Background and Aims: Multiple supernumerary teeth are rare and often found in association with syndromes such as Gardner, Cleidocranial dysplasia and cleft lip and palate, with a much less chance for isolated non-syndromic cases. The aim of this study was to report a case with 6 supernumerary teeth without syndromic association.Case Report: The patient was a 33 year-old female, referred to oral diseases and diagnosis department with chief complaint of sensitivity to cold and hot food in right upper premolar region. Oral examination revealed 5 erupted lingually supernumerary teeth (four in mandibular and one in maxillary premolar region, respectively(. Further panoramic radiography clarified an extra impacted tooth in the palatal region of left premolar maxillary area. All extra teeth had been appeared since the age of 17 during one year, as the patient claimed. Medical history and thorough clinical and paraclinical examinations were not significant except for the hypothyroidism, since 5 years ago. No other family member noticed to be the case. Based on our findings, a diagnosis of non-syndromic multiple supernumerary teeth was established.Conclusion: A thorough examination of each patient presented with supernumerary teeth, including panoramic and intraoral radiographic images may provide valuable information regarding accompanying syndromes and unerupted teeth. Early diagnosis is an essential step for orthodontic or surgical decisions making, preventing or avoiding worsening complications such as malocclusion, adjacent normal teeth delayed eruption or rotation, diasthema, cystic lesions and resorption of contiguous teeth.

Supernumerary axillary breast may occur in any size or configuration. It is a relatively uncommon occurrence but is relatively common variant of supernumerary breast.This paper presents a case of supernumerary breast (polymastia) in a 32 years old woman. She had two small yellowish brown spots in both axillary regions at birth with no symptoms until puberty. At first menstruation their size increased slightly. She had three pregnancies. At first pregnancy the development of axillary breast increased with no other changes. There was a significant growth in accessory breast at third pregnancy with milk secretion after delivery.

Background and objective: Supernumerary teeth are known as the teeth in excess of the normal dentition. Multiple supernumerary teeth are usually observed as having syndromes. Conversely, multiple supernumerary teeth without any associated systemic conditions or syndromes are not common. Case presentation: This article documents an unusual case report, a male patient with non-syndromic 10 supernumerary teeth in both jaws, an incidental finding during routine radiographic examination. Conclusion: CBCT is the best diagnostic imaging method currently available for determining the relationships of teeth and the surrounding structures in cases with multiple impacted teeth or severe overlapping of impacted teeth.

Supernumerary teeth are defined as the teeth developed in excess of the number foundin a normal dentition. Supernumerary canine is an extremely rare finding particularly in the mandible. This case report presents a 25-year-old female patient with the unique feature of bilateral mandibular supplemental supernumerary canines. The patient was non-syndromic without any other supernumerary teeth.

To our knowledge, bilateral supernumerary kidney is a very rare renal abnormality and there are five cases presented in the literature. It is difficult to diagnose supernumerary kidney and clinicians have not detected most cases preoperatively. Laboratory and imaging studies were acquired and carefully examined. The normal laboratory tests were found. Emergency ultrasonography was performed and they revealed no signs of parenchymal abnormality in both kidneys. Serial imaging study including enhanced computed tomography (CT) was performed. An imaging study identified bilateral supernumerary kidney with expanded collecting systems. On each side, significant rotation anomaly was found. In addition, there were two different renal arteries originating from the aorta. This report presents radiological determinations of supernumerary kidney bilaterally in a young man. We think that CT commonly appears to be enough for the diagnosis of supernumerary kidneys.

Supernumerary tooth in the nasal cavity is rare especially if teeth numbers and occlusion are normal. In the present article we report a case of a 33-year old woman with Supernumerary tooth in the nasal cavity. Supernumerary tooth was removed completely through an oral cavity incision.
