Abstract: 

The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between the performance of children in motor coordination skills and their ability in cognitive and affective empathy. The participants contained 45 students aged 7-9 years from Tehran elementary schools. Movement Assessment Battery for Children-second edition (MABC-2) was used to asses motor coordination skills including manual dexterity, aiming, catching, and balance. Moreover, cognitive and affective empathy were evaluated employing Griffith Empathy Measure (GEM). Univariate and multiple linear regression revealed that manual dexterity and balance were positively and significantly correlated with affective and cognitive empathy explaining 7 and 11 percent of their variance, respectively. Moreover, manual dexterity was positively and significantly correlated with general score of empathy, while not controlling for the other variables. Monitoring motor coordination skills, fine motor skills in particular, seems necessary to prevent deficits in development of social skills such as empathy.

Abstract: 

فارسی - شناسایی شدفارسیپژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی رویکرد روان نمایشگری بر کاهش ناکامی و افزایش تنظیم هیجانی کودکان کار و خیابان 18-14 سال شهر اراک انجام شد در یک طرح شبه آزمایشی، تعداد 22 کودک کار و خیابان از بین کودکان کار و خیابان 18-14 سال تحت پوشش خانه مهر چ به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جای داده شدند. برای گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه مشاوره گروهی به مدت 2 ساعت و یکبار در هفته با رویکرد روان نمایشگری اجرا شد. برای ارزیابی سطح ناکامی و تنظیم هیجانی به ترتیب از مقیاس دشواری های تنظیم هیجانی گراتز و پرسشنامه ناکامی روزنزوایگ بهره گرفته شد. تاثیر مداخله انجام شده به کمک مقایسهپیش آزمون و پس آزمون ارزیابی گردید. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن بود که رویکرد روان نمایشگری بر کاهش نوع ناکامی در عامل های تسلط مانع و بقای نیاز موثر است اما باعث ایجاد تغییرات معناداری در عامل دفاع از خود نشد .همچنین،. اجرای متغیر مستقل ( روش روان نمایشگری ) باعث ایجاد تفاوت معناداری در تنظیم هیجانی در ابعاد عدم پذیرش، اهداف، تکانه، آگاهی و راهبردها بین دو گروه شده است اما این رویکرد نتوانسته است تفاوت معناداری در شفافیت هیجانی ایجاد نماید. بنابراین به طور کلی می توان رویکرد روان نمایشگری را مداخله ای موثر برای کاهش ناکامی و افزایش تنظیم هیجانی کودکان کار و خیابان دانستpajoosh hazar ba cpehdaf barresi asarbakhshi roykard ravan namayeshgari bar kanpash nakami ve afzayesh tanzim cpeejani koodkan kar ve khyaban 18-14 sal shehar arak enjam shod dar yek tarh shabeh azmayeshi, taedad 22 koodak kar ve khyaban az bin koodkan kar ve khyaban 18-14

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the Friends training program on executive functioning and self-control of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. In terms of the purpose, the current research was of an applied type, and in terms of the method, based on the research design and method, it was a semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design (with an experimental group and a control group and a three-month follow-up period). The statistical population used in the current study included all children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder referred to child and adolescent psychotherapy centers in Tehran's 12th district in 2022. Among these people, 40 people were selected using the purposeful sampling method and randomly assigned to an experimental group (20 people) and a control group (20 people). Then, it was implemented on the experimental group of Barrett’s (1999) Friends training program. In order to collect data, the research tools included the executive behavior questionnaire of Gerard et al. (2010) and the self-control questionnaire of Tangney et al. (2004). The F-value and the significance of executive action variables (F = 10.15 and P = 0.001) and self-control (F = 8.62 and P = 0.001) were obtained. It can be concluded that the independent variable (Friends training program) has significantly changed the dependent variables (executive behavior and self-control). Therefore, it can be concluded that the changes made in the dependent variables were caused by the implementation of the Friends training program on the experimental group. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Friends training program was effective on executive behavior and self-control of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Therefore, it is suggested that experts benefit from the techniques of this approach in their work.

Abstract: 

هدف این پژوهش، فهم دیدگاه کارشناسان در مورد روش های انتقال مفاهیم فرهنگی و اجتماعی از طریق پویانمایی است. دلیل اصلی توجه به این امر، استراتژیک بودن ژانر پویانمایی برای کودکان است؛ ژانری که می تواند به عنوان جزئی از فرآیند رشد کودک و وسیله نهادینه شدن انواع مفاهیم اجتماعی و فرهنگی موردنیاز وی در طول زمان رشد به حساب آید. از این رو مفاهیم منتقله و روش های نهادینه شدن صحیح مفاهیم، برای استفاده از این ابزار در فرایند رشد کودک، اهمیت خواهد داشت. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی انجام شده و از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با کارشناسان، اطلاعات و داده ها جمع آوری گردیده است. همچنین، از روش مقایسه دائمی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است. به منظور همگرایی مصاحبه ها و نیز نگاه عملی به موضوع، تأکید در مصاحبه ها بر نمونه ای ایرانی از تولیدات مرکز صبا با نام «پهلوانان» بود؛ که به داستان هایی از زندگی پوریای ولی به عنوان یک اسطوره ایرانی می پردازد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که : «ساخت مفهوم توسط کودک به جای انتقال آن» ، «تقویت بازارهای جانبی (ایجادپیوست فرهنگی) به عنوان تحکیم کننده انتقال مفاهیم»، «تولید پویانماییهای صامت(بدون دیالوگ)»، «الگو پروری»،«توجه انتقال مفاهیم بر اساس مقتضای سنی کودک»، «انتقال مفاهیم در حاشیه به جای متن پیام»،«استفاده از روش یادگیری پنهان»،« اصالت داستان زیبا و متناسب با مفهوم در نوشتن فیلم نامه»، از مهم ترین روش های انتقال مفاهیم فرهنگی و اجتماعی از طریق پویانمایی است.

Abstract: 

Introduction: This study compared the executive functions in children residing in orphanage and normal conditions.Methods: This Ex-Post Facto study enrolled 90 children from orphanage and 90 normal children in three age groups (7-5, 11-9, 15-13 years old) from the city of Gorgan in 2011. In each age group, 30 orphanage children were recruited through convenient sampling method and for the selection normal children; the first stage used cluster sampling followed by random sampling methods. Coolidge (2002) neuropsychological and personality tests were administered across subjects.Data were analyzed usingt -test, ANOVA and Scheffe tests.Results: Data analysis revealed some significant differences in executive functions between orphanage and normal children of all age groups.Conclusion: Our findings have suggested that poor executive functions in children residing in orphanages could possibly be due to the environmental isolation, economic variables and the lack of rich social interactions.

Abstract: 

Diabetes mellitus is the most common endocrine disease in childhood and adolescence. It has significant effects on growth and development of the involved patients.Many studies have proved that in long term, diabetes causes an obviously decreased bone mass and linear growth in affected patients. Various studies have been done to determine the cause of these problems. In diabetic patients various degrees of calcium loss in urine have been detected.Normally, the amount of calcium loss in urine of general population is less than 4 mg/kg/day, and the Ca/Cr ratio in a random urine sample is less tan 0.25. Hypercalciuria may be the underlying cause of osteopenia and linear growth defect in diabetic children.In our study, the urinary calcium loss of 50 diabetic children was determined. We tried to find a correlation between the amount of calcium loss in urine and plasma glucose.These patients have been referred to Children s Medical Center during a 6 month period in year 2000. They had very higher incidence of hypercalciuria than the nondiabetic population, but we found no significant correlation between the severity of hypercalciuria and severity of hyperglycemia in them.
