Abstract:

The epic of Rostsm and Isfandiar is the story of man's bewilderment at the junction. written narratives, Isfandiar becomes vulnerable through eating a pomegranate on which Zoroaster has prayed. Pomegranate is the symbol of eternity as well as immortality, but his father blindly fought with Rostam in order to reach to the crown and the throne. Hence, vulnerability of the eyes of this "blind PRINCE" is the sign of his lack of insight. In myth, blind eyes are the symbol of lack of wisdom and mean death and annihilation.

Abstract:

In English:A psychoanalytic study, may indicate the ability of an author to enjoy his/her childhood memories to create his/ her literary work, therefore, putting the work in a critique review will make us able to find answers to the under question issues of the imaging life of author who utilized his/her childhood for the work there of. Given to this point and many researches addressed at the analysis of different aspects of The Little PRINCE, the work of Saint-Exupery, we will try to study the psychoanalytic and symbolic aspect of which to find the answer to the question of how The Little PRINCE, the most known work of Saint-Exupery points out the emotional atmosphere and some psychological complexes of author’s childhood period. To attain the goal, we will deeply look at some parts of in-mind memories affected by psychological complexes of little PRINCE the character illustrating the inner child of author. In this study, psychoanalytic theories of Freud in relation with hidden narcissism of the author and Lacan’s theories about the symbolic language of words and expressions will assist us to identify the repressed sections existing in the unconsciousness of the author.

Abstract:

The Blind Owl by Sadegh Hedayat and PRINCE Ehtejab by Houshang Golshiri are among the most famous and disputable Persian contemporary novels in prose which have undergone numerous studies. However, the genre of these two works has not yet been definitively identified. Hence, the present article, after a quick look at the emergence of Surrealism in France, a brief explanation on the insights and approaches of the writer of this movement and especially mentioning the criteria of the Surrealist novels, aims to demonstrate the manifest and remarkable presence of the features of such novels in the two reputable Persian masterpieces in order to finally conclude that. The Blind Owl is a Surrealist novel in its full extent and that PRINCE Ehtejab, parallel to it, enjoys a similar place.

Abstract:

It is through language and translation as the important elements which animate the lives of different human societies that we come to know our culture and know the world. We can never neglect the exchange and cultural development as the result of the translation. We try to do a search about the translation in the field of the interjections. An interjection is a word category invariable, allowing the speaking subject, express spontaneous emotion (joy, anger, surprise, sadness, admiration, pain, etc). If the interjection does not deserve a specific treatment of grammar, it plays a very clear role in the transmission of meaning. That is why translation is difficult and important. As corpus, we chose The Little PRINCE and the translations made by Shamlou and Nadjafi Ghazi. We also try to analyze the examples to compare and find the qualities of each translation.

Abstract:

Adherence to form and technique in the story constitutes the framework of Golshiri’ s ideas. To demonstrate the movement and dynamism in the literature, he broke with tradition and turned the story into a means for knowing himself and others. Following the mentioned perspective, the novel PRINCE Ehtejab seeks to explore the depths and penetrates the hidden layers of the characters’ minds, discovers and knows oneself and others, and expresses the realities of society by disrupting the continuous order and sequence of time. Moreover, he used the grotesque genre to open his readers’ eyes to truths overlooked in everyday life in the face of reality. In this article, authors have studied modern techniques in this novel using analytical and library research methods and revealed that the novel PRINCE Ehtejab has been able to indicate the author to be a modernist. Furthermore, given the characteristics of deviation from accepted norms, metamorphosis, induction of a bitter and odious laughter, personification, depiction of madness in a romantic sense, depiction of dark and terrifying locations, description of horrific tortures, and presentation of a bitter death using metaphor and trope, he has illustrated the events occurred to four generations of an ancestry using the grotesque genre.

Abstract:

In this article I have compared The Little PRINCE written by Saint Exupery with Islamic mysticism. At first glance it may be seemed that they are not compatible, but after a deep reflection about both of them and a comparison between their details, the results are wonderful. In the writer's opinion the similarities between the two subjects of discussion are rooted in coincidence of ideas and in Exupery's truth-seeking nature and not necessarily in his acquaintance with the Islamic mysticism. A lot of instances of these mystical concepts such as divinely inspired knowledge, submission to divinely will, satisfaction, contentment, insight, asceticism, spiritual guide, bewilderment etc. can be discerned in an aparently childlike story. That the storyteller chooses children's language is due to their heart purity or the meeting of the pilot with the PRINCE is a reminder of the sufi's unexpected meetings. The pilot's presence in a desert is a symbol of bewilderment and the PRINCE's help to the pilot is like the rescue coming from the spiritual guide (pirs or Khizr). The PRINCE's vague and allegorical speech is like the pirs' ambiguous speeches and their secret keeping. Those who have limited themselves in their little stars are symbols of the worldly-minded people. The little PRINCE's asking snake to sting him is a reminder of volutary death and his return to the star from which he has come is a symbol of man's final return to his origin.

Abstract:

There is no consensus, among scholars of political science, about political thought of Machiavelli (Machiavellianism) and its relationship to his real character. Some have considered him, pro-militarism, pro-authoritarianism and pro-pragmatism while others believe him to be realistic, pragmatic and a public-good pro. In this paper, Machiavelli's political philosophy has been initially studied, to be cleared whether he intended to present a general theory or a particular theory of his time-specific. Impact of these thoughts on one of the twentieth century’s totalitarian movements has also been examined. Now this study is formed around the question; 1) If bases and principles of Fascism, one of the totalitarianisms, are rooted in the Machiavellianism? The purpose of this paper is to assess the impact of Machiavellianism on the formation of Fascism by looking at the books "The PRINCE" and "Mein Kampf", It has been tried to take steps towards analyzing the issue by analyzing these two works according to the qualitative content analysis method. Article assumption is; Machiavellianism theoretical concepts underlie the principles and bases of Fascism. Though could not be explicitly said that Machiavellianism implications and Fascism concepts are the same, but there are signs of the influence of Machiavellianism on the concepts of Fascism.
