The purpose of the research is to investigate the relationship between organizational health and quality of work life with the performance of elementary school teachers in Rodhen city. The statistical population includes 105 elementary school teachers in Rodhen city, from which a sample of 86 people was selected. To collect data, the organizational health questionnaire (OHI-S) by Hoi et al. (1996) and the quality of work life questionnaire by Walton (1973) and Hersey and Blanchard's work performance (1998) were used, and their validity and reliability were confirmed. . Linear regression was used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The findings of the research using linear regression showed that the dimensions of organizational health have a relationship of 0. 444 with performance, which cover 20% of the changes in work performance. The dimensions of the quality of work life are related to teachers' work performance by 0. 645, which covers 42% of the changes in teachers' performance.
