Abstract:

A lot of different arguments have been done about urban historical texture in the literature of architecture and urbanism. Some considerations are done about urban historical texture in architecture and urbanism literature of IRAN up to now. However, they are scattered. Extent, variety and complexity of them have caused many difficulties in the Histology of the urban historic texture. For this purpose many studies in texture ground in different scientific. Theories, outlooks and conceptual framework of texture concept are considered. Many different observation and considerations were done from urban historical texture of Iran specific YAZD city. The elements, relationships, intermediates and etc., are explicated. These cases are collected and edited by descriptive-analytical method. Hierarchy model are made from them. Equivalent Counterpart elements and containing Counterpart elements are considered so that system and subsystem of the urban historical textures were explicated. In system theory base, the urban historical textures system was definite and was presented in model framework. It was used from induction and reduction cycle process and reverse. IT was edited detail to total after it was districted confidence results. Consequently this model can be highly recommended to use in Urbans historical texture.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to investigate biometrical and histological structure of the buffalo ovaries. In this regard the buffalo ovaries were collected at Urmia slaughterhouse. After removing the non - ovarian tissue the specimens were measured for biometrical parameters and then processed for histological examination. The results of the biometrical studies have shown that the mean length, Width and diameter of adult buffalo ovaries were 2.46±0.07, 1.77±0.07, 1.50±0.04 cm respectively. The ovarian mean weight was 3.72±0.27 g. These parameters in buffalo calves ovaries were 2.25±0.13, 1.37±0.08, 1.10±0.06 cm and 1.53±0.17 g respectively. The histological study revealed that the distribution of the majority of primordial follicles were in close contact to the tunica albuginea, but with the initiation of follicular growth at first, the distance between follicles and surface epithelium increased whereas with continuation of the growth this distance were reduced. ZP formation initiated in primary follicles and continues ticking up to matura follicle. Accumulation of vitelline granules was developed on the stage of follicular growth, and distribution of this granule in. oocyte was uneq.tal and mostly accumulated in one pole of occytes. Granulose thecal layers in healthy follicles were negative for ORO stain, whereas at least in the granulosa layer of the atretic follicles strongly positive reaction was observed.

Abstract:

Reptiles as one of the constituents of deserts funna in all over the World and so have important role in ecosystems and life cycle in dry region was studied from different biological aspects in recent years.Since the reproduction is the most important concern of every living organism, therefore, oogenesis that induring the female germ cell is produce, is of great importance. This study is investigating the ovarian histology and anatomy, identifying the different stages of follicular growth and defining the gonad index to detect the best time for lizard Laudakia caucasia oogenesis in the spring. This study has done in march - june 2008, in the end of every month, at least 10 lizards has collected from Dehgheibi village in Khorasan Razavi Province, after identifying the concerned species and separating the females, then morphology and histology of ovaries studied. Our results showed that ovarian follicular growth involves not only the growth and maturation of the oocyte but also requires the storage of large quantities of yolk in the ooplasm, so follicles were divided to previtellogenic and vitellogenic phases. In March and May the ovary contains previtellogenic follicles and in June when the yolk deposits in oocytes, ovarian follicles enter the vitellogenic phase and reach to their maximum size before ovulation. This development indicates the noticeable increase of gonad index in June. According to the results, Laudakia caucasia species starts reproduction activity in spring, after awaking of hibrentation, and the peak of oogenetic process is occurred in June.

Abstract:

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Pap smear is the first diagnostic step of preinvasive lesion. Its sensitivity is 85%. Colposcopic and histologic evaluation for diagnosis is recommended. The aim of this study was to compare abnormal cytologic and histologic findings.METHODS: This cross-sectional study was done on the patients who referred to obstetrics and gynecologic clinic of Babol Yahyanejad hospital. In patients with abnormal cytology, cervical biopsy with colposcopic examination was performed. FINDINGS: Among 7050 patients, 74 (1.04%) cases had shown abnormal Pap smear that 58 (79%) were with reactive atypia and 21% were with cancerous and invasive lesions. Prevalence of cancerous lesion was 0.22%. Abnormal histologic results were in 9 (12.2%) cases (LSIL 5.4%, HSIL 1.4%, carcinoma 5.4%). There was a significant correlation between cytologic and histologic findings (p<0.05).CONCLUSION: It is necessary to evaluate completely with colposcopy and cervical biopsy, when Pap smear is abnormal.
