Abstract: 

Progressive developments in economics, society and politics have raised knowledge as a key element in development and competitiveness, and knowledge management is considered to be an essential element in this field. By taking the temporary nature of the project into account, dynamics and competitiveness in Project-oriented organizations within the business world make the preservation and management of knowledge in project-based organizations more important. The lesson learned system is a knowledge management tool that proposes strategic solutions that avoid wasting time and money and makes perfect use of knowledge management accomplishments.Lessons learned (LL) systems have been deployed in many military, commercial, and government organizations to disseminate validated experiential lessons. They support organizational LL processes, and implement a knowledge management (KM) approach for collecting, storing, disseminating, and reusing experiential working knowledge that, when applied, can significantly benefit targeted organizational processes. An effective lesson learned process can substantially improve decision processes, thus, representing an essential chapter in knowledge sharing and knowledge management. Unfortunately, these systems typically fail to deliver lessons when and where they are needed.In this study, using a literature review, interviews and a case study, a roadmap for implementing the lesson learned system is explained in four stages. First, we illustrate the lesson learned and the learning in the project using a literature review. Second, we detail an understanding of commonly used methods in Iran obtained from two information sources; 1) interviews 2) a case study. Third, the information is analyzed and a conceptual model is developed based on the content analysis of data obtained in the second stage. Finally, we develop a roadmap by identifying key issues in the third stage and by adding activities and checklists to pursue its activities.This project learning roadmap assists business leaders in improving the lesson learned process. This model enables organizations to develop exclusive solutions tailored to the needs of the stakeholders.

Abstract: 

Purpose: Resilience in start-ups is a challenging issue that has caught the attention of policymakers and business owners. The present study is an attempt to provide a model for designing the resilience model of start-up businesses as a path to the future of start-up businesses. Method: This research is practical in terms of purpose and from the perspective of data collection is a qualitative research that has been done by content analysis method. The data collection method is semi-structured interview. Interviews with participants continued until they reached the theoretical saturation point, which was achieved by conducting 15 interviews. Participants were selected by snowball and purposeful method and data analysis was done through three coding steps (open, axial, selective) with MAXQDA2020 software. Findings: Based on the research results, the components of "cognitive resilience, financial resilience, adaptive resilience" as well as the effective organizational factors of "precedent, drivers and boys and resilience consequences" were identified. In this research, foresight and futures studies were identified as the drivers of resilience of start-up businesses. Conclusion: Resilience enables businesses to respond effectively to the dynamic conditions of their environment and maximize their competencies through strategic foresight and as a result gain more value than their competitors in the field of business. In this regard, the integration of foresight in the process of business resilience can be suggested as a facilitator of drivers.

Abstract: 

One of the major challenges facing organizations is the expansion of factors affecting the designing of a favorable vision. Exploring environment trends to understand the future trend requires an approach beyond the usual methods of forecasting and planning, foresight allows us to have narratives and believable images of the emerging vision from the insights gained. The purpose of this study is to present a picture of the future of the customs organization in the form of possible and compatible scenarios. In this mixed method research, in order to achieve the goals, data collection was done through the study of Mega-trends using scanning method and based on PESTEL analysis. Prioritization of primary variables was done through telephone and e-mail survey of experts to find the most effective factors on the customs organization, which led to the design of a questionnaire with 30 factors. While determining the effectiveness of the matrix in an expert panel, data analysis in Micmac software led to the identification of four driving forces. The drivers in the 9-mode Cross Impact Analysis of the questionnaire, in a range of favorable to unfavorable conditions and according to the degree of importance and probability of occurrence, were surveyed by experts and analyzed with Wizard scenario software. Findings show that the two scenarios of the current situation and the adaptive change will be the most compatible future scenarios of customs. Familiarity with the narration of each scenario and comparing their desirability can be a basis for planning future measures so that the Iranian Customs can be a flexible, transparent, and accountable organization in order to protect the society, the health of the goods and to ensure the satisfaction of the beneficiaries.

Abstract: 

Success of Project-oriented organization and its future depends to achievement of goals of its projects. Alignment of projects to organization’ s goals and roadmap and best selection of them with respect to limited resource is the main challenge of these organizations. Weighting of project prioritization indexes is based on politics that should support the all of organization's goals. There are tradeoff and conflict between politics and because of inherent delay in system, the result of implementation of them will be appeared in future. So we should simulate the result of implementation of politics to foresight the result of organization by best selection of projects. We use system dynamics approach to simulate and analyze implementation of politics of project portfolio management by VENSIM software. We used experts to approve the structure of model and relation between factors. These experts are from all of organization sections to all aspect of project portfolio management. For validation of simulation result compare the historical data with result of model for some of key variables. In this research we simulate the policies of project selection in a system dynamics model and the key variable and leverage factor of R&D project portfolio management system will be recognized based on analyzing the result of simulation and then we propose a model that we can achieve the best of organization goals.

Abstract: 

Tourism will be one of the fast growing industries. Unlike many other industries that are affected by the advancement of technology, they can completely change, tourism will have a larger share of the economy of countries and cities. But the potential contribution of tourism in urban economics, such as Tehran, is fraught with uncertainties, which should be used for future prospecting to understand its future. In this regard, the present study tries to address the tourism industry's future prospects in Tehran. The focus of this article is on foreign tourists. From the perspective of the research method, this research is applied and descriptive-analytic, and uses the methods of the future workshop, panel of experts and scenario planning. Six key drivers were identified with increasing demand for travel throughout the world, foreign relations, innovative businesses, tourism freedoms, government economic and infrastructures in Tehran, with two adventurers with titles of state economics and foreign relations as uncertainty. By identifying two key uncertainties, namely, the planned economy and foreign relations, the present study was divided into four independent scenarios for the future of tourism in Tehran, respectively: The firs "scenario scary Tehran", the second "Tehran: hosting unwanted guests", the third "Awaited Tehran" and the last one "Tehran: free visit to the public". The findings of the research show that Tehran's tourism situation is not good except in free visit to the public scenario, and this industry cannot contribute to Tehran's urban economy.

Abstract: 

Purpose: Due to the great damage that Corona has inflicted on the tourism industry, neglecting the future of tourism marketing can pose a serious challenge to this industry and economy and have irreparable consequences. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors, drivers and future scenarios of the tourism marketing.Method: The present study is applied-developmental in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical in nature and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of methodology. The method of this research is scenario writing using MicMac software to identify key drivers and scenarios with Wizard scenario software.Findings: First, the future trends and meta-trends of post-corona tourism marketing were identified, of which 41 key trends and 8 meta-trends were identified. According to experts, 19 key factors in the future of tourism marketing in post- corona were identified using the cross-impact analysis and questionnaire completion. Then, using the cross-impact analysis questionnaire and with the help of the Wizard scenario software, two groups of favorable and unfavorable scenarios were identified.Conclusion: Based on the research results, there are two favorable scenarios and two unfavorable scenarios that can help marketing and tourism policy-makers and decision-makers to take into account the effective factors and scenarios proposed for proper planning of industry in the post-Corona era.
