The authors of this paper attempt to answer this research question: how ideological priorities dominated in the Iranian media, using framing economic news, result in cultural distortion. To theoretical review, we have used a combination of Eaglton’s concept concerning Ideology. and Entman’s framing definition. To answer the research question, we have done a qualitative content analysis. The data needed for this analysis gathered from the mentioned news agencies from first day of Ordibehesht 1402 to 25th of Khordad. In research findings we have suggested four main themes including positive events in the area of internal economy, positive events in the area of International relations benefiting Iran, negative events in the area of internal economy, and negative events in economy of foreign countries. Based on our research findings, we can say, the dominated ideological concerns in Iran, applying economic news framing facilitate and ease cultural distortion. We conclude, economic news in the ISNA and Fars news agencies, are framed in a way that influence and sway the audience perception and opinion. Furthermore, the prevailing ideology, with the help of news selection, manage and sort and pick out only those set of news that support their own ideological views, putting aside or ignoring those items of information that contradict or challenge the prevailing views and interpretations.

Westernization discourse is based on the certain feature that distinguishes it from various types of colonialism in the past. Some of these distinguishing features are complex aspects of culture, social and language. That is why mass media and modern communication technology are considered the primary mechanism of westernization or western latent dominance. Westernization also employs techniques such as Islam phobia, clashes of civilization, Islamic radicalism as its goal attainment. One of the west behavioral patterns to foster westernization is to despise Islamic teachings. To this end, western media tries to show Islam as a religion of violence, attitude of instrumental approach toward women, the primary enemy of the west and democracy. They do their outmost to misinterpret Islamic concepts such as “Jihad”, “Fatwa”, and portraying Islam as the harboring and sanctuary of terror land terrorists in the world. The goals of the west with their new policies are to break down Moslems’ Islamic identity and tradition, propagate and institutionalize conventionalism among Muslims, vanishing Islamic values and portray the west as world’s heaven.

The existence of false stories about the infallible prophets of God in the holy book of the Jews has been always posed this question before the reader that what profit the fabricators and makes of these stories were gaining so polluted the infallible face of the prophets of God with the ugliness of their desires . declaring that many motives could have a role in the alteration and distortion of the holy book of the Jews (the Old Testament) it has been attempted in the present article that a motive that is racialism and the act of proving the supremacy of the race of the Jew or Bani Isra’il (the sons of Israel) has had the prominent role and trying to exclude other folks and races from the generality of god’s grace which has been promised to all mankind they began to make false stories so they say that they are only the Jews who have been included by the divine grace and have been called as the supreme nation and others do not have a choice but to fallow and obey this supreme race.

This study explores the use of distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) as a hearing screening modality for newborns and adults with hearing impairment. The goal is to improve cochlear response by developing digital filter characteristics to make it consistent for specialists to make accurate diagnoses. To accomplish this, the proposed system consists of a DPOAE ER-10C as stimulation and cochlear response probe, a digital signal processor, an oscilloscope, PC, and audio cables. Real-time distortion product frequency components were extracted using a signal processor of TMS320C6713. To validate the system, a senior medical physicist at Baghdad Medical City in Iraq conducted a study with five hearing-normal volunteers ages 38 and 55 at the center for hearing and communication. The results showed an ability to extract distortion product components in real-time implementation, with the superiority of shape parameters greater than 0.5. In addition, the quantization of filter coefficients was compared for both floating-point arithmetic and fixed-point arithmetic. Noisy environment-based noise reduction techniques have to be investigated by considering the implementation of robust digital signal processing techniques. Finally, the proposed system would contribute to advancements in hearing screening and treatment for those with hearing impairment.
