چکیده: 

ONE OF THE TASKS OF UNIVERSITIES IS STUDENTS' COMPETENCIES IN VARIOUS AREAS, INCLUDING THE FUTURE STUDIES THAT IT WOULD BE INFLUENCED BY VARIOUS FACTORS SUCH AS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION, ACCESS TO FACILITIES, PERSONALITY TRAITS AND SO ON. THE AIM OF THIS STUDY IS TO PREDICT ABILITY OF PSYCHOLOGY GRADUATE STUDENTS FOR FUTURE STUDY BASED ON THE PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS. THE STUDY WAS A DESCRIPTIVE-ANALYTICAL ONE. POPULATION INCLUDED ALL THE SENIOR STUDENTS OF BIRJAND UNIVERSITY OF PSYCHOLOGY AND EDUCATION AND USING SIMPLE RANDOM SAMPLING METHOD, 86 STUDENTS WERE SELECTED. THE INSTRUMENTS INCLUDE PARSA ET AL (2011) QUESTIONNAIRE OF FUTURE STUDY AND NEO SHORT FORM QUESTIONNAIRE OF PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS. RELIABILITY OF FUTURES STUDIES (PARSA ET AL) QUESTIONNAIRE BASED ON THE PROTOTYPE WAS (A= 0.83) AND THE RELIABILITY OF PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS QUESTIONNAIRE (NEO SHORT FORM) WAS (A=0.86). ACCORDING TO OBSERVATION THERE IS NO SIGNIFICANT RELATION BETWEEN VARIABLES OF FUTURES STUDIES; NEUROTICISM AND FUTURE STUDIES; CONSCIENCE, BUT THERE IS SIGNIFICANT RELATION BETWEEN EXTRAVERSION, OPENNESS AND COMPATIBILITY WITH FUTURE STUDY VARIABLES (BECAUSE THE SIGNIFICANCE LEVEL IS SMALLER THAN 0.05). RESEARCH HYPOTHESES WAS TESTED IN STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING AND AMOS SOFTWARE AND SOME OF THEM WERE CONFIRMED AND GOODNESS FIT INDEX (GFI=0.92 AND AGFI=0.94) REPRESENTS THE APPROPRIATENESS OF MODEL. ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS, IT CAN BE CONCLUDED THAT THERE IS A NEED TO IMPROVE PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS AND GROWTH THEIR ABILITY TO FUTURE STUDIES IN UNIVERSITIES AND INSTITUTIONS.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY WAS TO INVESTIGATE THE FACTORS INFLUENCING THE IMPROVEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE EMPOWERMENT IN LITERACY MOVEMENT ORGANIZATION FOR THIS PURPOSE, AMONG THE 110 PERSONNEL OF THE CENTRAL ORGANIZATION(DIRECTOR 35 AND BA 75) BY USE OF THE STRATIFIED SAMPLING AND MORGAN, S TABLE WERE SELECTED 86 PEOPLE(28 DIRECTORS AND 58 EMPLOYEES).THE AIM OF THE PRESENT STUDY, IS PRACTICAL AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION IS DESCRIPTIVE .DATA COLLECTION ARE TWO TYPES OF QUESTIONNAIRE, THE FIRST INCLUDES 32 QUESTIONS FOR MANAGERS AND THE SECOND 40 QUESTIONS FOR EMPLOYEES. EACH SET OF QUESTIONS TO THE NEXT REVIEW OF EMPOWERING EMPLOYEES TO VARY ANY OF THE RESEARCH HYPOTHESES ARE ADDRESSED. THE RELIABILITY IS ESTIMATED THE USING OF INTERNAL CONSISTENCY RELIABILITY AND THE FACE VALIDITY WAS CONFIRMED USING TEACHERS COMMENTS. SPSS SOFTWARE HAS BEEN USED FOR DATA ANALYZING. “T” TEST MODEL OF SINGLE-SAMPLE WAS EXAMINED TO DATA ANALYSIS AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS AND TO COMPARE THE TWO AVERAGES. THE RESULTS SHOWED THE SPECIFIED VARIABLES TO EMPOWER SUCH AS THE MOTIVATION, TRAINING, TEAMWORK, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, JOB SATISFACTION, DELEGATION AND PARTICIPATION, SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT ON EMPOWERMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN LITERACY MOVEMENT ORGANIZATION. AND IT CAUSES THE EMPLOYEES PARTICIPATION INDECISION-MAKING, DEEP ATTENTION TO TEAMWORK, FAVORABLE ATTITUDES, CONFIDENCE AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO WORK AND STRENGTHEN THE COMMITMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES.

THE AIM OF THE STUDY IS INVESTIGATION THE ROLE OF LEADERSHIP IN MARKETING OF IRANIAN COMPANIES. THIS STUDY WAS A DESCRIPTIVE SURVEY AND THE SURVEY INSTRUMENT WAS A RESEARCHER-MADE QUESTIONNAIRE. STATISTICAL SOCIETY WAS ALL OF MARKETERS IN PRIVATE INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES OF TEHRAN. SAMPLE SIZE (248 PERSONS) DETERMINATION IS BASED ON THE COOCHRAN FORMULA AND CLUSTER RANDOM SAMPLING METHOD WAS USED. AFTER DATA COLLECTION, DATA ANALYSIS WAS PERFORMED USING SPSS. RESULTS SHOWED THAT LEADERSHIP HAS SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON SUCCESS OF MARKETING. ALSO FINDINGS REVEALED THAT LEADERSHIP HAS SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN MARKETING AND MARKET SHARE.

AFTER DATA COLLECTION, DATA ANALYSIS WAS PERFORMED USING SPSS. RESULTS SHOWED THAT ATTITUDE TO DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY, INFRASTRUCTURE AND TECHNOLOGY COST AFFECT DIGITAL MARKETING IN IRAN.
