Purpose: This research aims at identifying and structurally investigating the Quranic works of Qajar dynasty available in the Central Library of Tabriz, as well as analyzing the Quranic verses of religion in terms of the structure of the pages and the forms of motifs. Methodology: It was conducted using descriptive-analytical survey method and information was collected using related literature. Of the 20 Qajar Quranic manuscripts, ten ones were selected. The data were analyzed using SPSS and EXCEL softwares. Findings: 39. 9% of the coronation of the Quran was crowned with the inscription of the sura head and 60. 91% crowned with upper and lower inscriptions. 47/67% of the text pages are marked with decorations. In the section of decorative elements and motifs, 44. 1% were decorative motifs, 8. 9% were Arabic designs, 14. 2% were abstract designs, 3. 3% were Chinese knit, 18. 1% had chalking, and the average elements were 4. 11% percent relative proportions are in the distribution of motifs. Conclusion: The results of this research indicate that decorative elements such as Khatei, Slavic, crown inscription, types of casts, shrub designs, and abstract patterns have been observed in the works. The use of round flowers, Shah Abbasi, Anari, Hollow slices and simple framing, spiral composition, color variation in flowers and tables, and the high use of gold color are considerable.

Purpose: Iran and Iraq are of countries with common manuscripts that demonstrates the common heritage of hundred years of the countries' shared history, science, culture and art. This research examines the role of Islamic manuscripts as the common written religious, cultural, scientific, and artistic heritage in Iran-Iraq connections. Methodology: Via documentary-descriptive study, it aims at investigating the common manuscripts in the two countries. Findings: The findings showed that Iran and Iraq ranked the fifth in having the manuscripts in the World. Iranian and Iraqi scribes had the major contribution in the transcription of manuscripts belonged to these two countries. As the main connection line, manuscripts in Arabic language and in religious subjects have a great rate. Conclusion: Common information programs on the precious and ancient works of the two countries and the digital exchange of manuscripts by important and active libraries of two countries can play an important role in the development of scientific, cultural, religious and artistic relationships.

Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to identify the status of intra-organizational library softwares in Iran. Methodology: To do this applied research an evaluative survey research method was used. Data collection method is interview with experts and evaluation by using checklist. Research population consisted of 23 intra-organizational library softwares. Findings: The research findings showed that out of a total of 23 intra-organizational library softwares, 9 softwares are running. It is also stated that the main reasons for turning libraries or organizations into develop intra-organizational softwares, are Reducing costs, defining specific functions for the institution, integrating the software environment of the institution, and communicating library software with other software of institution or like military organizations, are security issues. The viewpoint of librarians of intra-organizational softwares in two functional and technical sections shows that in terms of functional indicators, Loan department of Pand software (64.4%), Loan department of Parvan software (70.1%), Loan Department of Tehran software (56.2%), Loan department of Maava software (80 %) and information management department (Loan and Orders) of Simad software (72/7 %), in comparison with other indicators of the functional sector, are in a favorable situation. Also, in terms of technical indicators, the operational part of Pand software (46/6 %), Reliability of Simad software (100 %), the operational part of University of Tehran software (33/3 %), maintenance department of University of Tehran software (61/53 %) and performance department of Maava software (100 %), in comparison with other technical indicators, are in a favorable situation. Conclusion: In technical dimension, technical standards softwares were not fully considered and in the functional section, given the workflow of organizing and retrieving and loan of subset libraries, efforts have been made to address important needs of most libraries (from the perspective of software developers) that have not been successful. It seems that upgrading and modifying them also impose costly burdens on organizations, and finally, because of the lack of support and not being updated with the changes and development, the existing softwares are deadlocked, wasting time and money.

Purpose: The aim of the present study is to survey the views of Iranian publishers about the impacts of information technology on different aspects of the book publishing process and the resulted developments and changes. Methodology: The method used is phenomenology with a descriptive approach. The samples consisting of 8 publishers and publishing experts were selected through purposeful sampling method. Based on the Colaizzi's method, the desired data were collected, recorded, described, interpreted and, analyzed. Findings: Three clusters, sixteen concepts, and nine sub-concepts were classified. The main clusters are “ importance of Information technology” , “ changes in content production” , and “ changes in publishing and business development” . The results indicate a clear image of the experience of publishers and stakeholders in the field of publishing and a positive view of the importance and impact of information technologies. Conclusion: All respondents have emphasized the positive impact of information technology on the structure and nature of the publishing process.

Purpose: To introduce a new approach to assess the success in the commercialization of scientific and technological productions in the field of economic complexity. Methodology: First, according to the data from one of the world's most reliable databases, the scientific and technological productions of the selected countries during 2005-2015 are studied and compared. Then, the method of calculating the economic complexity index is introduced, and the ranking of the selected countries in terms of the index is presented. Findings: Almost all the countries have experienced an upward trend in science production during the various years. Although the growth of scientific productions in the developing countries is greater, but regarding the patent and commercialization of the science, the developed countries are the most successful, and they rank higher in terms of economic complexity. Conclusion: Publishing scientific articles only to display their quantity, without considering their quality, content, and application in the real world, will not have much effect on the development of knowledge-based products, scientific progress, and economic development. Therefore, the economic complexity index can be taken into consideration by policy makers and authorities as a valuable method to assess the extent of success of theoretical and technical knowledge in the practical field.

Purpose: To identify and explain how to extrapolate and document the tacit knowledge of the employees and managers of the manufacturing companies of Arvand Free Zone using the Grounded Theory approach. Methodology: Through a qualitative research methodology, 25 managers and staff of companies in Arvand Free Zone were deeply interviewed. The main criterion for determining the sample size was to achieve a theoretical saturation point. All subjects were selected using purposeful method. Findings: According to the findings, data coding and analysis was performed over three stages: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Moreover, tacit knowledge extraction methods include interviewing, organizational stories, learning through hearing, observing, documentary study, commentary, reverse learning, description of events of learning, and practical learning. Conclusion: The main factor that can influence the extraction of tacit knowledge is participation. The doctrine of knowledge depends not only on the individual's ability but on the person's willingness to document knowledge.
