Sometimes, the deepest and most effective human life relationships, matrimony relationships, face with some anarchies and incompatibilities that if they were not considered, they would have some bad effects on individuals and society. Many components are related to these matrimony incompatibilities that one of them is wives' traits. One of these traits is pudency which although has received more attention in Islamic teachings, there are a few quantitative studies about that. This study aims to investigate the relationship between wives' pudency and matrimony incompatibilities. Among 140 people (65 married men and 75 married women) as the sample, matrimony conflict (MCQR) and pudency tests were performed. There is a correlation between these two tests. According to the results, there is a significant positive relationship between negative pudency (like shyness) and matrimony incompatibilities. In addition, there is a significant negative relationship between positive pudency (like God-pudency and self-pudency) and matrimony incompatibilities.The results showed that the women's pudency has more relationship with matrimony incompatibilities that it is in consistence with Islamic teachings. In this study, the relationship between different aspects of pudency and matrimony incompatibilities was analyzed.

The role of time and place is one of the effective factors in interpretation of religious orders, and responsiveness to newly-raised legal issues is the achievements of time factor. One of the measures to terminate in a partner’ s defects is the damage that entangles the other partner due to matrimony. According to wonderful development of medical science to treat some of defects, which terminate the matrimony and to remove the appearance of some defects and contagious and dangerous disease, we encounter with some questions. This article seeks to find the response to these questions. According to evidence of damages in husband with the asexual, deathly, epidemic and dangerous defects by the husband, can the wife terminate the matrimony? By treating some of the sexual and asexual defects, won’ t the authority to terminate be disappeared? If one of the partners catches the newly-emerged, epidemic and dangerous diseases, can the other one terminate the matrimony? The aim of this article is to reply the above-mentioned questions.

The purpose of the study was to make and validate a scale for measuring the religious matrimony style. Therefore, a preliminary questionnaire related to the couples' duties was designed with the help of Islamic texts. The questionnaire was completed by 198 couples (wives and husbands) who were selected among other couples in Isfahan by random sampling. After analyzing factors, a 46 item scale was made for wives that includes 5 factors of emotional-sexual sincerity, communication-attribution skills toward husband, religious adherence, home management, and forgiveness-sacrifice. Also, a short 43 item scale was made for husbands that consists of 5 factors of emotional-sexual sincerity, communication-attribution skills toward wives, partnership-religious adherence, responsibility-protection, and the styles of conflict solution. The internal consistency coefficients of two scales were respectively 0.81 and 0.86. The concurrent validity of two scales was calculated with the scales of matrimony sincerity, Islamic life style, and religious commitment that confirmed the high validity.

If a marriage occurs correctly, it will raise some given rights and commitments for couples. In personal marriage such as matrimony, some of these rights are non-financial and commitments. Discontinuous matrimony is not excluded from this issue and by approving it, couple undertake some rights that dissolution right through man and woman's fault and also duration munificence right is their responsibility. However, Iran's lawmaker and hereafter, lawyers have neglected of exact, and explicit explaining.It seems that with regard to this kind of matrimony's extension in modern society and available legal spaces for discontinuous matrimony and its results, council agents should persist in compiling explicit and clear legal provisions in order to express the results of this marriage that among them is non-financial rights of couple, until people can conclude sentences and this marriage results with full understanding. An answer which can be argued in generalis that we can also transmit continual marriage dissolution instances to discontinuous matrimony based on the fat that there is no forced loss in Islam as a rile. Also, according to jurisprudence rules, duration munificence right can be granted to couple under some conditions. Particularly for each right, there are questions, legal ambiguities and different opinions. This article aims to address these points in details.

Objective (s): The procedure of embryo transfer that is originated from Gametes of infertile couple or Third party usually lasts about 4 months (and sometimes more). The Consent and agreement of infertile couple are incisively announced and delivered before stepping into the process. At the time being, it should be confirmed whether husband in the relevant medical process -that is concerned as embryo or sperm transferring - plays no role and in the cases the concern is egg donation or no problem in gametes, the presence of the husband is necessary just one time for providing sperm. In a case that during therapeutically microinjection process, the dissolution of matrimony occurred what is the task of the transferring procedure? Is the woman that – that is continuously in contact with clinic –responsible of information the marital status to the clinic and in a case she does not observe the mentioned point is liability toward the clinic? In other words, is the initial consent for therapeutically procedure – that includes transferring process - executive and comfortable? Is the clinic responsible to view the consistence of the marital status? In a case the clinic does not consider this duty, is it liability toward the clinic? Conclusion: The editors believe that in a case of dissolution of marital status, the infertile couples that are candidate for treatment with embryo transferring after announcement of agreement for starting the procedure and before transferring process, the resulted infant or infants are not privileged of expected family support and their birth causes the route of familial disagreements. Considering above mentioned it seems that for prevention of this occurrence the presence of the couple is inevitable during transferring process and never and under no condition even enforced conditions, transferring process must be conducted in absence of the couple and confirmation of the constancy of the marital status and this procedure is obliged to be realized to the couple.

