Lifestyle from the point of view of Islam refers to a set of issues accepted by Islam in the field of individual and social life. Therefore, the life of Muslims in this world should be based on spirituality and religious teachings until a person adopts and acts on it based on the guidelines of the Qur'an and the sayings of the innocents (peace be upon them) from these two valuable sources (Book and Sunnah). To achieve a good life, in this article, some of the individual indicators of Islamic lifestyle are mentioned, which are: 1-worship and piety 2-remembrance of God and remembrance of divine blessings 3-time management 4-work and employment 5-thinking and Learning science 6-nutrition and health. Therefore, by recognizing and acting on the above examples and personal characteristics based on religious teachings, man brings worldly and hereafter happiness and prosperity.

Personality has a very wide scope, because it is a complex subject with diverse dimensions and aspects. Personality is an abstract concept that cannot be observed and is inferred from the combination of behavior, thoughts, motivation, excitement, etc. Many attempts have been made to understand human personality since long time ago. Some of them are non scientific, some are superstitions, and a few others are scientific and valid progress motivation is also the force of doing things well to achieve high standards.

Introduction: Caring for schizophrenia patients is the most challenging condition for their families. Family caregivers encounter broad-spectrum problems by a lack of caregiving preparedness. Therefore, this study aims to identify the barriers to caregiving preparedness in family caregivers of schizophrenia patients. Methods: Twenty semi-structured interviews were conducted by nine schizophrenia patients' families and four healthcare providers selected by purposive sampling in Iran. After explaining our goals and obtaining permission, we recorded their voices, transcribed them for each session, analyzed them, and evaluated their trustworthiness. Result: The theme of "Barriers to caregiver preparedness" emerged from the data in three main categories: wandering in the unknown, mental health inequalities in society, and role confusion. Discussion and Conclusion: These findings highlighted the contextual factors that result in family caregivers' unpreparedness. Identifying these factors can help the healthcare providers appraise the caregivers for later interventions and assist the health policymakers in overcoming these barriers.
