Abstract: 

This study aims to examine the impact of green marketing mix on corporate reputation with the mediating role of retail business performance. The statistical population of this research includes all major retail stores of food products located in Tehran. Based on Morgan's table, a total of 384 stores were selected for the study. A standard questionnaire of green marketing mix was used to measure the relationships between variables. The questionnaire was distributed among the selected personnel of distribution and collection in the chosen stores through convenience sampling. The research model was tested using structural equation modeling (SEM) method and LISREL software. The results indicated that green marketing mix with the component of green price has a positive and significant impact on corporate reputation with the mediating role of retail business performance. Green marketing mix with the component of green price also has a positive and significant impact on corporate reputation with the mediating role of retail business performance. Furthermore, green marketing mix with the component of green distribution has a positive and significant impact on corporate reputation with the mediating role of retail business performance. Lastly, green marketing mix with the component of green product has a positive and significant impact on corporate reputation with the mediating role of retail business performance. Ultimately, the positive and significant impact of green marketing mix on corporate reputation with the mediating role of retail business performance is confirmed.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of formative assessment and evaluation through creative teaching techniques on the joy of learning, improving students' efficiency and attitude. Evaluation creativity should be encouraged in classrooms with various techniques and individual and group activities. Also, by asking simple questions, the spirit of curiosity and exploration of students will increase. Therefore, creativity in evaluation and assessment can bring useful achievements such as increasing the pleasure of learning, creating motivation, increasing self-confidence and deepening learning and reducing students' misunderstandings in textbook concepts. In this article, with the help of the student and the teacher, a table of contents has been designed, which causes more productivity in a happier environment for understanding the contents of each chapter of the textbook.

Abstract: 

This research delves into the impact of social media on consumer decision-making and examines the mediating role of customer relationships in the influence of social media on purchasing behavior. Additionally, it develops a framework connecting social media, customer relationships, and purchasing behavior. The study involved an online survey of 227 Facebook users who actively follow any brand profile on the platform, focusing on Instagram users interacting with RTD tea companies' profiles. Conducted over three months from October to December 2018, the study utilized a quantitative methodology. The findings indicate that social media marketing positively affects brand value, with over 60% of respondents making purchases via social media, suggesting significant business opportunities. Regarding Instagram usage, 41. 1% spent 2-4 hours daily, while 28. 5% spent 30 minutes to 2 hours on the platform. The primary target audience for domestic beauty products is females aged 20-30, with a combined monthly income of less than IDR 2, 000, 000 and higher levels of education.
