a fuzzy Delphi method. This research applies fuzzy (DEMATEL) method for providing a ranking AND relationships between criterion. The results showed that the key AND effective factors are as bellow: the quick decisions, the coordination, the capability AND infrastructure of IT, the sharing information actively with partners, the quantity AND quality of services, the utilization of the appropriate technology, the accurate planning of activities, the planning demAND supply, the control maintenance, the top manager commitment, the participatory management style, the virtual organization. The quick decisions AND the sharing information actively with partners are the most effective AND the most impressible factors as well.

Abstract: 

Introduction: With the advent of e-commerce AND the provision of web-based services, assessing the quality of web based services has become a major concern for organizations AND service centers. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of web-based health AND treatment services AND rank six specialized hospitals of Tehran, Iran.Methods: This was an applied descriptive study. The study population consisted of 6 specialized hospitals in Tehran. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which was completed by experts in the related hospitals. For this purpose, using fuzzy DECISION-MAKING TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY ((DEMATEL)) AND fuzzy analytic network process (ANP), the importance of the criteria of web-based services quality were calculated, AND then, hospitals were ranked using the fuzzy VIKOR method.Results: According to the findings, reliability (w=0.32) was recognized as the most important criterion of the quality of web based services. Furthermore, appearance (w=0.038) was identified as the least important criterion. The website of Hospital B with VIKOR, usefulness, AND dissatisfaction indices of 0, 0.2678, AND 0.0827, respectively, obtained the first rank among the studied hospitals.Conclusion: Based on the results, hospital managers should focus on security AND user privacy as the two main criteria of quality of web-based services. Furthermore, hospitals should be responsible AND accountable for the services they deliver to patients.

Abstract: 

The aim of present research in the first stage was to extract astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis using acid-acetone method AND then nanoencapsulation of the pigment using maltodextrin-sodium caseinate coating. In the next step, antioxidant AND antibacterial activities of nanocapsules carrying astaxanthin AND the free form of the pigment was evaluated. In order to evaluate antibacterial activity of the samples, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus iniae, Bacillus subtilis (Gram positive), Yersinia ruckeri, Escherichia coli AND Enterobacter aerogenes (Gram negative) were used. The results showed that the antioxidant activity of nanocapsules carrying astaxanthin is significantly higher than the free form of pigment (p<0.05); In addition, this activity was improved by increasing the concentration of samples from 100 to 200 µg/ml (p<0.05). By astaxanthin nanoencapsulation, the diameter of non-growth zone of the studied bacteria increased (p<0.05), but minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) AND minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of the pigment AND its carrier nanocapsules decreased (p<0.05). According to the results of zone of inhibition, Gram positive (except Listeria monocytogenes) AND Gram negative bacteria were resistant up to concentrations of 60 AND 80 µg/ml of samples, respectively. In the following, the MIC AND MBC of the pigment (free AND nanoencapsulated forms) for the seven bacteria ranged from 50 to 400 AND 100 to 500 µg/ml, respectively. The results of EVALUATION the antioxidant AND antibacterial activities of nanocapsules carrying astaxanthin during storage period (30 days at 4ºC) indicated stability AND no significant change of these properties (p>0.05). According to the values of diameter of non-growth zone, MIC AND MBC, Listeria monocytogenes was the most sensitive bacteria against astaxanthin AND its carrier nanocapsules. Based on the findings, astaxanthin extracted from Haematococcus pluvialis has antioxidant AND antibacterial activities, AND these properties are improved by the pigment nanoencapsulation using maltodextrin-sodium caseinate coating.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Surgery cancellation is of the most important causes of hospital inefficiency as well as resource wastage. This study was conducted to determine effective factors AND causes of surgery cancellation, AND to identify areas to reduce it in a hospital using improved management method. Methods: In this descriptive study, effective factors on surgery cancellation AND effective strategies for reducing it in Farabi hospital, Tehran, Iran, were extracted AND were screened by using geometric mean AND excel software. Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) AND Fuzzy Decision Making TRIAL AND EVALUATION LABORATORY (Fuzzy DMATEL) were used for weighing the factors. By using brainstorming AND VIKOR methods, the model was designed AND was applied using Find, Organize, Clarify, UnderstAND, Select-Plan, Do, Check, Act (FOCUS-PDCA) method. Results: Missed appointments by patients, fever, colds, AND other factors, respectively, had the highest percentages among the causes of cancellation. According to the ranking, "cross-sectoral coordination", "improvement of preoperative counseling", "personnel training", "programming to prepare supplies AND equipment", AND "patient education" ranked first to fifth to reduce surgery cancellation. By applying FOCUS-PDCA method, the number of surgery cancellations decreased in the first 6 months of 2018 compared to the same time in 2017. Conclusion: Carrying out FOCUS-PDCA methodology decreased surgery cancellation in Farabi hospital. Setting up program for operating room regarding the type of surgery AND potency of surgical management, AND precise monitoring on the process of preparing the patient before surgery were suggested to improve the quality AND management of the operating room.

Abstract: 

Data sharing is considered as a hot topic AND a norm in many scientific fields. But it seems that, it was neglected in Iranian Medical fields. This research aiming to identify relevant factors in data sharing. With using semi-structured interview, survey AND (DEMATEL) techniques, the present study identified the influencing factors affecting data sharing. The sample population consisted of 14 experienced Iranian medical researchers in data sharing. The results showed that, education, budgeting, attitudes, AND institutional requirements were the most influential factors among others AND were pure casual factors. In view of Iranian medical researchers, budgeting AND organizational supports had the highest effect on authorship, structures, attitudes, ownership AND their trust. Co-authorship, trust among the researchers AND research system, legal issues like ownership, AND the conditions of data access were not strong casual nor strong effect variables in this research, but had important role in data sharing AND should be more considered. Identifying factors influencing data sharing enhance AND strengthen data sharing AND facilitate movement towards data-driven researches, AND scientific communities could apply the advantages of data sharing.

Abstract: 

Sukuk is one of the new tools growing in Islamic financing. This study aimed to identify the dimensions of sukuk risks using Fuzzy Delphi (FD) technique AND by creating a conceptual model of (DEMATEL) to investigate the type of relationship AND penetration power AND dependence of Sukuk risk factors. The new aspect of this article is identifying the dimensions of Sukuk risk based on FD AND innovation of the present study, in identifying the risk components AND designing an interpretive structural model in creating a conceptual model AND investigating the relationships between the research components using (DEMATEL). The statistical population consisted of 15 financial experts. The identified factors are credit risks, interest rates, prices, liquidity, base assets AND sharia. Analysis of penetration power AND dependence of risk dimensions shows that credit risks, interest rates AND liquidity are the most influential AND sharia risks are the most effective dimensions AND have the most interaction with other risk dimensions.
