Abstract: 

نگهداری و تعمیرات بر اساس قابلیت اطمینان (RCM) روشی است که قابلیت اطمینان را با حداقل هزینه افزایش میدهد. CMMS یا «سیستم مدیریت نت کامپیوتری» یک مکان قابل اعتماد برای ذخیره اطلاعات است. از CMMS میتوان اطلاعات لازم را برای کاندید کردن تجهیزاتی که نیاز به تجزیه و تحلیل RCM دارند بدست آورد. در این مقاله، در ابتدا به بررسی دقت و کمال اطلاعات ذخیره شده در یک سیستم نت کامپیوتری پرداخته می شود و سپس با استفاده بهینه از منبع داده های در دسترس و استخراج اطلاعات مورد نیاز به عنوان ورودی هایی برای تحلیل RCM، زمینه برای بهبود در  RCMفراهم می گردد.

Abstract: 

IN THIS ARTICLE TRIED TO MODEL THE COMBUSTION PHENOMENA IN A COMBUSTION CHAMBER OF SINGLE INJECTOR ENGINE BY USING A SERIES OF EQUATION CONCERNING ABOUT THIS PHENOMENA WITH COMBINATION BY TURBULENT REACTION AND ARRHENIUS. GOVERNING EQUATION USED ARE CONTINUE, MOMENTOM, ENERGY AND REACTION SPACES AND MODIFIED TWO EQUATION Κ-E FOR TURBULENT RACTION FLOW. THE AMUNT OF TURBULENT RACTION RATE AND ARRHENIUS IS ANALAYSED AND DISTERBUTION OF MASS FRACTION OF COMPONENT ALONG COMBUSTION CHAMBER IS DEMOSTRATED. THE RESULT OF SIMULATION IS PROVED AND SHOWS A GOOD A GREEMENT WITH ACTUAL RESULTS.

Abstract: 

Background & Aim: RCM due to primary systemic amyloidosis is a rare case (Particularly rarity of the diagnosis in vivo). Prognosis of the patient is poor and routine management is not effective. I observe only two male patients with documented diagnosis of the RCM during recent seven years in spite continuous clinical work, and only the present case had a systemic amyloidosis as the etiology of RCM Case report: This patient was a 31 years old man with complain of fullness sensation at the RUQ of abdomen and dyspnaea is presented from 8 months before his death. The results of the complete evaluation of the patient by the invasive and non-invasive methods showed RCM Needle biopsy of liver and bone marrow showed amyloidal fibrils. The patient was expired because severe heart failure and liver dysfunction eventually. Discussion: Case reports of the RCM are to systemic amyloidosis with specific characters are recorded from the different countries. This disease isn't curable approximately and its predisposing factors are unknown. Deliberative problem of the patient is a prolonged history of nandrolon injection and intake of proteinous drugs. He was a professional athlete (body building).

Abstract: 

Distance protection system as the main lines’ protection, has an essential role in networks’ reliability. Thus an optimized maintenance plan for distance protection can influence on network reliability and costs. Intrinsic hidden function of the protection systems cause some problem in the way of applying reliability-centered maintenance technique (RCM) as an effective planning method. In this study, the concept of systematic solution view in RCM is proposed instead of equipment-based solution view. The presented concept can well model the behavior of a hidden performance system. Also, Markov process and krill optimization algorithm is used for calculating the reliability and finding optimal time intervals between maintenance tasks. Increasing system reliability and decreasing costs are considered as optimization aims. The proposed method has been implemented and tested using real data of two distance protection systems. The output results show that the proposed method is capable of providing higher reliability and lower cost than other methods.

IN THIS ARTICLE INVESTIGATED NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF FLOW FIELD AND TEMPERATURE IN CYLINDRICAL COMBUSTION CHAMBER COMBINED ARRHENIUS MODEL COMBUSTION WITH RNG K-E TURBULENT COMBUSTION AND HAS BEEN COMPARED WITH EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS. ASSIGNED MODELS PREDICT TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION VERY GOOD. ANALYSIS OF TEMPERATURE FIELD OBTAINED FROM SOLVING OF TURBULENT COMBUSTION MODEL AND ARRHENIUS EXPRESSIONS THAT COMBUSTION WITH HYDROGEN FUEL AND OXYGEN OXIDIZER WITH MIXTURE RATIO 0.7 GETS SUITABLE COMBUSTION TEMPERATURES AND SIMULATION RESULT SHOWS LOW DIFFERENCE WITH EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS.

Abstract: 

در این مقاله سعی شده پدیده احتراق درون یک محفظه احتراق موتور تک انژکتوری را با استفاده از یک سری معادلات حاکم بر این پدیده در ترکیب با مدل های مختلف واکنشی درهم و آرنیوسی مدل گردد. معادلات حاکم پیوستگی، مومنتوم، انرژی، اجزاء واکنشی و مدل دو معادله ای K-e اصلاح شده برای جریان های درهم واکنشی بکار گرفته شدند. میزان سرعت واکنشی درهم و آرنیوسی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و توزیع کسر جرمی اجزاء واکنشی در طول محفظه احتراق نشان داده شده است. نتایج حاصل از شبیه سازی معتبر سازی شده اند و با نتایج واقعی توافق خوبی را نشان می دهند.

Abstract: 

In this study, Rotational Chemical Machining (RCM) as a novel machining process is introduced. The properties such as surface roughness and residual stress as well as fatigue strength of the RCM process are evaluated, discussed and compared to the conventional turning process. In this sense, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) were utilized. The results show the superiority of the RCM method over the conventional method and eliminate limits of process such as low surface quality and improve fatigue strength. The Amplitude Distribution Curve has a balanced Gaussian shape in RCM indicating the balanced distribution of peaks and valleys on machined surface. Due to the absence of machining force in the RCM process, in comparison to the turning process, maximum residual stress is significantly decreased from 363Mpa to 71Mpa; surface roughness reduced from 3. 1µ m to 1. 5 µ m as well as the fatigue strength improved 20% approximately.

Abstract: 

در این مقاله نتایج عددی شبیه سازی میدان جریان و دمای داخل محفظه احتراق استوانه ای با پیشرانه کرایوژنیک توسط مدل احتراقی آرنیوس در ترکیب با مدل آشفتگی RNG K-e بررسی شده و با مقادیر تجربی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته است. مدل آشفتگی مذکور پیشگویی دما در طول محفظه احتراق را به خوبی نشان می دهد. بررسی میدان دما حاصل از حل مدل اغتشاشی فوق با مدل احتراق آرنیوس و واکنشی درهم حاکی است که احتراق با سوخت هیدروژن و اکسیدکننده اکسیژن با نسبت سوخت 0.7 دمای حاصل از احتراق مطلوبی را بدست می دهد و نتایج شبیه سازی و اندازه گیری های تجربی اختلاف بسیار کمی را نشان می دهند.
