Abstract: 

The target of this research is recognizing and ranking of effective individual behavior factors on driving violations reducing by TAPSIS algorithm. So, we have been comprehensive review about relative topical literature to behavior al factors. We collect required data with using of proofs and documents consult, interview and questioner in form of metrical no experimental research method for priority allocation by using TAPSIS algorithm. Research consequences show that introverted personality, educations remembrance show that introverted personality, educations remembrance, intelligential ability, motivation, experiment and positive maintenance have high priority.

Abstract: 

THE BALANCED SCORECARD AS A STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS USED IN MANY COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS AND HELPS MANAGERS ANALYZE THE STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF THEIR ORGANIZATIONS. SO THE PRESENT STUDY HAS BEEN CONDUCTED TO SURVEY OF THE EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BALANCED SCORECARD FOUR INDICES ON THE BASIS OF THE DECISION MAKING IN TAPSIS MODEL IN ESFAHAN STEEL COMPANY. CONSIDERING THE PURPOSE OF THIS RESEARCH IT IS AN APPLICABLE RESEARCH AND CONSIDERING THE NATURE AND METHODOLOGY OF THE RESEARCH IT IS A DESCRIPTIVE SURVEY RESEARCH. THE POPULATION OF THIS STUDY WAS SELECTED RANDOMLY FROM AMONG ESFAHAN STEEL COMPANY’S MANAGERS (196 MEMBERS). DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENT WAS RESEARCHER DEVELOPED QUESTIONNAIRE. THE RESULTS SHOW THAT THE KEY FACTORS AFFECTING SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF BALANCED SCORECARD ARE BASED ON FOUR CULTURAL, HUMANITARIAN, INFRASTRUCTURAL, MANAGERIAL AND STRUCTURAL FACTORS WHICH HAVE BEEN SEPARATELY IDENTIFIED AND PRIORITIZED. REGARDING CHALLENGES OF IMPLEMENTING THE BALANCED SCORECARD IN ISFAHAN STEEL COMPANY THE FINDINGS SHOW THAT STRUCTURAL FACTORS, CULTURAL AND HUMAN FACTORS, MANAGEMENT FACTORS, AND INFRASTRUCTURAL FACTORS RANK 1 TO 4 RESPECTIVELY.

Abstract: 

Introduction A creative city is one that utilizes from creative works, scientific and technological innovations and impact of growing culture and is able to use creativity and imagination in the public and private sector. Such a city is possible ideas and potential solutions to solve all the problems in today's complex cities. Since, cities are a place for flourishing of creativity, the creativity in cities usually refers to ideas related to culture, art, knowledge and learning. Methodology Present study is an applied research and the used method was descriptive-analytical method. Data were gathered by citations from books, documents, articles and using statistical data, censuses of population and housing, municipal reports and other related organizations. The under study statistical population included 11 districts of Karaj city. Measurements and data analysis were carried out using Excel Software, Urban Planning Model and TOPSIS Software and valuation was done using ANP model. In continue, the results obtained from these soft wares and process implementing were entered into the geographical information system (GIS) to complete the process of analysis and investigating the distribution and frequency of indexes on the statistical population. Results and discussion To assess a municipal property must always take into account a number of specific criteria and how close to the ideals and standards must be measured using related indexes. Hence, there are a number of indexes, by which development of creativity and city's creativity can be measured. Activity priorities of creative cities endorsed by UNESCO in 2004 and used to measure include: Literature, cinema, skills and ritual art, design, media arts and nutrition each of them with different components which the main and adapted of their components have been selected to measure Karaj City in the term of creative city. In this study, the indicators have been selected in the form of 26 components and at the level of Karaj's districts include literature and culture, scale, nutrition, higher education institutions, communal spaces, symbols, urban identity, art and so on. In present study, the indicator of the creative city have been analyzed through investigating the under study area as well as Richard Florida's viewpoint and adopting it with under study area. Among the effects that creativity can has on organization and urban management activities, one can refer to Increased production, increased service delivery, enhancing the quality and diversity of services, lower costs, reduce waste of resources, increase the level of mental health, reduce bureaucracy, increase activism among managers and so on. Conclusion The findings showed that the city's regions are moving towards creativity and prosperity and descript 5 is placed on the first rank with the value of 0. 56 and descript 11 with the value of 0. 11 is placed on the last rank. In terms of having creativity indicators, descript 5 is a richest region and descript 11 is a deprived region. The difference between the highest TOPSIS rank(descript 5) and the lowest TOPSIS rank (descript 11) is equal to 0. 45 which indicates a significant difference in acceleration of progress of the regions toward creativity. Abstract: 

