Abstract: 

One of the most important main indicators in the performance criteria of self-driving cars is the policy adopted by the self-driving system regarding the determination of vehicle speed and steering angle. To determine this policy, researchers have always faced the challenge of choosing our optimal training method between two traditional modular and modern END-to-END approaches. Recently, a lot of research has been done in order to introduce the END-to-END approach and its application in this field. In this research, an optimal model for predicting the driver's behavior has been presented using this modern approach in the form of deep learning for training artificial neural networks. In other words, achieving a model with acceptable accuracy compared to similar tasks in driving a self-driving car has been considered. For this purpose, based on the investigations carried out on the architecture of the existing networks, two architectures that have the necessary potential to achieve this goal were selected. Also, in order not to ignore the time relationship between the slides to show the visual time depENDencies, and to check its effect on the result, the combination of convolutional neural networks (convolutional) with a type of recurrent network called long short-term memory LSTM was used in the training of the model. Also, a complete data set collected in real driving conditions and labeled including images and depth information has been used, and by designing training algorithms and optimizing training parameters using the Adam optimization algorithm Several trained models were presented. Among the obtained results, some predictions were more optimal than similar works, which shows the unique effect of temporal depENDencies in the training and effectiveness of recurrent networks along with the strong processing of convolutional networks.

کراتینین عبارت از کراتین بدون آب است که به صورت محلول زائد توسط کلیه دفع می گردد. غلظت کراتینین در خون همچون اوره با کاهش فعالیت کلیه افزایش می یابد. با انسداد مجرای ادرار و در نفریت مزمن غلظت کراتینین ممکن است به نسبت بیش از مقدار اوره باشد. در اختلال رشدعضلانی مقدار کراتینین کاهش می یابد. اندازه گیری مقدار کراتینین در خون و ادرار جهت تشخیص بیماری های فوق در آزمایشگاههای تشخیص طبی رایج است. در این طرح دو نوع معرف کراتینین طراحی و ساخته شده است.یکی به روش Kinetic که درمدت کمتر از دو دقیقه کراتینین را می توان توسط آن اندازه گیری نمود، دیگری معرف ساخته شده به روش END Point است که در آن چندین نمونه را در فرصت مناسب (پایان واکنش) می توان اندازه گیری نمود. این معرف طوری طراحی شده است که جواب مثبت کاذب نمی دهد و از دقت خیلی خوبی برخوردار است. ساخت این کیت ها جهت تامین نیاز آزمایشگاههای تشخیص طبی کشور می باشد.

Abstract: 

Background: The etiology of END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) in every community differs according to genetic, nutrition, and public health status. ESRD, the terminal stage of chronic renal failure, needs replacement therapy otherwise could lead to death.The aim of the study is to determine the relative frequency of ESRD etiology in hemodialysis patients of Gilan province.Methods: This descriptive study was performed on 407 patients who were being hemodialysisin all hemodialysis centers of the Gilan province from September 2002 to September 2003. The original data was collected from the medical records of patients.Results: The most prevalent causes were: hypertension 35.4%; unknown etiology 16.2%; diabetes mellitus 13.8%, glomerulopathies 9.6%, urologic causes 9.1%, cystic kidney diseases 7.6 %; other causes 5.9 %; congenital 2.5%.Conclusion: In our study hypertension was the first etiology of ESRD, followed by unknown causes, however nephrology textbooks indicate diabetes mellitus as the primary and hypertension as the secondary etiology of ESRD.

Abstract: 

Background: Chronic renal failure defines as progressive and irreversible dysfunction of kidneys that could eventually terminated to END stage renal disease (GFR<10% NL).Because of therapeutic problem and high mortality and morbidity and it "s implication quality of life , ESRD is one of the important dilemma of pediatric medicine .Materials and Methods: In our study 216 patients evaluated . Results: Male to female ratio was 1.1 . The peak of the presenting age of ESRD was 10 years old (8-12 y). Congenital urological malformation (30%) , glomerulopathies (20%) , hereditary nephropathies (14.3%) , multisystem diseases (7%) and nephrolithiasis (6.2%) are the most common etiologies of ESRD . VUR in 21% and congenital obstructive disease in 8.5% are the etiology of ESRD. In patients with age five years old and lesser common causes of ESRD are congenital urologic malformation and glomerulopathies. In other age groups , urologic malformation is the most common cause of ESRD. In etiologic assessment of two separate 7 years interval , (1988-1993) and (1996-2003) , there was not any significant change in frequency of etiologies but frequency of congenital obstructive uropathy decreased from 10 % to 5.7%. Total amount of VUR (VUR ± Neuropathic bladder) has not any change but frequency of primary reflux nephropathy decreased from 14.2% to 8%. In this study , in 145 patients hemodialysis continued and 28 cases had unsuccessful renal transplant (13.8%) . 7.4 % of patients had successful renal replacement therapy (RRT) and mortality rate was 7.4% . B Conclusion: Based on that the most common cause of ESRD is all ages in congenital urologic malformations , early diagnosis and appropriate management of these cases are effective in decreasing incidence of ESRD and with respect to few cases of renal transplant and unsuccessful results in 65% of RRT , the approach of this problem should be revised.

Abstract: 

END of the American Century book studies events of post 11 September and America status in the international system at the present. In order to address this issue, it is first of a kind to state and non-state rivals of the United States in the present era, which includes China, Russia, Brazil, and India, and then criticizes the performance and power levels of each of the above governments as a serious threat. For the future, Joseph Nye did not close the United States as a global hegemonic force but would suggest US strategy makers to work multilaterally in their engagement with the government’ s powers to address the national security and global security challenges. A critique of the form and a method of content critique in the form of three indicators of structural critique, critique of power dynamics, and critique of the concept of power constitute a set of regular and categorized reviews, each of which has been discussed in this article.
