Abstract:

Menstruation is one of the recurring issues affecting women, which entails many rules such as purity, prayer, fasting, reciting the Qur'an and other things. On the other hand, reciting the Qur'an abundantly is recommended according to the command of God Almighty and the saying of the Prophet and is considered one of the greatest acts of worship. However, there is considerable debate on the necessity of minor ablution or major ablution (ghusl) for a menstruating woman while reciting the Quran or touching the Mushaf. Employing a descriptive -analytical manner, the present research seeks to analyze the available jurisprudential views on recitation of the Holy Quran by menstruating women. The majority of jurists, including Shafi'iyyah, Hanafiyyah and Hanbaliyyah, believe that reciting the Qur'an by a menstruating woman is haram and is permissible only in cases of necessity, including the fear of forgetting and reciting the Qur'anic remembrance. In contrast to this view, Malikiyyah posits that reciting the Qur'an by a menstruating woman is permissible. The Imamiyyah also considers recitation of the Qur'an by a menstruating woman as permissible, except for the Surahs of Al-Azaim. This research advocates the views of those who consider this issue as permissible due the strength of their argumentation, reference to the principle of permission, and the week arguementaion of those who regarded the issue as haram.

Abstract:

The expansion of viewpoints on the "principal of rhetoric", has brought changes in the inserted contents (headings) of the rhetoric. In the "Jorjany" definition of rhetoric, "commencement and pause" do not find their proper place, because the discussion of "commencement and pause" here is solely limited to wheather to bring or not to bring the connection "vav". In the Jorjanys predecessors defintion from "thetric", the "commencement and pause". has a very important place, its because "commencement and pause", is totaly conformed with their view point of "seperation and union", and this is the very title that some experts know it as the identical and perfect rhetoric. Although, the main part of "commencement and pause" is done with the use of "syntactics", but the act of pause in the proper location and start from the desired point, is considered as a rhetorical action, because, the topic is about rhetoric speech, and trying to express it, is one of the absolute nessecities of rhetoric. There are some locations in the "Holy Quran", which are not evolved from syntactic nessecities resulting from "Quran s special rhetoric" (certain Quranic rhetoric), and these location are the very intervals.

Abstract:

The local and indigenous ceremonies in Sistan region shows the rich and old culture of this region. Following the rural culture, people of this region have used poetry and songs sufficiently for maintaining and reviving the mourning ceremonies. Ardah-mourning or reading quatrain is a deeply sad and mournful song in the mourning ceremonies of Sistan. This study employs library study as well as some interviews with the informants to investigate Ardah-mourning and its uses in the mourning ceremonies of Sistan. The history, the performants, the performance, and the time and place show that people of Sistan use their own dialect for this cultural practice. Compared with other types, this practice takes the lyrics and the music as basic aspects of the ancient ethnic groups within Iran. moreover, the study analyzes the Sistani quatrains, its tone, rhythm, form, language, content, and literary features. It is general claimed that the songs and lyrics are devices to soothe the sadness among the people in Sistan.

Abstract:

There are reports in sunni narrative sources which show the prophet would present revealed verses to Gabriel,in other reports it was Gabriel who would recite the verses to the prophet before these verses would be revealed to him,in sunni sources the subject of presentation of Quran to the prophet by Gabriel or vice versa has found deep relation in some of quranic arguments such as:reciting, versions of reciting, collection of Quran by osman, and some people gaining credit via this,Associating " presentation issue " with these arguments shows the importance of examining the matter, whether one trusts or not can influence our views regarding these subjects and we can shed some light on them, this written piece is an analytical critical attempt to examine the problem of presentation, its position and effects on some Quranic issues, the results show presentation has no place in shia groups and it is open to criticism due to weak narration documents and errors in citations, even if one trusts its issue, interpretations which occur differently and involve other matters make credibility hard and weak,

Abstract:

Ḥ amza-t bin Ḥ abī b Zayyā t is the prominent Qā rī of Kufa in the 2nd century AH. His reading of the Qur'an has always been the subject of scholarly attention. Ḥ amza's reading, however, with all its significance and credibility has some syntactic flaws that sometimes provoke protests against him. The reading of the term "al-Arḥ ā m" with I'rā b al-Jarr in the first verse of Surah Nisā , reading of 'Lā Yaḥ sabanna' in the form of third person, in verse 5of Surah 9 al-Anfā l, reading of 'Yukhā fā ' in form of passive in verse 229 of Surah al-Baqara, reading of 'Yubaliqā ni' in deuteronomy from in verse 23 of Surah al-Isrā ’ and reading of ‘ Thalā thami’ in verse 25 of Surah al-Kahf, without Tanwin, are some examples of syntactic alienations presented by Hamzah. The present study seeks to elucidate the mystery of this phenomenon by the fact that Hamza's commitment to the Ottoman’ s Mushaf and his simultaneous inclination to Ibn Mas'ū d’ s manuscript have led him to such challenging readings. In this type of examples, although, ibn Ma’ sū d’ Mushaf provides a sympathetic account of the reading of Hamzah on the one hand, but and on the other hand, his belonging to the Mushafd of Ibn Mas'ū d is what challenges Hamza.

