Abstract:

Public SPHERE plays an important role in individual AND social life so that its weakness facilitates illegal behavior AND may orientate individuals toward violence AND crim. The present analysis deals with such key research questions as what are the impacts of the weakness of public SPHERE on PRIVATE SPHEREs particularly family? How does it affect the tendency of youth AND adolescents toward cyber AND virtual SPHEREs? Whether AND how it may lead them towards violence AND crime? The present analysis focuses on these key research questions AND tries to explore the consequences of the weakness of public SPHERE on tendency towards cyber SPHERE, violence AND crime which in turn will damage individual morality AND civic commitment.

Abstract:

This study focuses on the investigation of intelligent form-finding AND vibration analysis of a triangular polyhedral tensegrity that is enclosed within a SPHERE AND subjected to external loads. The nonlinear dynamic equations of the system are derived using the Lagrangian approach AND the finite element method. The proposed form-finding approach, which is based on a basic genetic algorithm, can determine regular or irregular tensegrity shapes without dimensional constraints. Stable tensegrity structures are generated from rANDom configurations AND based on defined constraints (nodes located on the SPHERE, parallelism, AND area of upper AND lower surfaces), AND shape finding is performed using the fitness function of the genetic algorithm AND multi-objective optimization goals. The genetic algorithm's efficacy in determining the shape of structures with unpredictable configurations is evaluated in two distinct scenarios: one involving a known connection matrix AND the other involving fixed or rANDom member positions (struts AND cables). The shapes obtained from the algorithm suggested in this study are validated using the force density approach, AND their vibration characteristics are examined. The findings of the comparative study demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed methodology in determining the vibrational behavior of tensegrity structures through the utilization of intelligent shape seeking techniques.

Abstract:

Although Jack Snyder is a defensive neo-realist, he has kept himself faithful to Waltz's structuralism; his big difference in this work is in his attention to the factors that were compared to the level of the international system AND are placed at the reductionist levels. By combining the mentioned levels, the author presents a clearer picture of some countries' causes of war AND unjustified expansionism. Among the structures mentioned in Snyder's work, we can mention the differences in the political systems of nation-states AND the impact of these differences on their distinct foreign policy behaviors. The author searches for many roots of expansionist decisions in the psychological dimension AND examines the possible causes of expansionist thinking in structural impositions, which, from his point of view, are not the primary cause in most cases. In the end, it is important to mention that the expansionist groups of a country often use these impositions to move towards unbridled expansionism with the use of propagANDa techniques AND exaggerating external risks to mobilize political resources.

Abstract:

An important part of understANDing women's AND men's attitudes AND behaviors is considering their ideas AND opinions. Based on gender stereotyping of view women AND men have different types of behavior, manner AND characteristics. Both genders do their jobs differently.Stereotyping process focuses on ability AND characteristics of women, AND men are lack of them. On the other hAND, it also focuses on the capability AND speciality of men, AND women are lack of them. This research was done by 600 students (boy AND girls) at I.A.U of Shoshtar AND Chamran of Ahvaz. The results show those family with patriarchy structure of gender stereotyping is easily acceptable in contrast to mother centered or participatory family structures. Men are behaving more according to their stereotypes AND opinion than women.

Abstract:

The comparative study on political theory of the public AND PRIVATE SPHERE with law provides a basis for restriction of law AND state AND redraws public-PRIVATE law boundary. Research method is descriptive-analytical. That is, firstly, the PRIVATE AND public SPHERE, according to Hannah Arendt's theories, are described by identifying its elements. AND, secondly, the elements in two SPHEREs are analyzed in accordance with law framework AND its branches generally. AND, finally, the level of recognition of PRIVATE AND public SPHERE in legal system of Iran is measured. The PRIVATE SPHERE is an area of human life that is intertwined with elements such as intangible ownership AND presidency of the family, AND the tendency to conceal AND naturally de-legalization. Civil society is a part of PRIVATE SPHERE; it is an area of human self-control activity into non-governmental groups. The public SPHERE is an area of policy-making by citizens through free conversation AND action. In the legal system of Iran, the PRIVATE SPHERE is supported overall; independence of civil society is not guaranteed, despite implicit recognition. Government makes policy, then citizens work within its framework after getting governmental permission.

Abstract:

The present study aims at assessing the status of the PRIVATE SPHERE in the legal system of Iran as a Jurisprudence-based one in a comparison with Germany’s. The modern state has such limited the scope of PRIVATE SPHERE that the privacy of family as its most important element is dubious. The PRIVATE SPHERE exists AND forms the human society besides the public SPHERE AND the state only when it is subject to the supplementary rules of PRIVATE law AND the state does not regulate its relations with the mANDatory rules except for observing the international human rights. The research method is a comparative study of Iranian AND German family law with a deductive approach. The findings imply that in the German legal system, the state guarantees human rights requirements, especially freedom AND equality in the family, but its intervention is not limited to this AND beyond it, it limits the PRIVATE SPHERE AND, as a result, the personal rights. In Iran, the state also regulates family relations comprehensively, although this regulation is not necessarily intended to observe human rights. The result of the research demonstrates that in modern relations between the state AND the nation, the family is not legally considered to be a part of PRIVATE SPHERE, AND this means that the scope of the PRIVATE SPHERE is limited to the privacy.

Abstract:

Despite the numerous measures to fight corruption in its various forms in Iran's legal system, a significant AND tangible reduction in the direction of reducing administrative corruption AND improving the health of the administrative system is not observed. Among the most important reasons expressed by experts; Lack of criminalization of corruption in the PRIVATE sector. The present article, which was written in a descriptive-analytical way with the aim of examining the historical developments AND DOMESTIC AND international documents of the fight against corruption in the PRIVATE sector, comes to the conclusion that the PRIVATE sector is that part of agriculture, animal husbANDry, industry, trade AND services. It is possible that it complements government AND cooperative economic activities. The history of fighting corruption in the PRIVATE sector at the international level is much older than criminalization AND fighting corruption at the DOMESTIC level .At the international level, the criminalization of corruption in the PRIVATE sector has been specified in both international AND regional documents, AND in both of these documents, the criminalization has been extended to the PRIVATE sector, AND countries have been advised to To criminalize it in the internal laws AND regulations, take necessary measures. Iran's legal system is associated with numerous gaps in relation to corruption in the PRIVATE sector, AND the fight against corruption AND criminalization is not capable of being realized in the PRIVATE sector due to the conditions that are foreseen for the realization of criminal titles related to corruption. According to experts, this vacuum is one of the main reasons for the lack of tangible success in the fight against corruption at the macro level.
