Abstract: 

History as a science has enjoyed a high position in Iran. Hundreds of historical works have been written in different periods, a movement that has lasted and proved to contain a characteristic style in Persian language, influenced, to some degrees, by Arabic historiography. However a great part of it is a reflection of the ideas of Iranian historians. Much has been written on historiography so far; new ideas could be found as: ' well. In the final decades of the reign of Nasser-e Din Shah, traditional historiography faced transformation which was a valuable result of contact with modern Europeans thinkers. MirzaFataliAkhundzadeh was among the first Iranian intellectuals who established the new wave of modern historiography in Iran, and MirzaAqakhanKermani (1270-1314 of Solar Calendar) elevated it to its height and gave it a scientific frame. The purpose of this study is to investigate the historiographical views of MirzaAqakhanKermani and his criticism of traditional historians of Iran.The research method is analytical- descriptive, using library documents.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The experts emphasize the importance of organizational culture in relation to development and the specialized and needed human resources of the various departments are trained by the higher education sector. Strengthening and developing universities, especially their faculty members, is of paramount importance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of organizational culture in members’ development. Methods: In the present study, Delphi technique has been used as a separate method in the qualitative stage for achieving the main goals and developing the components of the variables. And a survey method used to reach the secondary goal and validating the organizational culture on faculty REFORMATION of Islamic Azad university-khorasan Razavi, different branches. Statistical population included 1200 faculty members and 291 were determined as final sample size Data were collected through two questionnaires of organizational culture and faculties’ REFORMATION with Likert five-point scale. Structural equation modelings in AMOS software were used to test the research hypotheses. Results: The analysis showed that the impact coefficient of organizational culture on faculty members' REFORMATION was 0. 57 and the influential components of organizational culture were mission (2. 35), job involvement (2. 55) and adjustment (1. 20). The most important of these components was the engagement. Conclusion: From the present study concluded that strong organizational culture can influence staffs’ obligation and improve behavioral stability therefore, in strategic spatial planning components of organizational culture on faculty development include mission, engagement, and adaptation, the most important of which were engagement. It is suggested formulation of a cultural effectiveness strategy be optimally considered for the transformation and excellence of faculty members.

Abstract: 

Reform is one of the important issues in religious matters. The most important reform that the contemporary Ibadiyya have undertaken and has, of course, been very successful is the rejection of accusations. When faced with accusations from sects or personalities, the Ibadis were forced to reject such accusations in order to survive in the Islamic world. This paper, with a descriptive-analytical approach, deals with three important accusations and explains the Ibadis’ remarks in rejecting these accusations: 1. Associating Ibadis with Khawarij, 2. Resorting to violence, and 3. Disdaining the companions of the Prophet. It is to say that these accusations have greatly annoyed the Ibadis.

Abstract: 

This research was conducted with the aim of presenting an agenda for the REFORMATION of the policies of administrative system in Iran using data-based theory. 16 interviews were conducted with the experts in administrative system. The data were analyzed using selective, open coding step and then research themes were presented. The results showed that causal conditions affecting the agenda for the REFORMATION of policies of administrative system include structural and organizational areas, productivity, human capital, management, laws and regulations, and international relations. Intervening factors include: social networks, think tanks, lack of optimal budget allocations, and lack of motivation and continuous commitment of the managers and agents, which will affect the agenda for the REFORMATION of policies of administrative system according to background factors such as political, socio-cultural, economic-technological, international and organizational-administrative trends. Moreover, the proposed strategies namely adaptation of capabilities, capacities, and capabilities of the administrative system with the role and tasks of an ideal and desirable government, as well as developing culture for an evolution and reform in administrative system, can result in positive consequences to administrative system reforms.

Abstract: 

Iran’ s legislative system does not deal with criminalization of bombings explicitly and comprehensively. Only a few laws explicitly mention “ placing explosives” in some industries. Iran’ s legal system does not deal with criminalization of bombings explicitly and comprehensively. Only a few laws explicitly mention “ placing explosives” in some industries. However, committing this criminal phenomenon in relation to other industries, devices and facilities used by the public and the environment is not subject to coherent laws. The purpose of this descriptive-analytical study is to analyze the approach of the current Iranian laws to bombing and to explain the relationship between the concept and examples of waging war against God, war against God and the state, enmity against God (Muharebeh) and corruption on earth or spreading corruption on Earth (Ifsad fi 'l-ard) and transgression and rebel or armed uprising against the government and the basis of the Islam with bombing (Baghi). Due to the lack of legislation in this regard, there are reasons such as the criminal capability of the bomb as a criminal device, the necessity of prosecute bombing attempt, coherence in the rules of destruction and criminal arson and full protection of all industries, energy resources and the environment, clarify the need for independent criminalization in this regard. The new penal policy can design a reasonable and appropriate punishment system by separating the types of bombings based on the type of bomb, the subject of the crime and the characteristics of the perpetrator, and the time and place conditions.

