Abstract:

The issue of behavioral finance is one of the new topics raised by some financial thinkers over the past two decades. Examining the behavior and decision-making of investors in financial markets is one of the most important questions for researchers in this field. It is believed that the net profit and loss effect of a decision is used in the overall assessment of its desirability. The theory of expected utility has prevailed for decades as a dominant norm and a descriptive decision model in conditions of uncertainty in the financial literature. But with some serious questions, it began to decline. There has been much debate that this theory cannot adequately describe individual choices. According to vision theory, investors consider different values for profit and loss and also understand investment decisions based on profit. Have been adopt. Therefore, if a person has two equal options, one in terms of profit probability and the other in terms of probability of loss, he will choose the first option. Because losses have more emotional effects than profits. In the investment process, stock returns are considered as a reward for investors and will affect investors' decisions. Risk is also an integral part of stock returns. The present article examines the effect of abnormal stock returns, unsystematic fluctuations and investors' expectations on stock returns fluctuations with emphasis on the emotional behavior of investors in selected listed companies in the period 1390 to 1398 using the dynamic panel model (PMG). In this article, indicators related to this variable have been used for abnormal stock returns and capital market sentiment index has been used for investors' emotional behavior. The results of model estimation, in which stock returns are considered as dependent variables, show that the coefficients of variables are significant in the long run, their symptoms are expected and in accordance with the theoretical foundations of the subject. Estimated relationships indicate a positive effect of variables; Maximum returns, momentum, interruption of monthly stock returns, investors' expectations and emotional behavior on stock returns and the negative impact of minimum returns are systematic risk on the stock returns of selected companies.

Abstract:

The capability Maturity Model (CMM) is one of the common models in information technology. This model is widely adopted as a public maturity model in business processes, industry, and IS / IT organizations. The blockchain technology maturity model is classified into five levels of emerging, identified, defined, operational and mature to identify the applications of this technology toward flourishing and providing the ultimate solution to most of the organization's problems. Therefore, this qualitative research has been designed to identify maturity levels to provide a conceptual model of maturity levels of blockchain technology in grounded theory. First, the initial factors extracted through reviewing the research background; then, by conducting semi-structured interviews with 12 blockchain technology experts, the data were collected. The meanings and characteristics challenges of the blockchain maturity model presented in three stages of coding: identification, classification, and finally, were given the research model. The reliability of the interviews has confirmed by the reliability methods of Test-Retest and intra-subject agreement. The results of data analysis indicate that experts at the emerging level to primary educating and technology monitoring, at the identified level, to recognize the applications of this technology and regulation, at the defined level, to develop a roadmap, proof of concept (POC), and Feasibility, At the operational level, the stakeholder resistance, and at the matured level, the entry new members, the consortium, and increasing attention to maturity requirements, is Spotlight with more frequency than other indicators and elements.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to estimate the demand function and price elasticity of demand for gold in Iran from 1995 to 2016. In this paper, the demand for gold has been estimated by the state-space model and the Kalman filter technique in a time-varying pattern. Based on the results, it can be concluded that one-percent increase in the real price of gold demandresults in1. 17 percent decreas in in gold demand. The elasticity of gold demand and GDP is not statistically significant morever the elasticity of gold demand and population variable indicates that one percent increase in the population of Iran, leads to 0. 03 percent increase as well. The price elasticity of demand for gold in Iran from 1990 to 2016 has almost risen, indicating an increase in the sensitivity of gold consumers in the face of gold price changes.
