Abstract: 

Climate change in the world, which has been linked to the rise in human activities, has caused alarming environmental pollution in the world to spark the future for human life. The interactions between climate and architecture in order to achieve the goal of reducing environmental pollution by reducing energy consumption and modeling green buildings and sustainability in architecture is one of the major goals of this issue. The precision of micro and macro scale location, as well as the respect and care of the local features of plants and living organisms is also the coordination and consistency of the development of designs with the native features of the area of the most important rocks of the colonial green. This research tries to rank it in Leed standard according to the rules of national regulations of Iran with an analytical and comparative comparative method based on documents studies and library researches.

Abstract: 

Because of intensity and short time of effectiveness on human communities, natural events and risks have turned into one of the primary concerns of urban planners and managers in past few years, Therefore, resilience as a proper approach for reduction of risks of crises and risks was adopted in the present study, The primary objective of this survey is measurement of resilience from institutional-organizational aspects so as to determine the capability to address natural events in Sanandaj City, In this regard, the statistical population of present study includes those families who live in three neighborhoods of Sanandaj City, Drawing on results of consensus in 2011, interviews with relevant authorities, and distribution of questionnaire, 383 families were chosen through Cochran’ s formula, In order to analyze the collected data, quantitative-survey methods were used, The analysis of collected data was done through SPSS Software and analytic network process (ANP) was done through Super Decisions Software which contributes to determination of significance of each item, The results of present study suggest that there is a significant association between resilience of sampled neighborhoods and their resilience from institutional-organizational and physical-environmental aspects, As a result, change of each aspect contributes to variation of resilience of families,

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of women in socio-cultural development of the village, with emphasis on rural women's cooperatives in the city of Sari by qualitative and quantitative method. The statistical population of rural women was literate in Sari city. The sample size of the research sample was 382, the sample samples were 18 samples. The data gathering tool was interviewed in the qualitative section and a researcher made a small part of the questionnaire. The findings of the research showed that among the variables explaining the social and cultural components of development: networks, common norms, co-operation and mutual cooperation, solidarity and solidarity and participation that are not only dimensions of social and cultural development and are effective in sustainable development of the region. . Based on the t-test, with 95% confidence, rural women play a role in the socio-cultural development of the village. From the point of view of cooperative women, rural women's cooperatives play a significant role in the socio-cultural development of the villages in the study area.

Abstract: 

Study aim is evaluating of Bojnord wastewater treatment location based on indicators in locating the wastewater treatment. 15 information layer contain 8 indicators affecting the location and 7 right privacy Is processing in GIS software. To identify the weight of each index, the questionnaire was distributed between 25 experts of related sciences. Then, using AHP hierarchical decision making final weight of each indicator was calculated. In final step of combining weights and information layer in GIS software and remove areas with restrictions, Bojnord wastewater treatment location was evaluated. "Slop" and "the height difference to the city" variables by the final weight of approximately 0/20 and 0/21, have the greatest impact on the refinery location. Also, wastewater treatment current location, based on the principles and indicators, is located in unsuitable zone. In conclusion, the 3 proposed options with regard to the established criteria and restrictions, for the Bojnord wastewater treatment location, with the help of SAW model, related to the MADM methods collection, were studied that alternative number1, by placing in petrology area of arjelity argillaceous with shale interlayers, contains ammonites, akinopad and numerous orbitolina, in terms of status of most of indicators and privacy, were identified better than other options.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to determine the share of cultural Land use and to analyze the trend of changes in this usage among different areas of the city as well as to evaluate the access of neighborhoods to urban services. This research is applied in terms of purpose and the research method has been descriptive-analytic. To analyze the data collected from share change models, the Williamson index and Shannon entropy coefficient have been used. The results of the analysis of the analytical model of change in share showed that although there is a lack of cultural Land use in most neighborhoods of Baneh city, but based on the proposals of the new master plan, the trend and share of spatial development of these spaces is increasing among regions 3 and 4. Also, based on Williamson's calculations, we conclude that most of Baneh's neighborhoods have uneven access to cultural Land use. The calculations of the Entropy model also showed that the cultural Land use factor of city in 2006 was 0. 683, which is 0. 66 in 1395, which tends to number 1, indicating the equitable and balanced development of the user in the detailed horizons of the city. will be.

Abstract: 

Change and destruction of the environment by human activities, has been increased that results can be pointed out to the landscape change. This paper aims to determine the best scenario to protect and restore land cover changes in the future with an emphasis on the patches connection of natural vegetation. Predict the ecological impacts of management scenarios based on metrics values determine and then the best scenario-based TOPSIS method was selected. In addition, the implementation of the scenario of protection and restoration in the watershed Tajan will be reduce the number of patches from 7600 to 4657 patches in natural vegetation and will cause better connectivity that is a sign of decreasing degradation and fragmentation of the landscape in the study area. The approach used in this study the possibility of predicting the ecological results of land use for achieve the objectives of the assessment and better integrated management of the watershed changes provides.

Abstract: 

Knowning the condition of a climate in a region is a necessary tools to proportionate the cultivation overthere. as a result, having knowledge of the continent and survey the ecophysiology of the cultivating plants are the most important elements in the producing process. saffron, which is one of the most valuable plant, needs a peculiar condition to grow up. Nevertheless, over 90 percent of the cultivation of this plant is in Iran based on the local method. By the survey of the effect of the meteorological parameters on the function of saffron and appoint the auspicious region to its cultivation. Based on these factors it can be helpful in the development of agricultural and economical condition of the cultivation, so the current paper tries to evaluate the most important meteorological parameters which have the main effect on the growth saffron for the last 27 years from the five synoptic statians by the comparison the solarr and AD years then recollected these data, and analyzed them by using gis. arc info and ABC softwares. at the end, by the compilation of these data the final map, which is shown that 65 percent of the studied region are suitable to cultivate saffron in it was achieved. These area consist of the west and center part of the province and the southeast is the week place to cultivation.

Abstract: 

Intervention in erode texture is basically a social issue and its main pillar is the participation of household living in target organizing areas. Experience, preparation, implementation and evaluation of inefficient and erode urban texture organizing planning, clearly demonstrate that there will be no guarantee for achieving to the goals without agreement and interconnected between inhabitants and renovation improvement authorities. So attracting inhabitant’ s participation is a vital precondition for erode texture planning. In this regard in order to encourage cooperation seeking sense among inhabitants and realization to people participation field there need to awareness of households attitude. And present study has been done for the same objective. The study population of this research are in Charmardan, Handian and Ghale kamkar neighborhood in Qom city. Process governing on this research first has reviewed the library records relating to the research and has developed theoretical framework and then meanwhile developing hypothesis in response to posed questions also has done field research. Research methodology is descriptive analysis and data co collecting has done through questionnaires and interview. In order to hypothesis testing Spirman correlation efficient is used and for study on relation variable path analysis is applied. The research result s show that the participation decision of inhabitant is dependent to the factors such as successful and unsuccessful experience of renovation, agreement between inhabitants and authorities, residential satisfaction, neighbors dissection to collaboration and residents awareness level about different aspect of cause and effect agents influencing peoples collaboration in reform.
