By historical review of background and activities of POLICE in the world, it is clear that formerly POLICE was as a force on the power of sovereignty in order to achieve the political aims. Gradually in developed and then developing countries, the POLICE force changed it's approach to community oriented policing. In the article addition to analyzing theoretical position, ethics and PROFESSIONAL behavior and interaction of POLICE with people, It was addressed to the features of POLICE behaviors in the United States and British. Other than ethics obligations, some factors are analyzable: first: compilation ethics regulations. Second: attention to protection of available ethics in POLICE. Third: attention to cultural, social, political, economic context in the POLICE and finally fourth: attention to educating POLICE ethics for protection, development and POLICE PROFESSIONAL behavior and good interactions with various strata of the society at the end executive, research and educational prepositions have been presented.

One case of supporting MORALITY in the shadow of mysticism can be seen in the books of chivalrousness in which the place of MORALITY in PROFESSIONAL teaching has been made clear. The books are those written by the great chivalrous men in which they taught their followers how to be chivalrous when teaching professions. As is understood, one should become chivalrous before taking a profession. That is, chivalrous with all its essential ethical properties needed to attain such an important place. In the paper, the terminology of the subject and its cases of use in the Quran has been considered. Again, the background of study with regard to the prophets has been referred to and the relationship between PROFESSIONAL classes and chivalrousness has been explained. And finally, particular approach of those of chivalrousness to MORALITY when practicing professions has been justified.

Kimiya-yi Sa'adat (The Alchemy of Happiness) is a persian version of Ihya'ul ulumuddin in arabic, an outstanding work translated and summerized by Abu Hamed Imam Mohammad Ghazali. This book is divided into four major sections, each containing ten chapters: Ibadat (Acts of worship), Moamelat (Transactions), Muhlikat (The ways to perdition), and Munjiyat (The ways to salvation). Ghazali wrote this work with a prose style comprehensible to all in order to teach people from all walks of life way of living, social CONDUCT, and to save them from vices and show them the path towards happiness and salvation in life and afterlife.

Background and Aim: One of the prerequisites for effective performance is that each worker will have a certain occupational competencies in accordance with his or her job responsibilities. The purpose of this study was to identify the PROFESSIONAL skills of Traffic POLICE jobs to determine that each worker needs what kind of skills to do successfully jobs responsibilities and what skills they should have for each job. Method: Two questionnaires were prepared for collecting data.: A tasked questionnaire containing job responsibilities and a competency questionnaire containing 37 skills. These skills consisted of six skills in terms of content, process, social, technical, system, management and martial arts. In each job, between 5 and 7 certified employees were selected through targeted sampling method from 9 provinces to determine the importance and level of skills needed to perform their job tasks. Findings: The results showed that jobs with managerial and supervisory tasks, most require more content and management skills and bachelor's jobs such as an accident specialist, most require systemic skills and social skills. Conclusion: The number and level of occupational skills for some of the POLICE jobs is more than the rest, and in order to improve these skills, some key jobs such as accidents specialists and accidents expert, specific training programs should designed to increase the level of designated skills.

Background and purpose: Traffic POLICE Officers should adjust their lifestyle based on the religion of Islam and try to make it as Islamic as possible. The purpose of this research is to design the model of the PROFESSIONAL lifestyle of IRIPF POLICE officers. Method: This research is evolutionary (applied-exploratory) in terms of its goal; It is in the theoretical framework of the Supreme Leader's statements and to analyze information from the rules of modeling, the evolutionary research method with "speculation-selection-processing" is carried out in relation to the dimensions and descriptive components of the model; By referring to objectivity, we arrive at determining the subject pattern; For the final verification and validity of the model, the convergence validity test was used in SmartPls software. Findings: Identifying the dimensions, components and indicators of the traffic POLICE lifestyle and identifying the dimensions of communication in the PROFESSIONAL lifestyle, including: elements of communication (spirituality-cooperation-understanding) levels of communication (colleague commander-equal colleague-submissive colleague) and the works of communication (self-improvement, transformation, and environment) are researched. Results: Considering that other POLICEmen in the world have suffered deviations in their PROFESSIONAL lifestyle and these problems are also possible, considering the type of mission of the traffic POLICE, it is considered a threat. In addition to fighting these threats, steps should be taken to make the PROFESSIONAL lifestyle of the POLICE more Islamic in self-improvement, change and environment, and by knowing the dimensions, components and indicators of the PROFESSIONAL lifestyle model, And creating a connection between the elements of communication, levels of communication and communication effects of the traffic POLICE, an Islamic model can be designed for their lifestyle.

