Abstract: 

With the advent of electronic communication technologies, facing many changes to the privacy of personal communications. Users have different communication tools and options. Although receiving illegal connections has also increased proportionally. After receiving phone calls in the past that unauthorized persons "eavesdropping" was called, already an endless array of computerized data which covers context of electronic transactions flow. However, it is more than four decades that domestic laws have been passed about electronic communications, comprehensive criminal protection of these communications has been passed less than four years. This article by studying the elements of interception offense, and laws concerning this realm, stressing the article (730) of the Penal Code, to obtain the conclusion that the existing regulations are adequate to recall, but the response of the criminal law to deter reform could increase.

Abstract: 

In order to evaluate the effects of sugar beet sowing date, planting density and cultivar on solar radiation interception, the present study was conducted in Kamal-Abad Agricultural Research Station of Sugar Beet Seed Institute (SBSI) in 2005 and 2006. The experiment arranged was in split-split plots based on Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications. The sowing date, planting density and cultivar were assigned to main, sub and sub-sub-plots, respectively. Results showed that the photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) rised from 8 MJ.m-2.day-1 during late April and after reaching the maximum amount (17.61-17.75 MJ.m-2.day-1) during June started to gradually decrease through growing season. Total intercepted PAR (iPAR) had significance differed significantly (P<0.01) between studied years and iPAR in 2005 (1817.04 MJ.m-2) was about 8.15% greater than that in 2004 (1680.22 MJ.m-2). The relationship between radiation interception (fi) and leaf area index (LAI) was significant in 2005 (r2=0.82**) and 2006 (r2=0.64**) indicating that increase in LAI caused the increase in iPAR. The highest fi was observed in mid-October and LAI equaled to 2.5-3.5 in Karaj. Sowing date had a significant effect (P<0.01) on fi and sowing the sugar beet in the earliest possible date increased the iPAR by 29.67%. The effect of planting density on fi was non-significant and linear correlation coefficient was positive and non-significant. Average radiation extinction coefficient (K) was estimated to be 0.605. The effect of sowng date on K was not significant. The increase in planting density from 6.0 plants.m-2 (K=0.717) to 7.5, 9.0 and 10.5 plants.m-2 reduced the K by 11.2, 18.6 and 32.9%, respectively. The significant effect of cultivar on K in 2006 showed that the K of cultivar 428 (0.373) was less than that of cultivars Jolgeh and DS4027 by 54.1 and 72.9%, respectively.

Abstract: 

Tracking moving targets using mobile robots is a crucial aspect of robotics. This paper presents a novel approach for tracking a moving target in an uncertain environment with various obstacles, even when the target’s trajectory and speed are continuously changing and unknown. The proposed method utilizes reinforcement learning, a widely used technique for motion planning problems. However, applying reinforcement learning in uncertain dynamic environments poses a challenge due to the continuous state space. To address this issue, our algorithm employs an ART2 neural network for classifying the state space. Additionally, to enhance the speed of reaching the target, a point is predicted based on the target’s speed, direction, and the robot’s speed. The robot then selects its next move to approach this predicted point while avoiding contact with both static and dynamic obstacles. Simulation results demonstrate the efficiency of the algorithm, as the robot successfully reaches the target without colliding with any obstacles.

Abstract: 

In order to check the amount interception and also the effect of the amount and intensity of precipitation and the percentage of canopy density of species Petropyrum aucheri, Scariola sp on the amount and percentage of interception in order to be productivie for soil protection in this study at the Faculty of natural resources and environment Birjand at 9 month ( September2019 to June 2020) has been done. Precipitation was measured under the species after each precipitation event. Also, during the autumn to spring, the canopy surface of the species was photographed vertically and their effective area was calculated. Then, the correlation of values, regression analysis and analysis of variance related to each of the parameters in Spss was investigated. According to the results, the highest and lowest percentages interception are equal to 32 and 11 percent, respectively, related to Scariola sp. The total annual interception for Petropyrum aucheri and Scariola sp species was 30/4 and 55/1 mm respectively. The results of regression analysis showed that there is a linear relationship between the amount of precipitation and the amount of interception of the petropyrum aucheri species (R2=0/827). There is a linear relationship between amount interception and percentage density of petropyrum aucheri species (R2=0/73). There is linear relationship between the amount of rainfall with amount interception Scariola sp species (R2=0/63).

Abstract: 

Interception is one of the important and effective parameters on ET and hydrological relation, which is ignored in many situations. In order to investigate the effectiveness of LAI and extinction coefficient on amount of interception, in this study wheat and soybean were cultivated in thelysimeters of agricultural school of Fredowsi Uni. of Mashhad, in Spring and Summer 2012 in the same treatments. The results showed that there is relationship between interception and LAI and extinction coefficient. By increasing LAI, interception increased significantly (slope 0.15). The maximum amount of interception was 1.19 cm in soybean by 6.19 LAI and in wheat cultivars was 1.1cm in 4.58LAI. Also by decreasing the extinction coefficient, interception increased by the rate of 1.023. Results showed that in the same LAI (3.2), wheat interception was more than soybean, 0.74 and 0.5 respectively. While in the same extinction coefficient interceptions was the same in two crops.Standardization the amount of interception by LAI, showed that the effect of the crop on interception is still remained, while by standardize the interception by extinction coefficient, the influence of crop on standard interception removed. The obtained result showed that the type of crop has a significant effect on interception, which can be shown by extinction coefficient.

Abstract: 

This study was conducted in Maroon riparian forests in Behbahan, Khuzestan province and aimed at calculating interception loss of a pure natural stand Populus euphratica in leafless and in leaf periods. Fifty plastic collectors (9 cm in diameter and 20 cm in height) were placed in a 10 meter grid layout in the studied stand to collect the throughfall (TF). Stem flow (SF) were measured for nine trees belonged to three DBH classes of 10-15, 15-20, and 20-25 cm. In the present research 20 rainfall events (eight in the leafless period and 12 events in the leaf period) were recorded. The value of accumulative rain depth was 218. 3 mm. Our results indicated that the percent of SF, TF and I were two, 53 and 45 total rainfall during the in leaf period and three, 62 and 35 during the leafless periods. We showed that large amount of precipitation cannot reach forest floor and The SF and TF had increasing trend with increasing rainfall. Against, interception showed a decreasing trend with increasing rainfall. We revealed that larger trees produced higher amount of SF. Also, SF production in P. euphratica stand cannot be ignored in the water balance.

Abstract: 

In this paper an intelligent algorithm for clustering, between pulse modulation detection and interleaved pulses train identification is offered. In the proposed algorithm, for interleave pulses received clustering from SOFM neural network (due to its high accuracy compared with other neural networks such CLNN neural network and Fuzzy ART neural network) and for between pulse modulation detection from matrix multiplication method and for radar type identification from RBF neural network is used. The results of the proposed algorithm simulation shows with the presence of 5% noise and 5% missing pulses, clustering section accuracy is equal 91.8%, between pulse modulation detection section accuracy is equal 98% and radar type identification section accuracy is equal 99.2%.thus the resultant accuracy of the proposed algorithm is 89.244%.
