Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the validity of print advertising on brand attitude through the dimensions of advertising attitude. The statistical population of this study was the collection of humanities students of the University of Isfahan in 2018, the number of which is 423 students was collected. To collect the required data in this study, the standard questionnaires of advertising validity of Reimer (1978) with Cronbach's alpha 0. 791, the standard questionnaire of attitudes to advertising Jensz and Bliss Maker (2005) with Cronbach's alpha 0. 704, 0. 70, respectively. 0. 70, and the standard Tin Kham, Weaver and Larissi (1994) brand attitude questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha of 0. 946 was used. In order to evaluate the content validity of the questionnaires, they were approved by experts in the field of advertising, brand and consumer behavior before implementation and the content validity was confirmed. The face validity of the questionnaires was also confirmed by a number of members of the statistical community. The data collected in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage and bar graph) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling) and the results showed that the validity of advertising with an impact factor of 0. 23 on attitudes affects the brand. Credibility with coefficients of 0. 31, 0. 35 and 0. 31 affects the emotional, informational and perceptual dimensions of brand attitude.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study, which was done by descriptive-correlational method, was to investigate the factors affecting women's cultural participation in cultural activities. The statistical population included all women participating in various activities of cultural centers in municipality Cultural and Recreational Organization. 346 respondents were selected as the final sample from two cultural centers of this Organization by two-stage quota sampling. The data collection tool of the researcher-made questionnaire included 31 items to measure factors (individual, social, cultural, economic and family). According to the study sample, the results showed that all the obtained averages for the items indicating the role of participation in cultural activities on individual factors show that this role effectiveness is above average. The role of social factors is also significant for the respondents in their approach to cultural activities in cultural centers. The cultural role is above average and generally in terms of economic factors, the role of economic factors should be evaluated as moderate from the respondent’ s point of view. And family factors show that creating happiness in the family is one of the issues with which the respondents have shown high agreement. The results show that the family obstruction should not be considered as a serious obstacle to participation in the cultural activities of cultural centers.

Abstract: 

The concept of foreign sovereignty of the state, In international law is the autonomy and equality with other states. The criterion for distinguishing the state from nongovernmental societies is the absolute sovereignty; that is, the power of the state is a supreme, infinite, and unreliable power. Sovereignty can be regarded as the supreme authority of a state in making and executing decisions. The principle of absolute sovereignty of states is one of the requirements for establishing world order. Therefore, the mutual respect of states to the others independence and sovereignty is essential. From this point of view, sovereignty is a matter of domestic law, and it only relates to international law so as not to prejudice one state's international obligations to other states. With the development of international law, the sovereignty of states has been reduced and governments have in some cases adopted some restrictions on their sovereignty in favor of the international order. One of the issues that has caused these restrictions in today's world is the human rights issue. The present study examines the limitations on the sovereignty of governments through the third generation of human rights instruments and attempts to answer the following questions: What is the concept of sovereignty, and how did the third generation of human rights restrict sovereignty?

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to identify and rank the cultural potentials affecting cultural development and tourism and also providing appropriate solutions (Case study: City of Gorgab). The research method is survey. The study population included citizens higher than 18-year-old in the city of Gorgab, which according to Krejcie and Morgan (1979) table, 368 people were selected by convenience sampling. To collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire with 40 questions in five potential dimensions of "belief-intellectual, situational-ecological, environmental, recreational and artistic-historical” was designed with a Cronbach's alpha of 0. 88. Data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics with univariate t-test and Friedman test. The results showed that the role of cultural potentials on cultural development and tourism in the region was higher than the average level (p <0. 01). Also, the role of cultural components of belief-intellectual, situational-ecological, environmental, recreational and artistic-historical potentials on cultural development and tourism in the region was more than average (p <0. 01).

Abstract: 

The present study aims to investigate the cultural shared between Afghanistan and Iran. The method chosen for this study is a descriptive-analytical one with emphasis on the historical approach and the information required were collected by the documentary and library method. Therefore, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and Iran have very deep cultural commonalities in language, religion, history, celebrations, music, architecture, customs, etc. In fact, this represents deep historical roots and widespread cultural shares that throughout the history, given the interventions, aggressions, and provocations of the time colonialism in these two countries’ affairs, the people of these two lands succeeded to maintain a peaceful and good neighborly relationship with each other. These commonalities could affect the other Afghanistan relations with Iran, and the both countries maintain their strong relationship so that the enemies not to interfere in political, social, cultural and economic relations.