Developing and implementing the code of CONDUCT and guidelines of PROFESSIONAL ethics in science is one of the foremost necessary and obvious measures of scientific associations in promoting the ethics of science, which is typically developed within the framework of scientific activity. Focusing on a sample of the code of CONDUCT of the world scientific associations, this paper seeks to answer these questions: What are the principles of PROFESSIONAL ethics among world scientific associations? what principles do scientific associations agree on and to what extent? To answer the aforementioned questions, we investigated 235 codes of PROFESSIONAL ethics written in the code of CONDUCT of 28 scientific associations. The findings show that the PROFESSIONAL codes have multiple structures with different frequencies. There is a further agreement on some codes in scientific associations which we call "consensus codes". These codes form the core parts of CONDUCTs. On the other hand, we have specific diverse codes called "distinction codes" that are formed in terms of the cultural diversity of the scientific field. In general, the discovery of the profile of codes of PROFESSIONAL ethics at the global level is the main achievement of this research.

Introduction & Objective: Operating room (OR), is an isolated, secured, specialized and Holy environment in which, surgical patients are accepted, operated, and managed with highest dignity, respect and compassion. Ethical and PROFESSIONAL issues pertaining to anesthesia, surgery, and optimal care of patients at OR, are unique, critical and controversial. Defining, approving and application of surgical codes of ethics, PROFESSIONAL principles and moral values is mandatory in situations specific to OR. Unethical and unPROFESSIONAL behavior, in any form or by any means, is forbidden by all members of OR team. This article reviews these priciples with respect to all pertinent processes in OR during the preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative periods.Materials & Methods: The study designed and CONDUCTed by an expert group of ethics committee of Iranian Surgical Association and were further enhanced by internal and external experts. Lists of relevant ethical issues were developed by literature review of recent 3 decades, and ordered in main categories by focus group discussion.Fundamental ethical and PROFESSIONAL principles, accepted and preferential moral values, and unethical behaviors, were established and arranged in order of priority.Results: We identified 14 main categories of fundamental ethical and PROFESSIONAL principles, 237 preferential issues, and several important sub-topics. This study is a guide to widely accepted recommendations, applicable in anesthesiology, general surgery, nursing, technicians, and various other surgical and anesthesiology disciplines, as well as other OR team members.

The bankruptcy of international companies is rooted in the ignorance of accounting violations, and this ignorance is ultimately due to the decline of ethics and forgetting the mission of the auditing profession as an autonomous profession. Auditing is not just about the debtor and creditor world, but also about issues such as risk, controls, measurement of operations, and audit evidence. As a result, the audit process requires a large number of PROFESSIONAL judgments by auditors, and these judgments and selection of procedures require PROFESSIONAL ethics. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the criteria of PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT in the independent audit quality profession. This study was performed on 218 auditors of different categories who were randomly selected in 1400. In line with the purpose of the research and through theoretical studies and surveys of experts on PROFESSIONAL independence, objectivity (neutrality), honesty, PROFESSIONAL doubt, PROFESSIONAL commitment, audit inefficiency and ethical culture as criteria affecting the quality of independent auditing a ritual of PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. To analyze the data and test the research hypotheses, the structural equation model was used with the help of Smart PLS software. Findings from the study of the effectiveness of effective factors indicate that the criteria of objectivity (impartiality), honesty, audit inefficiency and ethical culture are the effective criteria in PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT in line with the quality of independent auditing. According to the results regarding objectivity (neutrality) and honesty (correctness), it can be said that the results are planned according to the theory of behavior,Regarding the result of audit inefficiency behavior, the result can be considered logical according to the theory of practice. In relation to the result obtained from the criterion of moral culture, it can be considered in accordance with Merton's theory of social and cultural structure.

POLICE personnel Ethical Standards should be compiled and regulated to step toward the organizational aims and to satisfy the ethical needs of the personnel. Some believe that the present standards are not efficient enough and sould be modified.The present paper tries to compile personnel ethical standards and introduce it through tow types of framework: prescriptive and nonprescriptive.