Abstract:

Introduction: One of the most significant consequences of the spread of the coronavirus is the onset of anxiety. The amalgamation of anxiety induced by pregnancy and the risk of contracting COVID-19 can lead to inevitable complications for both the mother and the fetus. Additionally, some research has indicated that listening to the Qur'an can alleviate anxiety stemming from various illnesses. Therefore, this study was designed with the aim of investigating the effect of reciting the Quran on COVID-19 anxiety in women with gestational diabetes. Materials and Methods: In this clinical trial, 64 pregnant women with gestational diabetes, referred to the health centers of Khomein city, were selected using the available sampling method and divided into two groups: intervention and control. In the intervention group, participants listened to the recitation of Surah Rahman three times a week for four consecutive weeks. No intervention was conducted in the control group. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire and the Corona Virus Anxiety Scale (CDAS). Subsequently, the data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 software. Results: The findings revealed that the average change in COVID-19 anxiety in the intervention group decreased from 31.16 ± 10.5 to 11.22 ± 8.03. In the control group, the average COVID-19 anxiety decreased from 29.69 ± 5.85 to 13.63 ± 7.53, and this decrease was statistically significant. Therefore, the average reduction in the COVID-19 anxiety score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that reciting the Quran reduced the level of COVID-19 anxiety in the intervention group.

Abstract:

One of the problems which is a subject of argument among Islamic jurists is that whether reciting two chapters of the holy Quran after Surah al-Fatihah is permitted in a single unit (Rak‘ah) of an obligatory prayer or not. Reciting two chapters of the holy Quran after Surah al-Fatihah in a single unit is called Qiran. Some scholars maintain that it is forbidden and even it causes the prayer to become void. Some others believe that it is better not to be recited; and eventually some hold that it is permitted. This research analyses the issue comparatively and through study of the verses of the Quran and the traditions of the holy prophet if Islam and other Jurisprudential proofs, has come to the conclusion that it is not forbidden to recite two chapters of the holy Quran after Surah al-Fatihah, but this is recommended not to be done in obligatory prayers.

Abstract:

Qom Hadith School, as one of the most powerful schools of Imamiya, has been the focus of scholars for a long time. Studies in the field of Mahdism in this school are faced with shortcomings. Lack of a "school-oriented" approach, "lack of examination of the hadith characteristics of that era" about Mahdavi hadiths are among these shortcomings. Therefore, this article through a "descriptive-analytical" approach is trying to deal with this gap in studies before the era of Sadouq. Transferring the Mahdavi heritage of Ahl al-Bayt from other schools such as Kufa, by the resident and immigrating muhaddiths (scholars of hadiths) to Qom, is considered one of the most important features of this school. Strong adherence to texts and avoiding rationalism, confronting the transmission of exaggerated narratives, partial compliance with the inclusion of rare narratives in their hadith sources, dealing with weak narrators at a certain point in time by some of the elders of the Qom school are other privileges of this school. Being concerned about the current issues of the society regarding beliefs, especially the issue of Mahdism and the explanation of the narratives that are appropriate for its time, is another characteristic of the school of that era.

Abstract:

Background and Aim: Depression is a common psychiatric disorder which has a great impact on human life. Data published by scientific sources suggest that about one hundred million cases are diagnosed annually. Depression comprises about 35 to 45% of all mental disorders in Iran. Unfortunately, this figure is rising day by day and it is necessary to present new ways and modern methods for treatment and prevention of this psychiatric disorder. One of the non medicinal methods of treatment is music therapy which seems to be a safe and effective therapeutic method. Reading the Koran with a nice voice can be regarded as a kind of agreeable Gnostic music. The main purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the Koran reciting on depression. Materials and Methods: This study was a semi-experimental one and included all the depressed patients who had been hospitalized in the psychiatry department of Rafsanjan Moradi center. The sampling time period was one year. The patients were divided into two groups randomly, (30 people in the experimental and 30 in the control group). The selection of the subjects was based on the psychiatrist's diagnosis, Beck's depression test and condition of the patients. The questionnaires were filled out for the case group. Recitation of Yousof Verse of the Koran by Abdolbaset, was transmitted for the case group, for 15 minutes every other day for 7 sessions. At the end of the first two weeks of hospitalization, both of the groups were retested by another questionnaire and the results were analyzed by paired t- test and T-students by EPI 6. Results: The result of this research showed that the Koran reciting had a beneficial effect on the depressed patients (p<0/0001). In our study the patients who expressed a strong belief in the Koran had greater differences in median depression scores before and after this kind of therapy. Conclusion: According to the results of this research and because of the rhythmic agreeable intonation of the Koran as a Gnostic music and its miracle aspect, we can use the Koran tone as a non medicinal method of therapy in the treatment of depressed patients.