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of early maladaptive schemas and religiosity in predicting matrimony conflict of married women. The population consisted of all married women in Semnan and 391 women were selected as the sample by multistage sampling.Respondents in this study provided some demographic traits and responded to the early maladaptive schemas questionnaire (YSQ-SF), religious commitment questionnaire (JRAQ), and matrimony conflict questionnaire (MCQ-R). The Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression were applied to analyze the hypotheses. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between early maladaptive schemas and religious commitment with matrimony conflict (P<0.01). In addition, cut and rejection, religious commitment, and religious ambivalence components are able to predict matrimony conflict (R0.352=2). Regarding these variables, family therapists and consultants will be more successful.

Satisfaction is one of the important elements in matrimony life. The purpose of this study is to identify the cultural-social factors on the satisfaction rate of matrimony among married women in Azarshahr. In this study the relationship between dependent variables of religious practice rate, social capital, power structure, socioeconomic status of the family, age gap of the couple, duration of marriage, employment and education of the women and independent variable of satisfaction rate of matrimony was identified. The research method is survey and the data were collected using multistage cluster sampling. The population is 354 married women above 15 years old of Azarshahr. The results show that there is a meaningful relationship between dependent and independent variables of the study. Also, the satisfaction rate of matrimony based on the employment status of the women doesn't differ and there is no relationship between age gap of couple and satisfaction of matrimony.

Nowadays, contagious, fatal, incurable or hard of cure diseases like acute and chronic hepatitis B, syphilis, sarse, and herpes simplex have broken out all over the world. However, less attention has been paid to the legal bases of the diseases. In spite of the famous view of the Shi' a jurisprudents that the defects sanctioning matrimony revocation are restricted, it seems that a more reasonable, fairly and adaptive viewpoint to jurisprudential principles and rules is to generalize the revocation right to such diseases that are more acute and dangerous than the defects stated in the Texts. Since the above diseasesare nascent and don’t have any history in the jurisprudential texts and since there is a need to a dynamic jurisprudence and law according to the principles of Islamic jurisprudence, the theory of permissibility of generalization is notable. Such diseases are contagious, incurable or hard of cure and cause hate and disorder of marital life. In addition, it can be understood from the evidences like traditions, analogy of reasons stated in the text, the priority rule, the harmless rule, and the conduct of the wise that the defects sanctioning matrimony revocation are not restricted and the permissibility of revocation can be generalized to the modern diseases.

Irregular control of population growth sometimes leads the country to a serious challenge. This problem has been obvious in our current society since recent decades; so that Supreme Leader considers it as a kind of threat in his speech. Is childbearing a nature pertinence of matrimony or something following that? The main question in this study organizes the article. The author in this bibliotheca article which is written by analytical-descriptive method believes that childbearing is beyond the nature pertinence of matrimony or something following that; hence, one of the solutions for this challenge is that parents converse childbearing and the number of children after matrimony to a legal obligation by an espousal addition condition. In order to gain this purpose, simplifying marriage and promoting religious training and obtaining life facilities are inevitable.

Islamic point of view has always been based on respect and consecrate regarding woman and the family. By profoundly reviewing the holly recorded narration it could be concluded that Islam has constantly attributed special feature for woman. Matrimony is an emotional, social and legal institution that is followed by couplings. One of the permanency components in the marriage has always been the fidelity that the holly recorded narration and verses connoted the necessity to fulfillment of a promise and of being faithful to affective interrelationship in marriage contract have been considered as the most significant sources for the fidelity essentiality. To be good companion, confidentiality and considering legal necessities such as alimony, respecting love and kindness are very effective to deepening and developing the fidelity. Doubtlessly the fidelity is the context for developing confidence in couple’s relationships.
