Abstract: 

FT-SERS (Fourier Transform Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) of adriamycin and its complex with DNA is reported. It is shown that in agreement with previous Raman studies the interaction of adriamycin with DNA takes place through an intercalation mechanism. The presence of a new band at 731 cm-1 suggests that ring D of adriamycin is not involved in the intercalation process.

Abstract: 

The development and human personality consists of cognitive, perceptual-motor and social development. This study was carried out to determine the interaction between social development and motor development. With meta-analysis methods, theoretical models and research findings are surveyed. In this study, three models, martens, GALLAHUE, and Isaacs, were used to compare the different aspects of the models, goals; concepts, criteria, dimensions, processes and the factors. Results indicated that theoretical models and risearen finding were identical inregard probability bias. According to these findings, the social development and motor development are inrelated. Therehow, it is essential to consider the social development as an important sunyect in physical aducation texy.

Abstract: 

The efficiency use of phosphorus is the main aspect in soil fertility and crop production. Various soil factors including lime, antagonism with other element like iron and quantity of organic matter influence bioavailability of phosphorus. In this study the effects of lime, iron and organic matter on growth and phosphorus uptake of maize were evaluated. A greenhouse experiment was conducted with two levels of lime (0, 2% calcium carbonate) two levels of organic matter (0, 1% cattle manure), three levels of iron (0, 20, 40 kgha-1 Sequestrene 138) and three levels of phosphorus (0, 200, 400 kgha-1 triple super phosphate). The experimental design used, was completely randomized, factorial, with 2 replications. Results showed that application of cattle manure significantly increased shoot dry weight, phosphorus concentration and phosphorus uptake of maize. The application of lime had no significant effect on shoot dry weight but it decreased phosphorus concentration and phosphorus uptake of maize. Iron treatment increased shoot dry weight at 20 kgha-1 iron but had a negative effect at higher levels of iron. Application of phosphorus increased the concentration and phosphorus uptake of plants but iron’s application revealed an opposite effect. The study showed that application of organic manure can decline the negative effects of lime and iron on maize growth.

Abstract: 

IN THIS STUDY WE DESCRIBE THE INTERACTION OF FURAZOLIDONE (FU), AN ANTIMICROBIAL DRUG, WITH CALF DOUBLE-STRANDED DNA IN SOLUTION ON THE MULTI-WALLED CARBON NANOTUBE AND IONIC LIQUID MODIFIED CARBON PASTE ELECTRODE (MWCNT-IL-CPE) BY USING CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRIC. IN THE PRESENCE OF DNA, THE REDUCTION PEAK CURRENT OF FU DECREASES AND THE PEAK POTENTIAL SHIFTS TO A POSITIVE POTENTIAL WHICH INDICATES THE INTERACTION BETWEEN FU AND DNA. THE DATA CONFIRMED THAT THE INTERACTION BETWEEN FU AND DNA IS INTERCALATIVE MODE. AT THE SCAN RATE FROM 20-120 MV S-1, THE ELECTRODE PROCESS WAS CONTROLLED BY ADSORPTION. THE ELECTRON TRANSFER COEFFICIENT (A) AND THE HETEROGENEOUS RATE CONSTANT (KS) VALUES WERE CALCULATED ACCORDING TO LAVIRON‘S EQUATION AND THE OBTAINED VALUES KEPT UNCHANGED IN THE ABSENCE AND PRESENCE OF DNA. THE BINDING CONSTANT KA=2.375×103 M-1 AND HILL COEFFICIENT M=1.06 WERE OBTAINED ACCORDING TO THE COOPERATIVE HILL MODE. THIS ELECTROCHEMICAL METHOD WAS APPLIED TO THE DETERMINATION OF DNA. UNDER THE OPTIMUM CONDITIONS, TWO LINEAR CALIBRATION CURVES FOR DNA DETECTION WERE OBTAINED IN THE CONCENTRATION RANGES FROM 0.03-0.10 MG ML-1 AND 0.30-4.00 MG ML-1 WITH THE DETECTION LIMIT OF 0.0272 MG ML-1.THE PRESENT METHOD EXHIBITED 95% RECOVERY IN CALF BLOOD SERUM. THEREFORE, THE PRESENT METHOD CAN BE APPLICABLE FOR REAL SAMPLE ANALYSIS.

