It was in the ignorant society of that time that no effort was made, so the origins of this tradition in the Islamic era go back to the first days of the emergence of the Islamic religion, but this ethics-based Profession It is through this descriptive-analytical method that the author describes the angles during this research and finally concludes that The teaching and teaching Profession in Islamic culture and among Muslims requires a high degree of ethics and diverse talents to put the teacher and teacher in their true position.

Posthumanism represents a dynamic and continually evolving movement, positing that advancements in science and technology, over time, will lead to the displacement of humans by machines, diminishing the human role in the world [1, 2]. It contends that the core of learning encompasses diverse factors, rejecting the centrality of humanism [3]. Consequently, nursing practices must adapt to societal changes influenced by post-humanist ideals [1]. Nurses are urged to comprehend the evolving landscape of post-humanism in nursing education, research, and knowledge [4]. Within the post-humanist framework, it is asserted that nursing challenges, both current and future, can be effectively addressed through interactive and collaborative approaches between nurses and patients [5]. This post-humanist perspective significantly impacts health performance, particularly in nursing and rehabilitation nursing, emphasizing the advancement of nursing care [6, 7]. Recognition of human and non-human relationships becomes imperative in nursing, considering the continuous progression of science and technology [8]. The rapid advancements in science and technology have introduced the capability for individuals to select desirable traits for their offspring through genetic manipulation and consider artificial organs for various medical conditions [3]. Consequently, nursing in the post-humanist era necessitates an adaptation to living in harmony with the growth and development of artificial intelligence [9]. Nurses are called upon to contribute to societal empowerment aligned with emerging technologies [10]. In the era of posthumanism, nurses assume a crucial role characterized by effective interaction, understanding of prevailing conditions, and the application of critical thinking and creativity in nursing care. Traditional solutions may prove inadequate in addressing novel conditions and situations, emphasizing the need for nurses to make informed decisions based on evidence-based decision-making [3]. Therefore, an essential requirement is nursing education that emphasizes evidence-based decision-making and the cultivation of critical thinking skills.

Today, patients' tendency towards self-care has increased compared to the past due to changes in demographic structures, the increasing cost of healthcare, the prevalence of chronic diseases, and the emergence of new illnesses [1].

Background and Objective: Ethics are defined by the resolute trait of the soul or by other regarding as appropriate and inappropriate behavior in dealing with others. Professional ethics include the behavior, practice and courtesy of a person while doing business and respecting people's rights in the Profession, emphasizing behaviors such as transparency, or predictability. As a sensitive and busy Profession, medicine can be one of the most important careers in applied ethics. In the present study, with the aim of identifying important domains in Professional ethics, we reviewed the studies related to ethics in medicine as a Profession. Methods: This is a review study of ethical indices with the keywords ‘ medical’ , ‘ ethical’ , and ‘ Professional’ and their Persian equivalents in national and international sources and data bases. About 150 studies and investigations in the field of Professional ethics in medicine were extracted. The Subjects in the same studies were categorized and examined after being thematically filtered. The authors declare no conflict of interests. Results: Responsibility toward patient, medical research ethics, medical confidentiality, commitment to social justice, sufficient expertise, respect for others, time management, medical ethics and its relevance to financial issues, Professional integrity, and the Islamic biomedical ethics are among the most important domains in Professional ethics in medicine. Conclusion: Considering the results and the importance of medical Profession, ethical recommendations can provide a relaxed, stress-free environment for work, increase productivity in treatment and medical research, and provide a clear direction for people's behavioral frameworks in the clinical field.

Pragmatism is often found in nursing texts, but few authors have discussed in depth its application in nursing. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to review the effects of pragmatism philosophy in the dimensions of knowledge, education, research, and clinical nursing. Methods: This study was one of the types of non-systematic narrative review articles. First, using the keywords nursing, pragmatism, knowledge, curriculum, education, teaching, inquiry, research, care, care, and based on the mesh system, using "AND" and "OR" indexes, to search for ISI, PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Finally, the search results included 12 books and 19 articles in the field of philosophy, philosophy in knowledge development, education, research and clinical practice of nursing and the basics of nursing. Results: The findings showed that nursing is described as a clinical or pragmatic Profession; because pragmatism has been able to convert nursing into a pragmatic Profession by influencing the process of knowledge production and development, applying it in practice, responsive education, applied research and maximum effective care and enables the nurses to contribute to the progress of humanity. Conclusion: Nursing and pragmatism have many common ideological and practical goals and themes. Pragmatism seeks to replace theories or paradigms by supporting the most appropriate action for the client. However, this approach has drawbacks that need to be addressed in practice.

Background and aims: The conflict between values transforms a situation or problem into an ethical challenge. Due to high workload, nurses are frequently confronted with the ethical challenges and despite having different specialities, they are incapable of confronting ethical challenges. The aim of this study was to investigate ethical challenges in nursing Profession. Methods: This is a review article that was done in 2016, data were collected by searching through online databases such as Scopus, web of science, PubMed, Iran medex, iranpsycho Magiran and SID with the keywords challenge, ethics, nursing with no time limit. 27 articles were included in the present study. Results: The results of the study were categorized into three categories: Ethics fundamental (autonomy, avoidance of Damage, Usefulness, equality), moral decision making (moral uncertainty, Moral distress, ethical tension), and ethical challenges (Professional, communication and educational challenges). Conclusion: Sensitivity to ethical issues and challenges in the Professional practice of nursing practice is vital and must be entered in training, clinincal and nursing research.

Technology in healthcare has grown exponentially in recent years [1]. Today, information and communication technologies have become widespread in healthcare systems worldwide. Since nurses comprise most of the healthcare workforce, they must possess sufficient skills to work in a technology-mediated environment [2]. The advancements in information technology over recent decades have provided significant opportunities for nurses to stay informed about patient conditions [3].

Professional means that: Others have the right and we have the duty. Professional ethics is a branch of applied ethics that deals with ethical issues in the Profession and determines the appropriate behavior of the Profession apart from expedient and legal factors, and the task of controlling behaviors and preventing moral problems and explaining standards and rules. Professional ethics is a kind of moral commitment and work conscience towards any kind of Profession, duty and responsibility. The production Profession, due to its special position in the leadership and management of the programming group and the wide audience in the field of influencing the cultural and social context, requires research and discussion on issues of Professional ethics. Therefore, explaining a charter of Professional ethics of the producer helps him to have complete knowledge of the communication parties and their rightful owners and familiarity with the ethical requirements in the process of programming production, in the path of the Profession. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to refer to books and articles and field research to extract the ethical requirements of the production Profession using the descriptive method and the method of correlation research. The main point of this article is that the producer is aware of the obligations he owes to his rights and is required to comply with them. As a result, by inferring eight stakeholder groups and conducting studies, it was found that there are ethical criteria in all stages of production that the producer must consider in order to realize the rights of its rightful owners.
