Abstract: 

One of the consequences of climate change, is drought. Identification, monitoring, and evaluation of the occurrence of droughts is very important. Studying the drought phenomenon in the Lorestan province of Iran is important, both in terms of agricultural production and horticulture. In this study, the effects of droughts due to climate change were studied. We analyzed the standardized precipitation index (SPI) to accomplish this. We analyzed the circulation model (HADCM - INCM-IPCM-NCCCSM). We examined scenarios (B1, A2, A1B) with a statistical model. The statistical model we used was LARS-WG version 5, the fine-scale LARS-WG. Nine synoptic stations have been approved to evaluate the climate parameters. The climate parameters evaluated were: Minimum temperature, Maximum temperature, Rainfall and sunshine hours. This study covered the period 2011-2030 using this model. The final forecast according to the weight of each scenario and Hormel, The Synoptic prediction Nasraqlymy for all sites in this study has been done. The results show that the average of all the stations in the first and second volume will increase rainfall forecast. Next, we analyze the rainfall data, to evaluate the status of drought in the province. We reviewed the SPI drought index on the scale annually. The results show that over the next two decades, drought at most stations is reduced. We also found that wet conditions increased in the overall state of synoptic stations in through most of the coming years to 2030.

Abstract: 

People from the pasts very far reached to the fact that they have to make a living and moving toward progress must attention to the elements of trade, agriculture and industry. In the centuries that followed this necessary to believe that among the three elements mentioned, food production and agricultural have priority. The cotton plant as a basic and strategy product has long been attractive. This study investigated the feasibility study of cultivation in Joyom, Larestan, and the parameters of precipitation, temperature, relative humidity, water and soil is studied and analyzed. Then Using geographic information system (GIS) maps needed prepared and them has been analyzed. The results of this research suggest that the climate elements, planting dates and water quality can have the most important role in the cultivation of cotton in the Joyom city. The results show that the cultivation of cotton in Joyom is may 5 the start time and the crop November 11. The maps combination and overlapping due to the climatic and non-climatic factors show that the plain Joyom is area suitable for cotton cultivation. Requirements for cotton cultivation in this area is desirable or very close to favorable conditions. So with respect to the start time of planting and farmers' awareness of this issue, can increase the utilization of cotton in the region.

Abstract: 

Rijab area from Dallahoo district, in terms of geographical location, the unique climatic conditions, location in a great direction and cultural buildings and monuments has favorable conditions, especially in the West of Country for tourism; Therefore, more and more attention to tourism, especially rural tourism in this region is essential, we can say this industry, in addition changing the region to the tourism excellence, is one of the axes of the comprehensive development. But the requisite of development is strongly considering the residence construction in planning of tourism. Hotels are the first local conformation that should be built in a place with attractive prospects. Priority to the hotel building, in addition to positioning for building is its financial and economic justification. For this reason, United Nations Industrial Development International Organization (UNIDO) with designing and developing of the first version of Komfar software established an international standard pattern of economical and financial evaluation of designs from which is used to assess production and services plans and projects, and selecting optimal option for investment. This software receives financial and economic data, analyze them and calculate their economic levels and the possibility of the project conducting. In this paper for making application of this universal model, first by using the library and field study methods, the tourist attraction of the region were identified, then according to the statistics of tourists’ inflow to the region, the correct estimation of the Hotel was obtained. Then, necessary data for comfar software such as investment size, location, funding, taxes, design revenues and costs and other information needed to construct a four-star hotel in the area prepared and installed in two comfar and Excel software. After calculation, the financial and economic indexes of the design have been analyzed and evaluated for justification.

Abstract: 

Green spaces represent an indispensable role and specific significance in today’s urban life. The importance of green spaces is to such an extent that experts regard such spaces as the “lungs” of cities. Nowadays, remote assessment applications, such as satellite imagery, have become especially important. Of course, analyzing the changes via such applications demands frequently updated images. In the present study, GIS/RS technology was used to investigate geomorphological patterns of change in urban spaces in Shiraz city, Iran, within a 38-year statistical period (1976-2014). To conduct the research, a normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) of Landsat satellite images (1, 8) and ETM+ and MSS sensors were processed in ENVI4.8. The maps of green space changes and the geomorphological perspective within the said period were prepared in GIS. Results revealed that the green space in Shiraz, within the period under study, was reduced more than 61.17%. The average of green space in the city was 57.11 m2 in 1976 which was reduced to 10 m2 in 2014.

Abstract: 

Their fertile rivers and plains have been the point of convergence of formation and growth of human civilizations since a long time ago. Khuzestan plain in Iran is a low height plain with mild gradient that river Karon Stream in it. These rivers along the geological times, especially in forth times- quaternary-era-had have a special flow and motional stream so that constantly have changed their primary-courses to other directions and in additional they caused to change both social-civilization and water ways' patterns. In this research by means of a combination of library-field techniques and historical studding, and based on systematic method plus, satellite pictures, numerical data, topography maps, and using GIS techniques and statistical software, and also global positioning system (GPS) we made and effort to recognize the primary and primitive courses of major rivers of Karon plain and we reached the following results. Taking this point to consideration that in changing of directions of rivers in quaternary, there are four major factors playing role as follow. Changes in base level, tectonic, climate changes (catastrophe) and human parameters. Has track the trace of Karon river. That caused to recognize 4 major primitive courses plus a lot of derivative courses.