Abstract: 

Mutual relations between two plants, establishment and survival their affects, therefore, knowledge of how this relationship can be use for the maintenance repair and management of pastures and rangeland species. of the cognition which effective ingredient can be facilitated and competition to predict the vegetation dynamics and ecosystem management in one area can be used. This research was to study the potential competition between the two species pasture B. tomentellus and P. pratensis also survey the effect of competition ground and shoot organs in the form of laboratory work and sampling from the pasture was carried. This experiment in a completely randomized design with four treatments (two control and two competition treatment) in gonbade kavus university in 2015 took place in the greenhouse. For cultivation plants and competitive environment of the plastic pots whth diameter and height of 22 cm was used. Pots filled with rich soil and the seed was planted by characteristic pattern. The pots were watered every day. Prune cultivated species were used to achieve the intended density. In order to evaluate the coverage of these two species in the pasture was go to saraliabad area of Gorgan and measurements were carried of vegetation. The results show factors shoot dry weight and height of B. tomentellus species significant difference statistically there was no between competition and control treatment but in the shoot dry weight and height of p. pratensis species significant difference statistically between the competition and control treatment was observed. The results this research showed that ground organ dry weight and root length between control and competition treatment meaningful in both species. Analysis of the data shows that shoot organ in any B. tomentellus species in competition with p. pratensis species not recessive and has been able to give compensatory response but the performance of p. pratensis species decreased in competition with B. tomentellus species and compensatory response has been no observed. According to the results of vegetation measurements in the saralianad area in percent attendance in the study plots B. tomentellus species 21/6% and p. pratensis species 12/2% was measured that expressing conquest and superiority of B. tomentellus species in the shoot organ part than p. pratensis species in the area of study.

Abstract: 

HUMAN SERUM ALBUMIN (HSA), SERVING AS THE MAJOR SOLUBLE PROTEIN CONSTITUENTS OF THE CIRCULARITY SYSTEM, CONTRIBUTES SIGNIFICANTLY TO COLLOIDAL OSMOTIC BLOOD PRESSURE AND MANY TRANSPORT PROCESSES [1]. METHIONINE IS ONE OF TWO SULFUR–CONTAINING AMINO ACIDS. THIS ESSENTIAL Α-AMINO ACID IS CLASSIFIED AS NONPOLAR [2]. PROLINEIS NON ESSENTIAL AMINO ACID. PROLINE IS UNIQE AMONG THE 20 FORMING PROTEIN AMINO ACID IN THAT THE AMIN NITROGEN IS BOUND TO TWO ALKYL GROUPS THUS MAKING SECONDARY AMIN [3]. THE FLUORESCENCE EMISSION SPECTRA OF HSA (LEX=280NM) AT VARIOUS CONCENTRATION OF TWO AMINO ACIDS SHOW THE STRONG QUENCHING OF HSA FLUORESCENCE CLEARLY INDICATED THAT THE INTRACTION BETWEEN PROLINE AND METHIONINE TOOK PLACE AND RESULTED IN THE MICRO ENVIRONMENT AND TERTIARY STRUCTURE OF HSA CHANGE. WHEN DL BETWEEN EXCITATION AND EMISSION WAVELENGTH WAS ESTABLISHED AT 15 OR 60 NM, THE SYNCHRONOUS FLUORESCENCE GIVE THE CHARACTERISTIC INFORMATION OF TYROSINE AND TREPTOPHAN RESIDUE. SYNCHRONOUS FLUORESCENCE SPECTRA OF HSA UPON ADDITION TWO AMINO ACIDS WITH VARIED CONCENTRATION, WHEN DL=60 NM, LEADS TO DECREASE THE SYNCHRONOUS FLUORESCENCE INTENSITY FROM 278 NM TO 276NM THAT INDICATED THE HYDROPHOBICITY AROUND TRYPTOPHAN INCREASED. THE SYNCHRONOUS FLUORESCENCE INTENSITYOF TYROSINE SHOW RESIDUES WITH ADDITION OF TWO AMINO ACIDS WAS INCREASED FROM 282NM TO 283NM IT THE POLARITY AROUND TYROSINE INCREASED AND EXPOSED TO A MORE HYDROPHILIC MICRO ENVIRONMENT.