Abstract: 

REFORMATION and rehabilitation, defined as the set of social improvement measures undertaken for the treatment and guidance of criminals back into society, have been among the important policies discussed by criminologists over the last one or two centuries. The commitment to the reform and treatment of offenders is considered one of the hallmarks of a desirable criminal policy. From the perspective of Islam, the treatment and rehabilitation of criminals is recognized as a value, and Islamic texts are replete with reformatory teachings and strategies. The main question of this research is: "What foundations, methods, and aims does Islamic criminal policy offer for the REFORMATION and rehabilitation of criminals? "Utilizing a descriptive-analytical research method and examining Islamic texts, this article seeks to analyze the nature and dimensions of the rehabilitation and REFORMATION of offenders within Islamic criminal policy. The findings of the research indicate that Islam, while employing compatible human experiences, holds a view that extends beyond mere social rehabilitation. By providing specific methods such as repentance therapy (Tawbah-darmani), forgiveness therapy (Afw-darmani), prayer therapy (Namaz-darmani), and other reformatory strategies, it pays special attention to the internal reform and moral training of offenders. This approach, in addition to reforming the criminal, paves the way for their return to society as a useful member. Therefore, Islamic criminal policy is significant and worthy of research in various dimensions from this perspective.

Abstract: 

The issue of comprehending the religious contexts has caused a number of troubles in recent years as it is infeasible to present one single constant commentary. However, the various commentaries on the holy Quran verses is a clear proof for man’s different insights on religion. This fact has been misinterpreted as a number of thinkers limit the whole religious teachings to man’s comprehension. In his book, called “The Expansion of Prophetic Experience”, Dr. Soroush defends the idea of religion interpretation based on man’s comprehension and experience, and although he previously believed in the issue of revelation and the holy Quran commentary, he all of a sudden began objecting the commentators, among them Alameh Tabatabaee, wit regard to the new commentary of the holy Quran and its harmony with new human sciences. He then emphasized the issues of updating the religion and the REFORMATION of its contents, even its primary precepts, in addition to the instability of judgment based on temperament and reality ratio and the western man cleanliness. He then deduced the harmony between the new comprehension of religion  and modern science and culture through a documentary evidence signed by Ayatollah Taleghani. To prove his claim, he also misinterpreted the theory of Evolution, Noah Flood and marriage of Adam’s offspring, presented in Almizan Commentary; what the writer intends to survey and object in the following article.

Abstract: 

This paper explores early and REFORMATION-era Christian attempts to render the idea of an afterlife coherent. The specific focus is on early Reformed Christians’ unequivocal belief in a bodily criterion of personal identity and a physical afterlife. This article shows how Jewish divisions are partially responsible for the differences from this endeavor. Lending focus and structure to this broadly reconstructive project is a sustained critique of Princeton philosopher Mark Johnston’ s recent agenda-setting series of lectures published as Surviving Death. My general conclusion is that Christian resurrectionism— or at least, the most persuasive forms of it as presented by some of the more astute Reformed Christian thinkers— is at least a coherent idea regardless of whether or not it is true.

Abstract: 

This article will examine the effects of social, economical, political and cultural REFORMATIONs of Khosro Anoushirvan on various social strata of Iranian society during the Sassanids. The paper will use the historical sociology approach of Max Weber and Teda Scachpool, as its theoretical framework. It will describe the of the main social classes of Iranian society during the Sassanids Upper classes were included aristocratic, high court officials, clergymen, military men and teachers. The middle classes included traders and craftsmen, and lower classes comprised of farmers, slaves, animal husbandry.The paper will use Weber's theory in terms of three important factors in forming of social stratification: power, wealth, and social prestige to examine social classes. Then it will discuss about Anoushirvan's reforms and its impact on the three social classes.