Objective: Before starting an activity or a military mission, the military units check the weather and the ground of the region and evaluate its effect on the assigned missions. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of 120-day winds on military activities in the northern region of Sistan and Baluchistan province and on a case-by-case basis in the city of Zabul.Methodology: Data related to wind direction and speed, horizontal visibility and the number of dust reports with a statistical period of 21 years (2000-2021) have been received from the Zabul synoptic station and subjected to statistical analysis.Findings: In order to determine the effect of these winds on military activities, an expert interview was conducted with military experts, and in order to determine the proximity and desirability of the months of the year to the ideal desired by the experts, the TOPSIS method was used. The predominant wind is in the northwest region and the highest wind speed and the lowest visibility occurred in the summer season.Conclusion: The results showed that the months of Azar, January, November, Bahman, Farvardin and Mehr are the closest to the military ideal in terms of weather (horizontal visibility, direction and wind speed) and the months of July, August, June and September are the most distant from the ideal. They have the weather for military activities in the studied area. Any military activity at this time will bring the least benefit and the most negative effect in terms of weather conditions.

Abstract: 

A city often has certain identifiable ideas or inner values perceived by its inhabitants. Urban branding is rooted in creating and highlighting an identity of diverse values, which always evokes a favorable or unfavorable image in our minds when we hear the name of a city; This image can originate from our interaction with the residents of the city, or from advertisements, etc., and dimensions such as social image (people, behaviors, norms, symbols and rituals of that society), or economic image (level of development) , business space, economic capacities, etc.), or the physical image (urban furniture, geographical location, architecture and tourism, etc.) or the image we have of the historical past of that cit. The purpose of this research is to investigate the elements of Iranian Islamic cities in branding a place in the historical context of Shiraz. This research is a descriptive-analytical study and data analysis was done in a descriptive way using TOPSIS multi-criteria decision making models. The method of data collection has been obtained in two forms, through data collection (including books, Persian and Latin articles, theses) and field (questionnaire and field observations). After explaining the indicators related to the subject, a structured questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale was compiled and completed by experts. In this research, 9 elements of the historical context of Shiraz, which are among the building blocks of the Iranian Islamic city, were examined. The findings of the research show that Shah Cheragh ranks first with a priority index of 0.85, Karim Khan Citadel ranks second with a priority index of 0.83, Vakil Bazaar ranks third with a priority index of 0.64, and Madrase Khan ranks third with a priority index of 0.83. have the ninth place in Shiraz's historic place branding. Based on the obtained results, issues related to the pleasantness, stimulation and excitement of the space have had a great impact on creating a favorable mental image. Shah Cheragh is the biggest advantage of Shiraz tourism that visitors can use this special gift by planning and providing suitable environmental conditions. However, extensive destructions and constructions outside the principles of urban planning can cause irreparable damage to this special branding potential of Shiraz. In line with urban branding of Shiraz, a disciplined approach and based on the principles of urban planning, identifying the realities of the society and trying to eliminate obstacles and deficiencies, participation and supervision of stakeholders, participation and cooperation of all influential economic organizations, urban management, organizations Cultural and educational and non-governmental organizations are essential.

Abstract: 

Introduction: One of the main issues in today's cities is the decline of environmental quality in urban neighborhoods. In response to this issue, the neo-urbanism movement was raised to study in countries and shed light on urban planning. Objectives: The main purpose of this study is to identify the indicators of the urbanism movement at the level of urban neighborhoods and to investigate the situation of neighborhoods in Rasht based on these indicators.Methodology: The method of this research is descriptive-analytical. First, the study extracted indicators and items based on the studies of theoretical foundations and research background on urbanism. Questionnaires and GIS maps were used to collect information. The TOPSIS model was used to analyze and rank the neighborhoods. Geographical Context: The neighborhoods of Rasht metropolis were the study area. Results and Discussion: Based on the average scores obtained for the five districts of Rasht, District Two, which actually includes the historical context of Rasht, is more in line with the principles of neo-urbanism with an average score of 0. 466. District Three was ranked second with an average score of 0. 345. This district is in the eastern part of Rasht. Finally, regions four, one and Five were ranked third to fifth, respectively. The final average score for the city of Rasht was estimated to be 0. 342. Conclusion: Since the points of the TOPSIS model are between zero and 1, in general, the neighborhoods of Rasht have relatively low compliance with neo-urbanism principles. Therefore, the paper makes suggestions such as preventing the increase in building density in the historical context, strengthening public transportation, maintaining and strengthening public and green open spaces, increasing the optimal building density in new constructions, increasing the quality of sidewalks and increasing the safety and security of pedestrians.

Abstract: 

In 2004, the UNESCO Creative Cities Network was introduced to help restore the economic, social and creative potential of the cultural industries. Currently, 246 cities from around the world are members of the network in one of seven fields: music, literature, cinema, handicrafts and folk arts, design, media arts and gastronomy. In the present study, using the UNESCO creative city indexes and the summary of a report provided by UNESCO for each of the creative cities, nine indexes of creative city were identified. Then, in order to study the potential of Tabriz to be introduced as a creative city and to identify its creative context, the data on the indexes were collected for Tabriz using a review of the documents. The results of the study of indexes and the calculation of TOPSIS indicate that the field of handicrafts and folk arts in terms of indexes of cultural resources, financial support, exports, artistic infrastructure and education infrastructure is in a better position than other fields. According to the results of this study, the field of handicrafts and folk arts has the greatest potential to be introduced as a creative city. Therefore, in order to achieve the creative city of Tabriz in this field, most strategies and programs should focus on strengthening cultural events and graduates. For example, by increasing the holding of temporary exhibitions and bazaars and completing the projects of the Carpet Museum and the City of Handicrafts, it is possible not only to introduce handicrafts but also to encourage people to educate and attract students and apprentices.

Abstract: 

This paper aims to investigate and compare the level of development (numerical taxonomy, TOPSIS method is modified principal component analysis, principal component analysis, Morris, and potential) of answering these questions: 1- Are the results of different methods to determine have significantly different degrees of development? 2- In the years 1384 to 1389 the city of South Khorasan inequality has a significant change?The 61 variables selected five indicators of data use this index in Each of the above methods, the degree of development of each of the city's southern province for the years 1384 and 1389 to determine the charges.Comparison of the results shows that the results of the six methods of Haymkhtlf determine significant development for the years 1384 and 1389, and also the disparity has declined.

Abstract: 

Background and Objectives: Analyzing exam questions through a framework specific to chemistry is essential and has rarely been examined. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the level of application of Smith, Nakhleh, and Bratz cognitive framework in the final exams of 2019 to 2023, given the importance of evaluation in the twelfth grade of high school. This framework is a brief analysis of chemistry and has a superficial and secondary appearance. Methods: The research method was descriptive and based on the analysis of all questions. The statistical population included all questions from the final exams of June, September, and December of the textbook, and according to the purpose of the present study, all questions from 2019 to 2023 were selected. The data collection tool was the Smith, Nakhleh, and Bartz index question analysis List. Descriptive statistical indices and inferential statistical method of Shannon-Topsis entropy were used to analyze the data. Findings: Regarding data analysis, in each exam round, the secondary level, image analysis followed by data analysis, has the highest amount. In some rounds, macroscopic-microscopic, macroscopic-analytical and prediction of survey results levels had not been taken into account. Conclusion: Considering the role of the final exam in the career life of students, it is suggested to use them in specialized design questions in a balanced manner.
